Hello i ordered a mobile phone from flipkart.in on 5th of july 2019 and the package arived me the very next day.
I used the product for some time and found some issues like hanging and less earpiece sound my parents said me to return the product and buy some another mobile with some extra budget upto 10000 ok so i applied for the same on 10th july 2019 next day the rejected the return request i applied again they rejected again next i tried for a replacement they rejected again and now today 17th july i am all along with this mobile which is just a trash for me so i want you to take action on my case as soon as possible

    Hello,

    I am really writing this mail with regret for associating and shopping with flipkart. After a week of follow up and requests, finally i have decided to end up the association with flipkart by deactivating the account.

    I had ordered motorola one power on 5th july 2019, with the order id: od[protected], which was delivered on 6th july 2019 (Saturday). I had found several issues with mobile. Which were mainly both hardware and software issues. I had complained the customer care on 8th july 2019 between 3pm and 5pm. The complaints are as below.

    1. Mobile network absorbing capacity. (Not able to retrieve the signal after passing through uncovered areas. Even after restarting and reinserting sim did not used to get the network, but the same sim was working well in other mobile at the same location)
    2. Mobile restarting issues (Sometimes takes more than 10 seconds to restart the phone)
    3. Time format issues (Time format was in 24 hours. Sometimes it automatically display the time in 12 hours format)
    4. Notification tone issues (Even after keeping all notification in silent mode, get the notification sound during call)
    5. Now i cant receive the calls. I just hear ringtone sound, no option displaying to receive the calls.

    I had raised request to replace it and a visit from the technical team was organised. At the time inspection, all software passed the blancco test, (But the hardware problem was not attended.) hence my request got rejected by the seller!!! I bought the mobile from flipkart, not from the seller! Moreover i did not demand for refund, i just asked to replace the mobile. Entertaining your representative's idiotic questions was horrible. Please recruit someone who has really good logic.

    This is not the first time i am buying mobile from the flipkart.in fact i never had any issues with any of the products purchased from the flipkart, but when i raised query it remained unresolved. This is the reason i am, ending up my association with flipkart. Unwillingly i will have to give true feedback on the mobile at the customer review.

    This complaints will also be shared with national consumer forum soon.

      I received a call and they said that i won prize money 580000 i ll have paid 16400 then he send me hi employee i'd n pan card and adhaar card. Then he said get amount 26100 you pay only 4.5% n company will pay rest then he said noc 31100 for noc agreement. He send 1st page of noc agreement. He said that after i pay 31100 he will send 16 page pdf file to my mail. I already paid 58000 can i get my money refund he gave me sbi account no

        I am ambuja s m
        I want my mobile today without any issues with in 6 pm i cannot stay longer without my mobile. My order id is od[protected] and through this number i booked "[protected]" so kindly atleast consider my compline because they didn't answer to my call.
        And i got a call from a guy i though it is from flipkart because delivery was given on same day and time but that guy picked the call and cut the call and switched off the mobile then we got a message saying that i will reach after 3 days, why are you people keeping this irresponsible ppl for work i am really damn frustrated with all idk what kind of actions your going to take i need mobile with in today date 17 june 2019 with in 6 pm.
        See to run the business customer satisfaction is required if that is not proper then how will a business run.
        So kindly make sure i get my mobile with i today evening.

        my main highlighting point is this.
        My renter is wasting too much water. He drain all 1000 ltrs of water alone.even he have no any work from water . He puts the tap on and went to sleep. I always try to throw him out but he behaves me as he is my owner. Shri krishna nagar ahari, aurangabad, bihar phone:[protected]

          The order was not placed but the amount was debited from my bank. I have booked "Samsung Guru FM Plus SM-B110E/D" via net banking payment has detected but order not placed.Please let me know how to get the amount..

          I ordered Lenovo laptop (ideapad 330) from Flipkart after 3-4 hrs i get a mail that your product is been cancelled because of large demand so i ordered it twice and thrice and in all the time it got cancelled i didn't cancel it please unblock my account.

            I have not yet received my order which was to get delivered on 15.7.2019 and even there is no valid response received from flipkart for the delivery. Only asking to wait since more than 4 days even after doing the complete payment.
            Ekart no. Fmpp[protected]. Even i was calling to flipkart for last 4 days and even they had informed that will get delivered today tomorrow but not yet delivered. We have also informed that the same is very urgent. But no body is resolving our issue.

            I want my product to get delivered by tomorrow i.e on 18.7.2019.i can't wait more for my product even after paying complete payment.already Flipkart has not accepted my exchange product due to colour faded which was not mentioned while placing the order in terms and conditions. Really fedup of the Flipkart service so I can't wait for the product to delivered.get my product delivered tomorrow any how.

