[Resolved] Flipkart — automatic order cancellation | |
3rd dec'17 i ordered a jbl over the ear head phone. Its offer price was rs 349. Delivery rs40. The order had been placed and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But on 4th dec'17 4.31am the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as breach of contract! Verified Support Dec 07, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the order cancellation. We had interacted with the customer and explained about the order cancellation due price error, and we have added Rs.100/- in gift card section as token of apology. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
