I am really writing this mail with regret for associating and shopping with flipkart. After a week of follow up and requests, finally i have decided to end up the association with flipkart by deactivating the account.
I had ordered motorola one power on 5th july 2019, with the order id: od[protected], which was delivered on 6th july 2019 (Saturday). I had found several issues with mobile. Which were mainly both hardware and software issues. I had complained the customer care on 8th july 2019 between 3pm and 5pm. The complaints are as below.
1. Mobile network absorbing capacity. (Not able to retrieve the signal after passing through uncovered areas. Even after restarting and reinserting sim did not used to get the network, but the same sim was working well in other mobile at the same location)
2. Mobile restarting issues (Sometimes takes more than 10 seconds to restart the phone)
3. Time format issues (Time format was in 24 hours. Sometimes it automatically display the time in 12 hours format)
4. Notification tone issues (Even after keeping all notification in silent mode, get the notification sound during call)
5. Now i cant receive the calls. I just hear ringtone sound, no option displaying to receive the calls.
I had raised request to replace it and a visit from the technical team was organised. At the time inspection, all software passed the blancco test, (But the hardware problem was not attended.) hence my request got rejected by the seller!!! I bought the mobile from flipkart, not from the seller! Moreover i did not demand for refund, i just asked to replace the mobile. Entertaining your representative's idiotic questions was horrible. Please recruit someone who has really good logic.
This is not the first time i am buying mobile from the flipkart.in fact i never had any issues with any of the products purchased from the flipkart, but when i raised query it remained unresolved. This is the reason i am, ending up my association with flipkart. Unwillingly i will have to give true feedback on the mobile at the customer review.
