[Resolved] Flipkart — air cooler/order id: od[protected] | |||
With reference to the above complaint subject, i received a air cooler on dated 18/05/2018. But fan wasn't working then i put the request for replacement on same date, even return request is already approved by your technician after visiting on dated on 20/05/2018, but it's very shameful air cooler is not replaced except several times changed pick up date and accordingly replacement date. Please help me to avoid my mental torture by your customer care person and replace my good in working condition as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
