[Resolved] Flipkart — Amount deducted but order did not completed. | |
I ordered a product and amount debited through UPI but ordered did not placed. At the time I contacted to customer care of Flipkart and they told it will refund within 8 days. After 8 working days I again contacted them they checked and told they have not received amount. And also told to complain to UPI customer. I have also complaint to UPI center. I have checked my bank statement that amount has been debuted and the has been transferred to concern account. payment done INR 799 debited from A/c no. XX1150 on[protected]:07:25 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/flipkart/HDFC BANK/. BHIM UPI Customer care no: [protected] Complaint logged: on[protected]:20 am Complaint No:[protected] Your Complaint Has Been Registered. We Will Get Back To You Soon With Transaction Status. Dec 18, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Well this has been resolved from bank end after contacting to bank. But flipkart has no idea how to guide to customers in this regard. Flipkart just waist customer time. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
