Flipkart had delivered me damaged item worth ₹755.

Product Name: NIKE Solid Men Blue Track Pants
Price : ₹755.

This item was delivered in damaged condition, now they created return request, but when delivery person come they say that item is damaged we will not accept. Now they are denying to return all together.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No update by flipkart. That day when filed complaint they told me only seller decide everything we will not refund please keep the damaged item with you sorry.

    I could not use paylater option at checkout yesterday so I contacted Flipkart customer support. Today I got a message that my account was disabled by the financing partner based on their terms o[censored]se. Well, there was no particular reason for that as I've always paid my bills on the first day of every month . Why was it disabled, also my flipkart loan is showing active in my flipkart account & cibil account.

      I bought an air cooler from flipkart, the quality was so poor of the product made by cheap quality materials, so i wanted refund for that product, i called customer care once they said refund can not be entairtained but they can provide a replacement. What should i do with the replacement when the product itself has quality issue.

        I have with Flipkart for many years. I have registered email account: [protected]@gmail.com. I have recently added 1500 gift care and have 670 super coins. All of the sudden I got logged out of the account and couldn't login back. Unfortunately I forgotten my password and I am unable to receive any OTP's on my registered account. I requested and raised multiple concerns with Flipkart, it was of no use. The customer support team is not showing any concern and even they are connecting my call with the supervisor. I am totally helpless now. Please look into this issue

          I purchased a phone on 14 may 2023 from flipkart brand name poco f1. That was dead, not even switched on. I called flipkart as they were showing the return policy of 7 days but they are denying.
          It's the case of dead on arrival.

            I bought a product from Flipkart, HAVELL'S Geyser 5L(Rs.5399.00) with order id OD[protected], received a damaged and used product. Raised a request in Flipkart to return, they were telling to give replacement. After one month, they have rejected my request. and they are not taking initiating to give refund or replacement for my product.

              In continuation of grievance ID 3431186, It is with a very disconcerted and heavily disturbed mind that I am writing this email.In continuation of my email dated 16.05.2023 I will state that on that very day ie On 16.05.2023 I received a phone call from Flikart customer care and they said that the seller would initiate the refund within 48hours.However yesterday at 18:12pm I received another phone call from Flipkart customer care stating that the delivery agent returned the parcel and gave it to my relatives.
              Respected Sir/Maam I am a foreigner from Zimbabwe studying in the University.I don’t have family members here.My parents are deceased and my guardian is my grandfather who is 83 years old.So which family members did Ekart give the parcel to? Not only is this baffling but it is equally disturbing that Flipkart has come up with flimsy excuses not to initiate my refund.I ordered the jumpsuit from Flipkart in good faith did I commit a crime?If so what crime did I commit.I simply want my money back and I am beyond disturbed about this situation.Why is Flipkart torturing me for my 820 rupees?Is this judicious in any way.
              Respected Officials I am begging you to do justice to this matter and ensure that my refund is initiated at the earliest.

                  My delivery date is 12th may but still, I didn't receive my delivery product. Customer support executive as well as senior support executive only said product deliver today on daily basis.

                  Worst customer support provide by Flipkart. I am mentally disturbe due to this issue.

                    I have bought a book on 11th may which delivered on 15th may but in that box not a book, only a sale out slip. I thik Flipkart company had fraud with me.

                    And when I wanted to return. this product then product was picued up.but Company Had rescheduled for return Why?

                    I request to refund my all money otherwise I take strict action...so do fast.
                    This is Fraud Fraud ...so If you did not refund I will complain..

                          Last I ordered grocery from flipkart and they cancelled the order and blocked my account, after which I raised complaint and then I received a mail stating that my purchase history shows some items for for personal use. I am not sure what is there in grocery that cannot be used personally, so mailed them but I have not received any reply from them. This is total harassment from flipkart.

                              I have perchased this motorola inverter AC in Dec 10 2022. And the installation was done same day. I dont know weather the issue with installation or Flipkart delivered me a faulty product. from the day one onwards, suffered with alot problems. The same i have informed to Flipkart team. they said it will resolved by their technications. From last 5 Months they are doing the same thing. but issue not at fixed. i didnt even used this AC for a single day due to the faulty product. I have asked flipkart to replace the product. but they are not doing it. I need justice for it. i have purchased it for 28490 Rupees. I need refund of my amount.

