[Resolved] Flipkart — amount got deducted from my account but order was not placed and now flipkart is not giving me refund | |||
I had placed an order with Flipkart on 1st Aug 2019 and made payment via Phonepe app amount got debited from my account wheras order was not placed in Flipkart.Upon contacting Flipkart they started putting blame on Phone pe and my bank stating that the transaction was not successful from their end and hence seller has not received the amount.I contacted Phone pe and HDFC customer care and got confirmation from both parties that the amount was debited from my account.Everyday for a week i called Flipkart customer care 4-5 times and they told me they'll get back to me with a resolution by 7th August 2019, its 8th August 2019 today and i haven't received an update from them yet, upon contacting Flipkart customer care they asked me to wait for 3 more days.They are not doing anything and not taking up any responsibility.I am completely stressed and frustrated due to this.
