[Resolved] Flipkart — amount deducted but order not placed and flipkart is not refunding my amount | |||
Hi Such a horrified customer care executives seriously.. Ppl do not understand the issue, and they are just repeating the whole script they have learned. I have sent an issue with transaction no., bank statement and message from bank that amount is been settled to marchant but still flip kart is not able to refund amount. Please refer the details of my query: On 20th april 2019, i tried to purchase cation printed women jumpsuit Style Code: - Jumpsuit_ww1236 and paid from state bank of india debit card on flip Cart. My amount rs. 768/- deducted on 20th april from sbi but order does Not get placed. I have checked with sbi and confirm that amonunt is been Cleared to marchant, so they only can refund it.
