[Resolved]  Flipkart — account blocked for no reason

Hello,

I send you a mail on 27th nov'18 about my complain, but no body respond on this. Is this the way you people provide solution to customer? I expect a call from you people to have a clear discussion on it, which was not come yet and not even a mail. On the last mail what i mentioned, i am going to elaborate that a bit as i am going to document this. My last order was delivered but the product is not there. I report the immediately and you will get that from my call details and registered a complain as per your cse. Next day i got call from your back end team that what you need a replacement or refund. I told them if the replacement can be done, then i will be happy because i need that product. But she need around 15 day of tat to process the request. Then i request her can you refund the money back. And when you confirm the process is going to be done, at the same time i can order a new one as it reduce my cycle time. And after that i receive a mail with standard verbiage "our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account". Can you tell me where is my fault. If the product is there ask your seller or courier service. As i was totally surprised, why this was happen as this happened to me first time. And if you are going with your system, then why do not you block me when i return on last big sale time. After that i order may things. There was no problem at all. When a problem arise, then you block customer account to make him helpless. And when i am asking about date, you can not give me a single date on which basis you block my account. If you happy by blocking my account, ok let it be. Kindly refund my money of my last order as the product was not delivered to me.

Hello,

After I sent you the last mail, one of your executive called me to know the case details, However I mentioned all the details on the mail. Rather the call seems like a duty to show to the company that the team is working. At the end of the call she told me that we will contact you within 48 hrs. And I believe its more than 48 hrs, correct me if I am wrong. It may be possible that the time calculation of time is may be different from us. Today, I got a mail with the details which was previously send to me stated that "We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."This showing there is no co-ordination or proper SOP which was followed for customer service. And you always show on your website that you have buyer's protection, it seems like perfect example of buyer's protection. I believe my last return was at the time of sale and after that I did lots of purchase also. For which I have Flipkart Plus account and after that I earned 50 coins after that, which I redeemed. Now, I have 8 or 10 coins, that total count of coins comes to 110, which reflects how much shopping I did. If, you block me from log in now, why didn't you block me at the time of last return. And I above all this is not the case of return. I didn't receive the product, for which I complain at that very moment without wasting the time and you block me. If you are happy by blocking me from log in, be happy I don't mind. Which I mind that kindly deliver the product or refund my money back. I am ready to sacrifice my 10 coins which I earned. I really do not know why you are not giving me any proper data or proper solution or proper reply of my mails. Or, you pretend that you care for our customers by sending the template mails to them and waiting till the customer get frustrated by sending mails again and again.

I am Requesting you to reply me with proper documentation, but not the template mails once again as I didn't want to receive yet, Waiting for the reply.

I'm unable to open my flipkart account. My phone number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Whenever i try to login an error pop up login unsuccessful please try after minutes. I have to pay my flipkart cardless credit emi. How can it is possible when I'm unable to open my account. Please resolve it as early as possible. Thank you