            Flipkart delivered my product by today itself.we are not here to do the follow-up with Flipkart even after paying the payment and even doing that we are not getting proper valid reason for delay. Get my product delivered today anyhow means anyhow take the necessary action against Ekart which you have not done since last 6 days. As ur assured hours to resolve the issue was 24 hrs bt it has taken 144 hrs.

              I have one ordered in dtd.11/07/2019 order id od[protected] mcafee 1 user 1 year mobile security (Email delivery - no cd) which delivery on dtd.11/07/2019 with in 6hrs. On registered e-mail delivery. But i didn't received on my registered e-mail id.

              Already i have complint in this regard to flipkart aga. Incident: in[protected], till date 17/11/02019 not resolved, neither i received or neither resolved this issue. Everyday i follow to flipkart nobody satisfied this ordered.

              I need refund of this amount in my original peyment method.

                I have ordered redmi note 7 pro on 15/07/2019 and received the product on 16/07/2019. When i was unboxing the package, found that product was not packed properly and also the mobile seal was opened already.
                It was clearly written that we "do not accept the product if the seal is open". I have raised a replacement request with flipkart immediately and the response was verification process itself 4 days and replacement may take upto 12 working days!!
                Are you guys crazy?? What kind verification you need? I have the proof of photo and video o[censored]npacking this device which clearly shows seal was broken.
                When i paid complete amount and for your mistake why should i wait for so long??
                I need this to be resolved by today 17/07/2019 and need the replacement by 18/07/2019 as i will be moving out of city.

                Same thing happened today, i ordered Redmi note 7 pro and delivery boy told me to accept an opened box, firstly the cardboard box with my name and address didn't have the outer plastic bag of Flipkart, plus the seal of the box was also opened and the phone inside had its protective screen guard also removed . I refused to take the delivery of the phone, the delivery boy told me that he will buy a new phone and told me whether i would accept that ? I simply refused, he started crying, he said he delivered the product to someone else and that person opened the phone, i told him how can you deliver without seeing the Identity Card / address verification n all. Seems to be a big scam going on . Then i called Flipkart and the exec told me that I will get the phone in next two days.

                  I purchased a realme 2 pro phone on november 2018 along with buyback offer worth rs99.. According to this offer within 6-8month i can exchange my phone with other realme device and i will get rs, 9800 off on my new realme device.. So i ordered new phone realme 3 pro on 7th july.. And i got off of rs9800 as per my buyback offer... After few days on 13th july delivery boy came with the product and asked for my old realme 2 pro device alongg with it's accessories and box.. I gave him all the things but he rejected my phone cause the box had oppo brand charger which i got in the realme 2 pro box.. He was asking for realme brand charger... Now tell me from where i would have given him realme brand charger??? I contacted flipkart in this regard they gave the date of 15th july to resolve my problem.. I contacted them again.. They again gave me new date of 16th july.. But still my problem didn't solve... I again contacted them on 17 the july.. Now they are completely trying to ignore my problem.. And i got mail of cancellation of my order on 16th july... I don't have any problem cause they cancel my order but now i have cocern about my buyback value of rs9800.

                  Are you kidding me...They just rejected my phone cause I had oppo brand charger inside the box...and all realme 2 pro phone comes with oppo brand charger...don't make lame excuses...I don't know anything..I just want my buyback value of 9800..from here I will get realme brand charger..I can only return things which I got inside the box...cable..box..all booklets ..mobile case and oppp brand charger

                    I’m unable to login to my flipkart account. I have contacted flipkart support and they informed me that their system has found a trend on my purchase, so they have decided that i’m doing reselling. They informed me that i cannot use my account anymore.

                    I have never purchased any item more than once. There was some instance where i have placed an order and it got cancelled by seller due to limited stock. So i had to order the same item again. May be because of that they have considered me as reseller. Instead of checking the orders placed they should also check whether the same order has been placed and delivered or not.

                    I have already mentioned that I had to order a particular item twice that’s because the order which I have placed was cancelled by the seller (THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM), so I had to order the same item again after some time. The order which I have placed second time got delivered to me and first order was not delivered. You guys have to consider whether the same product has been delivered before or not. SAME ITEM CAN BE ORDERED MANY TIMES, DUE TO CANCELLATION. YOU GUYS ARE NEVER CONSIDERING THE CANCELLED ITEM.

                    Seller has cancelled my order. So I have ordered the same product and you guys telling me that I’m doing reselling by considering only how many the same item has been ordered.

                    Now I lost my account forever and can’t use that anymore.

