[Resolved] Flipkart — amount debited but order is not placed | |||||
I make a transaction for placing an order in flipkart on 7september. I amount is debited but the order is not placed. I call flipkart about this issue but they are not providing me any appropriate answer they just told me we are working on your concern wait till you get any email or text msg about this matter. I contacted bank about the transaction and they told me that transaction is done and already forwarded to the flipkart. I always use amazon for online purchases the service s of amazon was awesome now using flipkart i am thing why i use flipkart such a wrost experience. Verified Support Sep 11, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited from customer account, however, the order was not confirmed. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the amount was not received by the seller. Customer then confirmed that amount has been credited to his account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
