Flipkart And Motog — Defective Mobile Handset | |||||
I ordered Moto G (3rd Generation) [IMEI/Serial No: [protected] on[protected]. I product was delivered on[protected]. I was happy with the delivery timeline. But Within one month the mobile handset turn out to be defective. The battery was not taking charge and with frequent restarts. I called flipkart on toll free customer care number:[protected] or[protected]. The executive told me that the due date to return has expired better to go and visit nearest motog service center in guwahati. I visited the same on date 28-Sep-2015. In between I was calling them for the updates but there was no positive response. Every time they were providing me false information that your mobile has been repaired. You can visit service center to pick up the same. On reaching office they denied that mobile part has not arrived yet. Thereafter I waited for another month and I received call from MotoG customer care that your mobile will be delivered on 11-Nov-2015 which turned out be Diwali day Holiday. Again I patiently waited for a call. And luckly this time they called me on[protected] but again a new delivery date 24-Nov-2015 giving excuses like Mobile part has arrived late due to custom checks and police verification etc. My only request to these High class companies please do take care of customer concerns rather than fooling them with such excuses. In my case it was a new handset that was hardly one month used so why not they replaced the entire handset with a new one. Why playing such mind games with customer like us.
