I did a order for Lenovo K3 Note last 10 days back presell then order of that ant waiting for 24th Aug 2015 which was delivery date but they have canceled my product and told me that you are not available but I am sure pls check my [protected] call detail and see where its call. Verified Support Aug 26, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, Customer had not cancelled the order there was a wrong update about the cancellation. Apologized for the inconvenience caused and told the customer the issue will be escalated to concerned team.
Informed customer to place order. Closing the case.
