Flipkart — Amount deducted from PayTM wallet twice but order not placed nor was the amount refunded | |
Tried on order on Flipkart on 7th oct. The amount for the order was deducted twice from PayTM wallet, but neither the order was confirmed, nor the amount refunded to the wallet. Flipkart customer care executives asked to wait for 8 Business days excluding holidays and claimed that the amount will be refunded. Also, they keep the consumers on hold and never return back with the update. Now, they are saying they never received the amount at first place after 10 days of the first complaint. This is not acceptable as they are making false claims when Paytm team is confirming that the money was paid to the merchant.
