[Resolved] Flipkart — account blocked saying high no of returns

My flipkart account related with email '[protected]@gmail.com' has been blocked by flipkart & they are saying that we have blocked because of high no of returns. They need to provide total no of product ordered & returns made. What ratio is allowed? They need to unblock my account. I have even messaged them & emailed them to resolve the issue but still nothing has been done. I am getting frustrated because i have been treated wrongly by flipkart. They blocked my account without any proper reason.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Ajay, We'd like to let you know that our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

Every time I am selecting any dress or item on Flipkart it says "no seller ships to this pin code " it's a festive season and wish to order many things for family and friends. Plz resolves this issue asap

Delivered yesterday. We opened trusting it will be fine. Bt we are shocked by seeing broken tv. We raised replacement. Someone stating technician called and asking he can't process replacement.
