[Resolved] Flipkart — Amount debited but order not placed, no reversal of amount | |||
Hi, on 2nd of july (Order ID: OD[protected]) while doing net transaction some error came and payment got debited but order not placed. Right from start i have been raising complaints about this, I called Customer care of both bank and flipkart atleast three four times, but i was told that amount reversal from gateway takes 7-8 days and wait for that. Its more than 10 days now still this amount is not reversed to my account. bank has confirmed two times that amount has been delivered to other party, this is trasaction No: MIDB[protected]. IDBI bank says amount has delivered to party they cant do any more This is worst ever response i have seen from any shopping website. Even after 10 days there is no reversal of amount.
