I ordered the redmi note 7s with the exchange offer from flipkart, and chose to exchange it with my htc desire 820g+ dual sim.
I am a careful phone user, and my phone has no significant external damage.
But the person who came for delivery showed me a small (Less than 5 millimeters) scratch on the body. And refused to take the phone as exchange. It is as if he wanted a brand new phone in exchange, instead of an old one.
Why is it that such a small scratch, that too on the body, which is barely visible, disabled me from giving my phone for exchange?
Please clarify!

    Hello,

    This is my formal complaint regarding my new phone redmi mi a2.

    I buy this phone in last week and i received phone with old operation system which is android 8.1.

    I am facing an issue with heating and battery draining quickly issue.

    I raised a complaint regarding the replacement with flipkart and then they ask me to uninstall, force stop 3rd party application and restart, after restarting phone they ask me to update software for system and which is not possible to do it by executive is on call so executive informed me that he will call me later.

    I update phone till july 2019 update.

    I waited for couple of days then i called again.
    So again that executive asking me to repeat the same thing and i denied. I ask him does he have the last call complaint details so he doesn't have that.

    Any how he arrange a technician to check my phone.
    Technician run system check an application then we waited and the process completed and he was telling me report normal.

    I am using phone, i m facing a problem, then how can ur system show the phone is okay.

    I simply asking a replacement for my phone and i don't know any argument on this or else i have to lodge a legal complaint regarding this issue.

    Phone manufacture date is for sep 2017. It means flipkart giving us an old manufactured product.

    When i make a visit to mi store they have a phone with latest sotware update which is android 9 pie.

    Requesting you to please replace my phone and provide me the solution.

      Ordered a redmi k20 pro on the very first alpha sale, the product arrived on 21st july 2019, which shocked me on unboxing. A 28k rs phone had scratches all over the protection film and dust between the phone and the film. On removing the film and inspecting further, there are scratches on the back glass and the front of the phone. I immediately filed for a replacement on the same day,

      It has been 5 days now, they still haven't accepted the replacement, everytime i call their customer service executive, they ask me to wait for their call back from the "back end" which never arrives.

      I believe they are just going to waste another 5 days, so the 10 days replacement period is completed and then cancel my replacement so i'm stuck with a defective product

      Hats off to your "customer first" service flipkart, never purchasing anything ever again from you.

        Tv is not as advertised. The pixel is burned at the right bottom end near power light. The hdmi arc feature is not working for sound output. Also the operating system is very lagging. Tried calling the team and escalated the issue. Without further investigation and contacting me, they are now sending a replacement of the same which i do not need. I need the refund instead.

          Hi,

          I have purchased a mobile phone - "vivo z1pro (Sonic black, 128 gb) color: sonic black" from flipkart on thu, jul 18th '19 by prepaid mode through sbi credit card.
          Order id: od[protected]

          Yesterday i. E thu, 25th july i got a message saying the product has been delivered. But i haven't received the regular intimation that says "your product is out for delivery and will be delivered by xxx" which is upposed to have the delviery executive's mobile number as well. Neither i got the message nor i got the call from the delivery executive before delivery. I simply got the message that it got delviered. I didnot receive the product.

          I have no idea about -
          1. Whethere it really got delviered or not.
          2. If it got delviered, where/to whom it got delivered.

          I have called the flipkart customer care as well and raised my concern about not receiving the product after paying for it and it's neglegency about the delivery of the product.
          But i didn't get proper response or assurance about getting the product or the refund. They din't even try to check with the delivery partner or the concerened and didnot give any information. They bluntly asked me to wait till july 31st for a resolution which is very dissappointing.

          My complaint is that, i want to get my product to be delviered/or in worst case i need to get a full refund. I would also like to complain against flipkasrt for being reckless and negligent about choosing their delviery partners and their carelessness to follow up with them. Their flat denial attitude towards providing any information/assistance is utterly dissappointing on top of already being worried about not receiving the product for which i already paid.

          I hope my issue gets resolved as soon as possible.

            My phone has over heating issues since few month nearly bought 8 or 9 months ago. My phone doesn't have heavy apps like pubg though it lags sometimes, screen doesn't work sometimes. Even if i open any random apps it starts heating. The battery drainage is high as not expected. Variant 8gb:256gb not much space used (30gb out of 244 gb used).
            This issue had made me not satisfied with this product. If i used other brand mobiles (4 or 6gb) rather than xiaomi, these types of issue doesn't come.

              Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

              Then i used forgot button and then received code.

              Entered the code successfully.
              After that it was asking please set a new password.

              Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

              That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

              I already attached the screenshot also what i am facing.

                      Recently i just got delivered my product when i opened it, it was totally damaged and when i complaint flipkart they hve blocked my account, saying u hve returned several times which is totally wrong, i think strick action should be taken against flipkart, they r sending wrong and damage procuct to there customers, and when customes try to return the product they blocked them by giving nonsense reason..

                        I wanted to buy a top from flipkart. As i was in a process of completing an order for a top, amount was deducted from my phonepe. But there is no order confirmation. Guess its not placed. Cant find the order in my orders. It's already more than 24 hours. No order or refund message. This was my first order on flipkart and it has come out as a total disappointment. Request the flipkart team to look into this matter.

