[Resolved]  Flipkart — Amount taken twice not refunding.

I tried to make payment of ₹11549 to flipcart on 5 april using my debit card.
I received single OTP on my number but when i entered it then my account was debited twice for the transaction.
After that i contracted hdfc bank regarding the issue but they said that amount has been transferred to flipcart successfully.
After that i called flipcart and they promised to solve this case within 24 hours but a week has been passed but still flipcart is saying that issue will take 24 more hours and are falsely promising me.
I request you to please solve my issue otherwise i will be forced to take a legal action.