                    You guys are never accepting that is was wrongly identified. I’m totally disappointed with your reason and customer support.

                      marq 1.5 ton inverter 3 star ac is giving e6 fault and down for last one month

                      I have placed order for redmi note 7 pro for 4 times with sbi credit card on emi but this seller 4 times consecutively without any intimation and message came on my cell that seller has cancelled my orders due to non-availability of phone at seller end

                      I suggest flipkart to cancel the registration of such seller and moreover if the seller doesnt have the stock of mobiles then on site it should be shown as "out of stock".

                      Now i have to chase flipkar and seller to refund my money which has been made 3 times @ 12599/- each time which is approx total rs. 37800/-

                          I have complained for ac installation charges and they refunded me extra charges as electronic gift voucher.. After few days they have suspended my account as i can't purchase anything using the posted amount. I have observed in online that many users facing same issue. I am really surprised to see such intention and business policy.

                          I have called them multiple time and got one information, our executive will contact you within 48hrs, but more than 1month gone.. But not received any communication from them.. Look like they are fake and cheating with us.

                          I am expecting reply from Flipkart otherwise it's look like Flipkart is doing unfair business.. That's mean you guys are stealing our money..

                          Without reason you guys suspended my account.. I have 1600/- in my account. I have purchased various things previously also, but you guys not suspended my account on that time bcz on that time I don't keept money in my Flipkart account. RIGHT??

                          We are already started purchasing from Amazon and avoiding Flipkart and all of my friends are also doing same.

                            I am unable to exchange my phone for which i had purchased buyback gurantee. Everytime i try to exchange my phone for a new one, app shows "ABB is not enabled for this account". I called flipkart helpline, but even their. senior executives were not sure what ABB is. I think flipkart is cheating with their customers by not honoring buy back gurantee

                              Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                              Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                              Entered the code successfully.
                              After that it was asking please set a new password.

                              Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                              That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                I have placed an order on flipkart on 16 july 2019. That order has different products but all delivering at one single address. Minutes after making the payment through my credit card i got a message that my order gets cancelled due to quantity restrictions placed by the seller. Then i contacted the support team and they were also saying the same thing. Though he quantities i have ordered was 1 for each item. I could not understand how come i have crossed the quantity limit.? Should i have ordered 1/2 or 0 quantity?
                                Since i have multiple products in my cart they were all from different sellers. When i asked the flipkart support guy, which seller has replied that i have crossed quantity limit, the support guy said all of the sellers. This sounds really strange. All sellers cancelled my order at once and that too with in seconds after placing the order.

                                I asked them how many quantity you are seeing of a particular product in my order to which he replied one. Again i asked, then how much quantity i should have ordered for that? Zero? He was having no answer and simply suggesting me to place the order again. This is not the resolution to place the order again.
                                These guys are definitely using wrong practices to increase their number of orders during offer period to misguide people and may be their investors. Who knows.
                                I am done with flipkart and would recommend others to avoid these crooks as much as possible.

                                  Hi Thomson Team and Flipkart Team,

                                  From last two months you guys have broken my peace in life. I have been continuously followed up to repair my thomson led tv, but you guys have not done yet.
                                  My thomson smart led tv 32 inch "LED display is not working". My complaint id is 9530659. I have lost confidence on thomson company, they are loot company actually.

                                  Question to flipkart team:
                                  Why you guys are selling thomson tv, who dont provide service. flipkart is a trusted brand and you guys are also loosing trust because of thomson.

                                  I have followed up with both of your team but no contacts yet.

                                  Although no hope that this issue will be resolved, god is there to watch your all bad things done to customer service and that day is not far when your downfall will start.

                                    My account was hacked on 29th june 2019 now, it is recovered but there is an order of rs 13, 999 which was ordered and delivered on when my account was hacked and i told flipkart customer support on 29th june 2019 about my account being hacked and not to accept or deliver any order and that order was ordered on 29th june 2019 and delivered on 1st july 2019. Proof is attached. Please help.

                                    I cannot change the mobile phone number and the number is wrong in all the orders and courier guy says he cannot contact me. When i try to change the number it says "Identifer already in USE" and it does not go through even if the number is not registered to any account on flipkart.
                                    My registered mobile number is lost and I want to change my mobile number but it's ask otp but my old mobile number was lost so pps change my mobile number

                                      I have joined flipkart affiliate program in hope that i can earn extra money through affiliate program.

                                      I have successfully completed the condition which is minimum threshold for egv is 2500/- and in november '2018, i have earned 3867/- approved payment & egv supposed to be transferred to me in february'2019 (Completion of 60 days). But amount has not transferred in our account till now.

                                      I have mailed several times but nobody even bother to reply and i have also submitted issue in affiliated program contact us page, but they have not replied.

                                      They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. I am hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. I have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.
