[Resolved]  Flipkart — amount debited from my account but order does not show

Dear sir/madam,

My name is pankaj kumar. (Flipkart id - [protected]@gmail.com)

Flipkart [incident: in[protected]]

I have ordered sony w830 camera from flipkart.com costing rs 7990/-. On 11/09/18. I didn't get any order status in flipkart but payment was successful through hdfc credit card on.

When i contact to flipkart customer care, then said dont worry as per your record shows your amount debit 7990/-rs. Please wait 24-48 hours, your amount will be refund.

But after 10 days today (20/09/18), complaint is under process and they dont know when it resolve
