[Resolved] Flipkart — auto cancelled order by seller | |||
Today 12 pm on flipkart redmi note 7 pro sale. So i have to book a phone. After i booked a phone. My order cancel from seller. 3 time i booked a phone and phone auto cancel by seller. If company does not fulfill customer demand then they have to close company. Why company wasting customer time. It's like fraud with customer. Please help us.. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Apr 30, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to bulk order. Hence, closing the compliant from our end.
