[Resolved] Flipkart — Additional charges not shown in the invoice | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I have bought i phone 6s plus 16g, last week 20th sep 2016 in the order id of od[protected] My invoice shows 41186rs only, but my credit card account is debited in the name of www.flipkart.com/9emi with amount of 431.23rs and service tax of 64.67rs, please clarify where is the bill for that, this is not true, also they have not credited cash back offer of 3000rs... There portal customer complaint also not responding it always shows "complaint registration failed" I want to know the reason why additional money got debited & availed offer is missing, please return the money to my account Was this information helpful? | |||||
