[Resolved]  Flipkart — Amount debited from my account but order wasn't placed

I had made the payment for grocery items but the order wasn't placed. The first time I contacted customer care they asked me to wait for 24 hrs. for the refund to be made. The next time they said to wait for 8 working days which I did in vain after. The next time I even talked to their head who assured me to look into the matter never reverted back. I have every detail of the transaction. The payment was made through Google Pay so I even raised a dispute their. What's worse is that in my flipkart account the issue falsely states to be resolved.
