[Resolved] Flipkart — Amount Debited but order NOT placed | |||
I placed an order today for a Redmi 1S mobile phone around 11 am today. I made payment through credit card & the amount got debited from my card but I have not received any acknowledgement or product is NOT listed in my order list. When I checked in the bank, I was told that authorization was successful & they gave Payment authorization ID as well. But product is still not placed. Please tell me what should I do regarding it. I tried calling your customer care no but the response is not satisfactory. Was this information helpful? | |||
