I have ordered an apple iphone 7 on flipkart on 6 december 2019 through online payments of 24999. There was an offer of 10% instant cashback on flipkart app on purchasing of this mobile on hdfc card, but still i didn't get any cashback entry in my card.

I have talked to flipkart customer care too but they all refused to give the any refund regarding this, they denied me to submit the complaint regarding this & still 1 month passed away, my product received me safely but 10% cashback offer not received. So please help me and provide the offer cash back as soon as possible.
