[Resolved] Flipkart — amount has been deducted but still shows unsuccessful payment in flipkart | |||||
I used the sbi netbanking as a payment option on 13th June 2018 for redmi note 5 pro flash sale for order id OD[protected]. Initially i had selected COD, but then i opted for netbanking. My bank had deducted the amount, soon i received the message from flipkart that the payment was unsuccessful. I tried contacting flipkart through an email but got no reply within 24 hours. Currently on my order COD is being shown as payment method. I hope you respond me over here. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 16, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Received the refund on 15th June 2018, two days after the deduction. I also received a call from their CS regarding the same.
I just have a feedback that they should improve their response if they can, under such scenarios.
