[Resolved] Flipkart — account blocked after add money | |||||
I purchased and added 1300 gift card balance to flipkart wallet for shopping. But after adding gift cards they blocked mine account saying that i used unfair means. They used unfair means by blocking my account after adding balance. I want mine balance back.they are not helping in any manner and saying continously mine account will remain blocked.I also asked for allow login for some time so I can withdraw mine money.but no reply. Verified Support Mar 31, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response As per technician report issue is resolved, customer came back again after tech visit post 10 days, informed to visit authorized service center that the product is out of replacement policy now. case closed.
