I tried to order the mentioned product {acer nitro 5 core i5 7th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/128 gb ssd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics) an515-51 gaming laptop} from flipkart on 28th may worth rs69990. As i put the otp for my sbi debit card it showed that the transaction had failed. Despite that rs49895 was deducted from my account. I have waited for a refund and have also contacted the customer support. They provided me with order id: od[protected]. They assured the money will be back by now but it isn't. I have waited for long enough and as it is a matter of 50k rupees it is impossible to be patient anymore. I want the money to be reversed at the earliest. Please and thank you.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer rasied a complaint stating that the amount has been debited from customer account, however, the order was not confirmed. We have interacted with the cusotmer and informed that the amount was not recevied by the seller. Hence, requested customer to contact the bank for further assistance. Closing the complaint from our end.
