[Resolved] Flipkart — amount deducted but no order placed | |||||
I placed an order on flipkart on 14th may, '18 at around 19:30 for 1) plum chamomile and white tea toner and 2) plum tan busters combo - a total of rs. 721/- i used my debit card, added details, and the app added the otp. I have a message of deduction from axis bank to flipkart. But, the order was not placed. I have checked "my orders" list on the app. The products still appear on the cart. They are asking for a payment again. They should revert the amount or deliver the products. (From axis bank: info: pur/flipkart internet pvt/[protected]/flipkart internet pvt/seq no 921332.)