                                I ordered Oppo Enco buds 2 from flipkart with 1 day delivery option on 15/05/2023.
                                So as per their tracking information, I should had them with me till yesterday 2:00 pm afternoon.
                                Now, it's been more than 24 hours. The tracking information tells that my product is in my area since around 10:00Am yesterday.
                                Their employees are just keeping me in a rotating box of excuses.
                                I want to sue flipkary company for this.

                                  This is the most horrible experience someone can get from Flipkart on delivery front.

                                  Order for the Product (IFB Washing Machine) was placed on 08-May'23 under the offer of my old Samsung top load washing machine exchange. Order ID OD[protected]

                                  On 10-May'23, Ekart guys came asked for OTP which is general practice for any courier delivery hence i had given it. He unboxed washing machine. Immediately I observed knob of machine was damaged and one scratch on the machine. They said I will get 20% discount if i accept the product as it is. I called Flipkart customer care (CC) number and CC representative told me not to accept the product and return it immediately.

                                  Ekart guy called his supervisor (Swapnil, Pune location) and they again started to convince me to take 20% discount for damaged product. I put my phone on speaker mode and made supervisor to talk to Flipkart CC person wherein they argued, and in the end, I was told to return the product.

                                  Post that, Ekart guy and his supervisor started fighting because Ekart guy marked the product as delivered on tool hence his supervisor was probing why he has done that. Argument ended after 5 mins, and I returned the product. They re-packed the product and taken it back with them.

                                  I did not allow them to take my old Samsung top load washing machine as new machine's delivery was returned/cancelled. So, its still with me.

                                  Immediately i raised the complaint with Flipkart CC team about the entire episode happened. I was assured that my issue would get resolved in 24 to 48 hours and I would get the new machine by 13-May’23. But I did not get the machine. However, they marked issue as resolved on tool. This time, I was shocked to see that they mentioned old product is picked. However, old product is still with me.

                                  I once again raised the complaint and I was assured that issue would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Ticket gets created and getting resolved in 2 days time without any resolution.

                                  Some of the ticket numbers are:

                                  IN[protected] – this ticket is getting re-opened multiple times but without any resolution.

                                  There is no central ownership from any of customer care executives. They are just creating tickets and nothing more than that.

                                  If someone from Flipkart is monitoring these feedbacks, pls check on this kind of malpractices happening at your courier services end (Ekart).

                                  Please help me in delivering my product as soon as possible. I am waiting for it.

                                    I purchased Park Avenue trousers (size 36) from Flipkart.com. Since the size was big, I placed an exchange request (size 34).

                                    The first time Ekart courier guy came and struggled for 15 mins to match the serial code on the trousers. Since it did not match, he asked me to contact Flipkart cust. supp. I contacted cust. supp, told my issue. And again placed the exchange request. The same thing happened. Ekart courier guy came again and still was asking for the serial code.

                                    This happened the next 4 times. For the fifth time, I decided to return permanently and asked for a refund. But again the Ekart courier guy came and informed me that the return also requires a serial code.

                                    Again I contacted cust. support and informed this. This is continuing till now. They have escalated this issue. Now for the new return request, the pickup was scheduled on 16 May. But nobody came till 17 May.

                                    I am fed up with Flipkart service. I had wasted almost 10-15 calls and emails from my side and 10-15 calls from their side. This issue is already escalated.

                                    I want to fine these people for all these pain. Neither I am able to return product nor exchange.

                                      I ordered a 32L convection microwave "Order: OD32OD[protected]", and they delivered a 20L microwave. I am not able to return it because app is throwing error, customer care is not helping with the issue. Flipkart app is not adding my review too. This is how they are scamming customers.

                                        I ordered a 32L convection microwave which costs 15000 rs. But they delivered 10L basic microwave. I tried to return the product multiple times in the app, but it's always throwing an error that return cannot be placed. Customer care is not responding properly. even mailed to Flipkart's grievance officer, there is no update.

                                        I am not able to add this in product review. they are not adding negative reviews.
