The issue that I have experienced was: My order ID # OD[protected] ..Flipkart sent me faulty TV which didn't work even after a lot of try by their service engineer. When i contacted their customer care..they refused to give me refunds.
Why Flipkart is not giving me refund if its their fault only to delivering me a faulty TV. For Replacement also..they are delaying the delivery.
Flipkart customer care even not owning the issue and put direct blame on seller.

It occurred on: 12/03/2020

Flipkart should refund me for delivering me a faulty TV.

      My son ordered 2 units of 3 =6 hand sanitizers for me and one pack of 600 ml for my daughter miss kriti khullar who use to live in pune. Today i received 4 sanitizers instead of 6 and my daughter received pack of 500ml instead of 600 ml when my son contacted your executive he advised to return all and take refund knowing saintizers are out of stock in market. It is not good business ethic.

        Hi flipkart has blocked my 2 family account without any prior communication or
        Email. Today i tried to login in my personal account whose registered no is [protected] but i see message account blocked contact customer care to fix it & then i checked my family account whose registered no is [protected]. It is also blocked.in both account i have money in the form of flipkart gift card & my personal account has flipkart plus membership & have also super coins which can be used for shopping at flipkart, buying voucher. This is fraud by flipkart & how they can block my account without any communication or email. They have also not refunded my money in that account. I contacted their customer care they told they cant help me as they cannot see any details they will forward my details to their team & told me to wait till 14th march 2020, 6pm
        & also they cancelled my prepaid order whose order id - od[protected] & took the money. I am attaching screenshot for proof. My order has been shipped also. I request consumer complaints forum to take strict legal action against flipkart & help me to get my money back. This is fraud done by flipkart. Kindly take legal action against flipkart.

        Their customer care not replying to email that means if i asked about my flipkart gift card money they will not tell about it & instead of it they will tell your account has blocked when i contact customer care they tell me that you will receive call by end of the day but no call i got & also flipkart have not refunded my amount provided refund initiation timeline passed. Kindly help .

          I would like to inform that i had ordered a canon pixma g 2000 multi function color printer. But when the product was delivered then in inside there was a wooden box wrapped in the cover of the printer. I immediately requested for the replacement which was canclled thrice. I am really clueless as to how you are not even looking in to the matter and cancling the request.

            I have order 2 books from flipkart on 13feb2020. One book is delivered and 2nd one is not delivered till date. I have raised lot of request to flipkart but they not provide proper solutions. When i raised compliant they will closed it without any action from there end. I raised this issue with flipkart on 24th feb 2020 to onwards but they not provide any solution till date. Now i plan to raised a complaint against flipkart in consumer court.

              I got delayed replacement (About 27 days), i have got compensation from flipkart, the replacement has some battery problems + camera quality problems as well so now i want to return the product and want a refund as flipkart is giving me such a worst services. But instead of giving me the proper solution they are dragging the dates like anything so please help me out.

I have filed a police complain against them... Kindly delist such cheaters as address given in your website is a false address... Jus check their office address given in your site is a wrong address... I have supplied tshirts to them they shut their rental shop nd ran away... Kindot delist from your site such fraud companies which are in genuine cheaters frauds

                  My father ordered an motorola one action mobile on flipkart using bajaj finserv emi card but the status of the ordr is not working i am very much worried about my product as it was pre paid. Please help me out. Flipkart company is a reputed company today and it is very much awkward situation for me and my father that such a huge money is invested and my loan for six month is due so what will happen with me.

                    This is in regards hp laptop, i have received damaged laptop or one key option miss in this,,, i contacted the customer care they says that after 10 days we are responsible brand team will help u, in mean while i contact with hp brand they said flipkart team will resolve, kindly help me out with issue.
                    Issue is flipkart product specifications mentions clearly *keyboard
                    Full size island-style backlit keyboard* but it is not backlit keyboard.

                      When i try to purchase a mobile from flipkart website, it says you have already reached maximum units for this item. I only purchased couple of mobiles for my family members, nothing else. I contacted their customer care as well but no resolution yet. I need this to be resolved at the earliest. I don't such issues with amazon or any other online shopping website.

                          I have ordered a product from flipkart on 7th march. They have promised delivery on march 10th. After due to issue from vendor they are still processing the order. Then they gave the delivery date as 11th march still the status is order processing. With multiple followups now they have changed the delivery date to 12th march. This is unacceptable and now they have stopped responding. I have ordered the gift for my wife for her birthday on 10th march. Then what is the point of delaying the delivery. I am seriously fed up with these guys.

