Hence, I request you to contact your bank’s customer support for further assistance. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your debit card before reaching out to the bank. If you have any concerns about your refund, you can contact the bank's grievance cell. Alternatively, you can also visit your bank to submit the 'Chargeback form' to get an update on your refund.
