It's in reference to the order id od[protected]. I purchased new phone with exchange policy where there is no mention of scratch in the checks to be conducted for old phone.

The phone was rejected for scratch and the wishmaster claimed that it's dent. Attaching the picture of the same.

I know what's the difference between dent and scratch and hence filling this complaint for appropriate action to be taken.

    Due to corona virus janata curfew on Sunday 22 mar 2020 I had cancelled my booking on goindigo.com on 21 mar 2020 with full refund
    But flipkart is not response my call and mails I want refund for my cancelled booking

      Dear sir,
      As i have been in a contact with your customer executive since today morning and i am not getting any positive response from your executive or the manager as i have received my previous orders 3 days after the delivery date but this time i am expecting the delivery to be on date and i am not able get the product on date this is worst customer support which i have received from flipkart which i was not expecting and you should have the info of your seller as well as courier partner if you are not able to contact seller and courier then there is no use of calling the customer support, you guys have to maintain the track record of your customers as well before only i have received the order after 3 days then the mistake should not be repeated for the third time if your not able to solve the problems of your customers until it has been reported by the customer then you guys are not doing your work properly, i was expecting the delivery on the same date but 2-3 hours earlier if you cannot provide that also then there is no use of ordering from flipkart.

        And return of wrangler shirt not made yet, as its going on one month.
        But no action taken in this matter still.

          I have raised booked a flight from bangalore to indore for 21st march 2020, due to caranovirus issue, i rescheduled my flight (On 16 march 2020) from 21st march 2020 to 23rd may 2020, i received an email mentioning my reschedule request received

          I didn't received any rescheduling confirmation from them. Sent emails multiple times no responses, today when i connected them, they say me, they can't help me, as i need to connect them 24 hours prior, but i have raised this request 1 week before, now i don't know what to do. I want confirmation for my flight reschedule or the complete refund.

              After opening the package i found grand theft auto game cd instead of wwe 2k19 ps4. I tried calling to flipkart customer care[protected], but no one is picking. I tried help care in flipkart app, but that too no use. I will return this wrong product and kindly provide me full refund immediately.

                I'm vijay. I purchased flipkarts perfect home mattress as it is owned by flipkart. I got defective product then i raised a complaint then they sent a technician and he also agreed that it's a defective product and forwarded the same to their tech support but he rejected, same thing happened three times so far. I would like to approach consumer court. Please help me.

                  I have bought shirt, received, just saw and placed order for return, pick up man comes and refuses to pick up, as per pick up man reason for return should be stain, as per customer care poor fabric quantity is a valid reason, the same pick man comes, he understands neither Hindi nor English, he is not ready to listen to customer care explanations, total 4 return orders got canceled automatically,
                  Even customer care personnel are horrible, their patent dialogues are " we understand your concerns Sir, you don't worry, we will do 100% to help you, " but their support is zero, and at end of call of call, they will ask for good feedback,
                  I have placed return request for 5th time with Order ID - OD[protected].
                  I have left shopping with Flipkart 2 years ago, this is biggest mistake I did shopping with Flipkart,
                  Other online sites are much better,
                  " Shopping with Flipkart is horrible "
                  Flipkart has to understand, spending money on advertisements is not enough, spending money on celebrities for promotions will futile if your ground level employees are working this way,
                  Customer care personnells are only modest to lilsten to, but not able to resolve the problems.
                  Pick up man not potent enough to understand.
                  If it was Amazon, i would have order new shirt after having got the refund.
                  Even customer care personnells don't try escalate the problems to their seniors after having been not able to resolve the problems.

                    I have been using flipkart for a long time so i have long purchase history in my account. Now i am living abroad but my family is still using electronic appliances in india. Flipkart blocks my account due to some unknown reason. I ask them in every possible way on twitter, emails (Which are not working), chat, etc. But nobody could give me a proper reason. Finally they sent me an email that we have canceled your order for irregularities in payment. But surprise is i have not ordered anything from flipkart!!!
                    So now they have possession of all bills and credit card details and they dont allow me to my account.

