I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

    .Hello Flipkart,

    I bought  realme Gt  master on 15/12/2021(Order ID - OD[protected] under Smart Upgrade plan
     Rs. 7800 amount needed to pay one year later or return my mobile to Flipkart while upgrading mobile. So I returned my mobile under the buy back option (Order id-OD[protected] on 14th December, 2022) but pay later bill got generated along with 7800 Rs. So I need to return my mobile at zero cost and also need to pay a smart upgrade amount?  Are you playing with me? Why should I want to pay ? Even after returning my mobile to Flipkart? Raised complaint on January 1st, 2023 almost 4 months are gone. The complaint keeps on escalating every day I will get the call from flipkart they will tell me it is under process please wait for 48 hours or 24 hours etc... Next, send your account details we will send to your account but still I did not receive and next we will transfer to your gift voucher. I also agreed that I did not get any voucher from flipkart. so final conclusion is I lost my mobile and money flipkart is cheated me, I will sue you in court and claim extra money for testing my patience, wasting  my time, trust etc.

      My flipkart account has been deactivated by flipkart and now I want be activate it but it is not activating shows blocked or call customer care.

      In my account there is more 1000 supercoin is also there.

      My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is connected with email also and when I enters the mobile no. And password it shows me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
      Plz solve this problem ASAP.

        I have placed an order on April 16 and delivery was promised on April 18. They didn't delivery it on time and kept on increasing the delivery date. Todays date is April 26 and product is not delivered. Some how I found the delivery partner and the hub were the product is, when I visited the hub the agent is saying multiple reasons for everytime I visited them. Finally I asked him how many more days and he was saying 1 more week even for searching the product in his hub, not giving the product even after going for pickup and speaking in a rude language.

            Recently I ordered a smartphone which is Redmi Note 11, it was delivered in conditioned. After delivery when we the start phone, after that the phone is getting on-and-off continuously and automatically from the starting.
            I am continuously trying to contact with Flipkart customers service but no one response me till now.
            I want to return my product, please help as soon as possible.
            I am already for a long time for resolution, I never expect such misbehave from Flipkart services.

                    I've ordered an item from Flipkart on 20.04.2023 and it showed the last update on 22.04.2023. Since 22st of April I am continuously calling Flipkart customer care and Ekart customer care. Both are not responding. The tracking id no. FMPP[protected] Is showing error. Flipkart gave me the invalid tracking id. They are telling me to wait for the order. After that there is no update regarding the shipment. I tried to track it through the ekart website but it is showing that there is some issue with the tracking ID. I've contacted the Flipkart customer care and they told it is due to some technical issue from ekart. Should I file case in the consumer court ? Or cancel the order ?

                      Dear Sir/ Madam
                      On 20th April, my flipkart account was blocked due to the high number of returns request as per them. First they send fake, duplicate, broken product, expired date products, some products are missing from the box, automatically canceled order without any reason. In that condition if customer wants to request for return or replacement facilities as per flipkart term and condition. They blocked their ID. If customer talked to their customer support team, they will not solve the customer problem and give us only a date on this date your problem will be solved, but they will not solve it. They neither open blocked accounts nor refund wallets money to bank account.

                      The same thing happened to me. I sent a return request for the product as some items were missing from the box. They blocked my account now they neither open my account nor refund my flipkart wallets money to the bank account.

                      Now, I would like to request you that take some necessary action on flipkart so that from today, they will not harass another customer. This is a new trend of flipkart blocking customer id without any reason and loot all flipkart wallets money.

                      No any sms or call and email came from flipkart regarding my block account or my money refund.
                      So, I kindly request you to take some necessary action on flipkart.
                      My complaint was about flipkart blocking my account now, nither they open my account nor refund my flipkart wallet money.

                        I want to exchange my allen solly t shirt but delivery boy name surender mobile no [protected] he is abusing me and harassed me and snatched my iphone and misbehaved he is illiterate why flipkart is hire like that boys he dont know how to do return pickup and waste my 1 hour kindly take legal actions and terminate the guy from flipkart service

                          Hello there. I was using Flipkart for about more than 3 years until they recently tricked me. I placed an Asics sports shoe bearing Order ID: OD[protected] on 07th April 2023 and I received the order on 10th April. The size of the shoe was too large for me and there were no smaller size available of the same colour. So I decided to wait for a smaller size to get back in stock as I can exchange within 10 days according to Flipkart policy. But unfortunately no size came back to stock. So on 15th April 2023, before the expiration of my return policy I placed an exchange request of a different colour (smaller size) bearing Order ID: OD[protected].
                          On 21st April 2023, I got an SMS in the evening that my exchange order is out for delivery but it didn't reach me. I thought that due to some circumstances the order may have been rescheduled. No courier agent tried to reach me. On 24th April 2023, I got an email that my exchange order was cancelled. What! Then I tried contacting the Flipkart customer care and they told me that the cancellation was not done from their end. I want to ask Flipkart why would I cancel the exchange order knowing that my return period is over?
                          Now I can't return it nor wear the oversized shoe.
                          Please help.

                            I order medicine from flipkart health plus and i received only some medicine when i call customer care they said we don't do anything sorry. I want my refund in my account i was paid full amount to the company.and the amount was 1500. I waited 1 month but they didn't send any amount to i wanty money bank in my account.

                              Ekart rejected my return request saying the product is mismatched but no ekart guy came to pickup the product. This is my tracking ID FMPP[protected] for the product Avani metrobuzz gold plated personalized, customized gift best friends reel photo collage gift for friends, BFF with frame ( as the thumbnail says). This is the third time I am requesting a return, they rejected it twice. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                                Hello there. I was using flipkart for more than 3 years but recently they tricked me. I ordered a pair of shoes but the size was too big for me. As no other sizes of the same colour shoe was available so I waited for a few days. At last two days before the expiration of the return period, I decided to go for smaller size of different colour and placed an exchange request. The exchange order was placed successfully and it reached my nearest delivery centre after a few days.
                                On the next day I got a sms that my item was out for delivery but it didn't reach me. No delivery agent contacted me. I thought that it has been rescheduled to the next day but it didn't show up. After 3 days I got an email that my exchange request has been cancelled. I called the customer service and they said that I myself had cancelled the order! Why will I cancel the exchange request after expiration of my return period. Now I can't return nor wear the shoes.
                                Please help me.

                                  I had ordered AC at Flipkart but AC delivered was not matching with the description shown (Sent product manufactured in 2022 but shown 2023 in order description) on the product details so I cancelled it within 15 minutes of its delivery. It has been 12 days but return pick up not done and my refund of Rs 30, 490 not initiated by Flipkart even after several follow ups, complaints, message, feedback remarks. Only status showing as cancelled since 14th April’23

                                    From last 3 times whenever I placed order and at exactly delivery date by product cancel by Flipkart by saying that order is not deliverable on this location. It's look like harrasment and insulting for customer when we placed order and not received even product already approach in nearest hub porbandar. Even I see Flipkart delivery executive in my area still give reason not deliverable in my location.
                                    Please take action against them from last 3 time they continue cheat me by saying this.however I don't lost money

                                      I ordered this book from Flipkart and they sent me a cheap reprint which has pages missing. I immediately applied for a return. After a few days they cancelled the return on their own and are now saying return is not possible.

                                        My flipkart account has been blocked, and I have two itemed to be picked up and one is pending to raise request for return. I tried to contact flipkart but no response received from Flipkart. due to account blocked I am unable to login to the account.