                          I have been trying to book a product named f&d t200x sound bar during offers days from 15th july to 18th of this month. It has been showing out of stock to my pin code. And i have tried many pin codes in our country so to check where it is available. Unfortunately it was not available to any pin code address in our country. This situation happens only in offers days.in normal days this product is available to my address with out any issue with hiked price. Now flipkart is giving discount on gadgets from 25 -27th and and same thing is happening. So flipkart is giving offers and make the products unavailable to consumers. Flipkart is doing these type of fake sales.

                            I have no clue why did they blocked my account.

                              I got a mail from flipkart customer support service that my account is closed due to high return.
                              They've not mentioned anywhere that one can request for how much returns within a month i[censored]ser exceeds this number then his account will be blocked.
                              I'm also a plus member of flipkart but they are not replying of my mails. They just copying & pasting same information every time given as below.

                                  These are 4 examples out of many other issues I have placed.
                                  1. Order OD[protected] is not delivered on 18th July 2019 and 10pm after out for delivery in the early morning and after 5days also the product is not delivered and cancel option also not available. I contacted to customer care several times on 18th, 20th and 21st flipkart customer care team is really well trained so stick on same work like please wait for 24 to 48 hours and asked to cancel the order but not cancelled, as the credit card billing payment date is getting closer on I have went to hub and request to cancel, they took 24hrs to cancel. Amount is not yet refunded and the process is to slow and no one responded from the backend team to this issue till today and do not understand why we are not having direct contact phone line number to this team, I just understand like they are interested to waste customer time and money please do not make pre paid order good to go with cash in delivery. Can't trust flipkart. Here the main problem is the hub management Sanath Nagar branch Hyderabad the review also worst on that hub I do not have any idea like why the flipkart is not taking any actions on them instead of that it looks like they are encouraging them

                                  2. Order OD[protected]
                                  As the hub devices are not good i called customer care team and asked to change the address to my office and after 24hours asked whether the address was updated or not means it was updated they told but shockingly it was in the samet old hub address, It was reached to hub in the 6:21am after 12 hrs also they have not changed the status to out for delivery I went to hub and asked why are not delivering the product and they replied like your estimated date is 26th and today is 22nd we will send on or before 26th we will not give now. I request like atleast the customer reached hud to get the product why are not showing the interest to search the product and deliver no response and asked to cancel the order and went from there with in 3hrs they call me and asked to product to collect that before closing there hub left just 1hour. My time is completely waste twice by taking permission from office.

                                  3. OD[protected]. Placed order on 18th July 2019 and now end of 25th July 2019 the product is not even shipped. Just they will hold over money and waste over time by saying stupid offers. Offline stores are better we see the mobile use the mobile and purchase instantly, here we are trusting and buying without having any in hand feel.

                                  4. OD[protected].
                                  This is for Samsung Note9, high-end premium phone. I have faced network issue and heating issue in the phone, after raising complaint they arrange the tech visit he will come and take a screenshot in the mobile and close the status as no issue in phone without checking the mobile. When I say this to flipkart they will rearrange tech visit and say this is the solution we can provide. I have taken a video and sent to them they did not even bothered and said like will reschedule again. No resolution after rasing complaint in this form they use to close this as resolution was provide and customer is happy, I have attached the photo of tech visit and previously all closed requets. Then they have refuded after long time, u thought I lost my 70k by unnecessarily buying in flipkart (I have purchased few mobile in Amazon there service and check up is genuine).
                                  And when I asked the tech visit person why are you doing like this he replied like we are not having option like issue in the phone to update so we are not checking just closing the case as no issue in the phone like flipkart is cheat us.

                                  Not having any trust on flipkart, so cancelling all the products.

However, we see that the order was canceled by the seller. This is not something which we would want you to experience and have shared feedback with the seller so they can put additional measures in place to ensure on-time deliveries of orders.                                     My account locked on Flipkart side .he say some reason am not purchasing personal but I have all proof my friends and family only am purchasing.i have no problem my account locked.some cardless monthly emi going on that account.that emi link need login but my account locked.how to pay my emi already overdue email coming.last one month so many email and call to customer care no response on Flipkart side.today received mail you not pay today take action .am ready to pay immediately now how to pay.

                                      I purchased one dall for my daughter on 16 July . my order supposed to delivered by 19 jully . but till that day it was not delivered hence I contacted customer care then they given me another date that is 23 jully as product delivery date but no luck they responded back me that they are not in the position to deliver this product I have to cancel it I denied it then they took 2 more days and again saying that I have to cancel this product and reorder it then I said please provide this product with same price but they denied it I need serious help from you guys please resolve my issue

                                        Hi All,

                                        i made a purchase of mobile on 18th july on flipkart. i and other 3-4 collegue placed the same order but the order got cancelled stating the reason a wrong price mentioned. all my friends got a shopping voucher
                                        when i called the customer care and asked why i dint get the vocher they said its from seller. again when i mailed i got a call that it will be rectified in 24 hours. but next day i got a mail that your
                                        account is not being used for personal use so we are deactivating the account.
                                        this is the second time i got the same issue. if there is any boundation of purchasing then it should be sent as a mail info first also i have not purchased anything in bulk.

                                        is this justify that if we complain they will simply deactivate the account.

                                        now my both account with the no [protected] and [protected] are disabled.
                                        do these company have a monopoly or having no control of govt.

                                        suggest me where i can file the complaint.