                      Hey, i'm a regular costumer of flipkart. More over a plus member and sadly the cod option is disabled for my account. I had to cancel some of my orders due to quality reasons. I've called the help centre. Still, they haven't cleared the issue. So, i request it to be cleared asap. For confirming i've checked with most of the products to ensure i'm true and yes, the same products are available via cod for the same address provided.

                        My order big issue
                        I have been experiencing problems for the last 15 days but my problem has not been resolved yet. Please pickeup my product and return it to me. Did not and it gave flipkart incorrect information or canceled the pickup because the product was damaged so my product is not a jbl brand different brand and totally local brand speaker received by me but not solved my complain
                        There is no company name written on the speaker. The wishmaster said that this is not a jbl speaker so we could not remove it and later show the wrong reason that the item is dameg.
                        If you can, i request flipkart to refund me. I want a refund. Because you are no longer trusted.

                          not able to change my registered mobile number

My current no registered number is 7400* and i want to change it to 9029*. But according to customer support i have an another flipkart account registered on 9029* number.                           I have bought a product from flipkart on the 26th of february 2020 and received the same on 28th february 2020. Due to quality issues i wanted to return the product, thus requested for return on 3rd march. But flipkart canceled my return request without even informing me. So i filed for return request again on 9th march, but flipkart again canceled my request. On 9th march, my return period got over as seller provided only 10 day return policy. So i contacted flipkart to resolve the same, again they took a week time to answer my query, but no response at all. They are not taking the product from me neither returning my money. I have paid 4654 inr for the product, which is not a small amount. Flipkart is showing full negligence and not helping me at all. They locked my money. I have paid the money through credit card and waited for 3 weeks, still no response. Why should i pay for a product which i do not want by my credit card. Flipkart has completely violated consumer rights and hurting me through the delay in returning my money. I have spent hours of time for calling and talking the same to the flipkart consumer care, where there is no solution given. They took my money, time and peacefulness. I request the concerned authorities to take firm action on the incident and help me in getting my money as quickly as possible.

                            This is to informed to you that i have ordered wonderchef chopper from flipkart and they delivered local chopper of rs;- 50 instead of original product then i have applied for replacement and after 2-3 days they deleivered the same local chopper of rs;- 50 instead of original chopper. Please take action as soon as possible and i want refund as well as necessary compensation.

                              Constantly fooling customers around.
                              Laptop issue order id - od[protected]

                              I still haven't got my refund of emi in my hdfc debit card account.

                              I paid 1796 rs as first emi and now the bank officials are telling me i will be getting 1268 only with 528 rs cancellation charges.

                              I was told by your senior that there will be no cancelation charges applied on emi.

                              Why is your team giving constant fake updates.

                              I want strict action to be taken against this fake updates by your team members.

                              Flipkarts grievance and senior team is of no use.

                              I have called flipkart three times today and all three times call was disconnected.

                              It's seriously irritating to call flipkart again and again.

                              I hd canceled the product on 16th dec 2019 and still no update.

                                Hi, i am ashish kaithwas, i want purchase mobile realme 6 and booked it from running sale on flipkart (19th march to 22 march 2020) but after successful order placing the seller vision star has cancelled my order immediately. This happened four times and were cancelled all my orders. I request u to take hard action against flipkart for bad services.

                                  I have ordered 2-3items on flipkart and i dnt find it good so i return it. After my return request they blocked my account and i have some amount dues on paylater in flipkart which i am not able to pay now because my id had been blocked. I had mail and call so many times in flipkart but they don’t give me a proper reason or solution. If i doesn’t pay amount in paylater its degrade my credit score because my pan card is added in paylater. So, can u please look after this and open my account on flipkart.

                                    Today on 19th mar 2020, i have checked a phone on flipkart and the expected delivery date was 20th mar 2020 but after placing the order it changed from 20th to 29th. Now the company representatives are not giving me any resolution. No response is received from the company why my order is not getting delivered on time. I have called them many times.                                       I need my hard money refund. Flipkart selling the product with High price and removing the price tag invisible to customer.

                                      I ordered hand Dettol handwash from Flipkart which cost me 699 Rs, 2 bottles 200+900ml . Now i see on flipkart price is 149 which might be actual price but i see out of stock. When i received my product today i observed that price tag scratched. That means they are selling the product more than actual price. I want this kind of things to be stopped.
