[Resolved] Flipkart — Amount debited twice rs.1999/- from merchant | |||||
I ordered jio hotspot for my friend on 25/04/2017 with ref. No:74766517116716359712241 using my icici credit card, i cancelled the order. So, flipkart refunded the amount on 27/04/2017 with ref. No:74766517118716479197693. Again i ordered the same on 27/04/2017 with ref:74766517118716479073043. So, for this amount 1999/- i paid my credit card bill last month. Now again merchant debited amount of 1999/- second time (Ref: 74766517118716479073043) using the date as 25/04/2017. Again the amount is reverted to this month bill also. Why this mistake happened?
