The courier service ekart logistics picked up the product and flipkart and the seller has still not refunded the my payment for rs 643 and they keep on cancelling my return, i have been following with them since 23rd august but i keep on talking to different customer service executive who have been of no help. Please could i get help on the same. This has become very stressful nsice the refund policy is valid till 21st sept 2018. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Sep 11, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding product pick up, customer says 2 products picked up but refund is done for only 1 product, we have interacted with customer and confirmed that refund is processed for both the product now customer told issue has been resolved hence closing the case from our team