                            You've wasted my entire month only to deliver just 5 pillows. I got only 1
                            pillow when ordered the first time. Considering the first-time mistake and
                            request from your team, I order those 5 pillows again hoping to get what I
                            ordered. But then again got only 1 pillow. I am working professional and
                            can't spend hours every day connecting and talking to Flipkart for the
                            order. Your executive admitted they've made mistake in the listing and
                            trying to sort out with a refund. There is no attention paid to the time
                            I've wasted, delayed my work, and worked extra in the office to complete
                            the work. How would you pay for it? That's the worst online shopping
                            experience I ever had. You've left no choice than filing a complaint in the*

                              I ordered spykar jeans on 5th March 2020 . The zip of jeans is not working so i created the return request . But it was rejected twice . I contacted flikart assistance and they said it was cancelled by seller due to unforseen reason .Why they are rejecting my return request if the product is under return policy and even it was my 1st return request. They are just making fool . Poor experience from flikart .

                                I ordered poco x2 128gb n 6gb, order no - od[protected] on 11th feb 2020 through cardless credit emi.
                                My order was cancelled my vendor. Got message my refund will be done before 21st feb 2020.
                                But still i have not got refund. And they have asking to pay emi for my cancelled product.
                                I have called flipkart customer care many times but still no proper reply.
                                Its happening to everyone. We need to raise voice.

                                  I am absolutely disgusted with the flipkart service completely and not going to shop with them anymore
                                  Initially they blocked the account due to high no of return requests which were actually due to their delivery of wrong products at my doorstep of which i initially complaint many times
                                  Now in order to reactivate my account they asked to submit id proof which i did but in return they informed that the information is sufficient and to be honest i’ve been using these id proof all over
                                  And after making multiple calls to them to their customer support team in which no one was able to handle a single query those guys informed that i can only communicate via email to verification team and they have no role in it instead they can only forward my concern
                                  This email team never actually responds to your query and only sent predefined templates which is completely pathetic
                                  And now when after multiple attempts they were not of any help to unblock my account the paylater team is sending me an email to pay an amount of 4425
                                  How can i pay an amount when my account is already blocked so i made one more attempt to these customer executives seeking help with the same and as usual they cannot help me and can only forward my concern to those useless email teams to which their reply was the same “predefined templates”
                                  First of all i’ve to pay for an amount and things which i don’t want and secondly they are not even helping me the way to pay for it which will eventually stuck with me no paying and adding penalty to it
                                  Enclosed are all the screenshots of the flipkart team useless service
                                  Now i’ve been getting reminder to pay for paylater account

                                  Post the complaint filed against flipkart I’ve received calls from anonymous no [protected], +91 [protected] who don’t have a single clue or idea about any flipkart policy or anything but claims to be from flipkart
                                  After searching no on google and truecaller it stated “fake cheat” and “scam”
                                  Flipkart people if you want to reach me kindly give a call from official registered or legitimate numbers

                                    I purchased blue star purifier from flipkart on 11 oct 2019 and on 11 feb my product not working properly and making noise continuously and flipkart costumer care make me fool till date 15 feb they dint slove my problem theu always give me 24 hours timiling for contacting me but they didn't help

                                    I ordered a football from Flipkart online shopping, headquarter, bengalore.
                                    Seeing Brand Nike I ordered Nike football.
                                    But unfortunately they sent me a duplicate Nike football,
                                    It was fake Nike football, cost around 1000rs and really a fraud, fake product by Flipkart.

                                      Flipkart delivered empty box. I am want missing product refund but flipkart blocked my account without any valid reason.

                                      Flipkart a chor ecommerce sites hai jo ki sirf apne sellers ko value deti na ki apne customer ko. Enka bs ak hi motive rhta ki customer ko kaise jutha sabit krna hai.

                                      Lekin youtube pe ak bhai flipkart bjji lga di. Flipkart ko aage se call krke video delete krne ke liye bola. Mai us video ka link niche de rha hu dekhe aur jrur share kare.

                                      Mai ak hi bat khunga flipkart fraud aur chhor company hai jo bs customers ko fools. Bnati hai.

                                        When i am ordered mobiles but seller was just secound rejected my order, and i was call custmor care it will not answere good it will ask me it is seller problem.and i an allready added gift card and filpkart was not transfered my gift card another account.So whats is i can Do please.
