[Resolved]  Flipkart — acer laptop not delivered and mentally harassed

Dear sir,

Today was the worst day of my life as i trusted flipkart and he has broken my trust and pathetic service experience your logistic partner ecom service has not delivered my order of acer laptop and initially i received message on 18th october that it will be delivered that day but i received no call from them in the end i received message that i was not available which was lie as i receive another order from flipkart which was delivered by e kart on time. But ecom service exploit my patience and same happen today it was supposed to be delivered today but i received no message who will be coming to give i escalated the same to flipkart customer service 3 times since morning and ecom service customer care 3 time that send me executive detail who will delivered me today but i didnt receive any help nor details.

I got ecom service supervisor tarun number but even after calling more than 30 times he didn't pick up even single time and not even call back i even messaged that kindly send me details of executive and by when my product will reach but no revert.

When i escalated again to ecom service customer care they were laughing on my situation i am feeling helpless because of this experience.

Worst day of my life because of you all.

Request to please provide me laptop order by tomorrow and all details of executive who will come and strict action against ecom service for mentally torching me.

Flipkart pathetic service and even pathetic from your logistic partner ecom services no update where the order product is nobody picking up phone no message of executive who will deliver even after complaining customer service no action taken called ecom service customer care and flipkart customer care.

My trust is broken today flipkart.com awd number[protected] and complain number in[protected] worst experience of my life..

Help me i have been mentally harassed by ecom services even ecom services customer care laughing at my situation just because i have paid money you are tourchuring your customer

Today also they didn't delivered my order.

I want a action against ecom service if you really care for your customers.

Revert on urgent basis.
