[Resolved]  Flipkart — amount debited. transaction failed. no clear response from flipkart

I have placed an order of Lenovo P2 on 28th of August. The money got debited from account but as per your customer service, the transaction is coming to be failed. I have logged a WRITTEN complaint to my home bank (SBI) and they have given me a written proof stating that the transaction is complete and the BANK people have confirmed with the merchant "Flipkart" that money has been received by you. Despite me having these many proofs.
1) You are not even addressing the issue. All you say is "We will get back to you. The issue is assigned to a concerned team. You will get a call at so and so time."
2) You don't have a very good communication channel. You don't even call me. If I receive a missed call, my network service provider alarms me with a message. I haven't received any message from my service provider about any missed call.
3) On the website, you claim that you have tried to call me and put the status under resolved, despite the fact that issue not being even addressed properly.
4) I have emailed you multiple times, with bank details and transaction details and still, you are not able to forward the issue to the account handling division.
