Respected sir/mam I have been struggling to get solve my problem from last 9 days but i am not getting any help from any one.I have been using Flipkart from last 5 years but this is the first time i am facing such a issue.I would like to explain that i purchased Flipkart digital gift card x3 5000rs each on April 26th and made a successful payment from upi the money was debited from my account but my Flipkart payment page got error and my order went into pending status.So from the day 26th april to till date my order is still showing pending and i have not yet received the refund or any message of confi of order or cancellation.I deeply request Flipkart to please help me as i have been in deep depression from last 2 weeks.I will be attaching all screenshots and hope Flipkart will help me out.I also want to say that u have the power to solve the problem and i Deeply request you will hear me.

    This is regarding my order no OD[protected]. Flipkart has delivered a defective product and even after return approved and picked up Flipkart has still not initiated my refund. Why does Flipkart keep people's hard earned money. Flipkart refund policy is a joke. Theh never refund on time and make people run from pillar to post. Ban Flipkart.

      My Flipkart account has been blocked. I want to pay my pay later bill which is due in today. I have been receiving emails from Flipkart to pay before 5th of May 2023. But I am not able to login to my account. The mail link too is directing me to the login page. Kindly unblock my account so that I can pay my pay later bills.

        I had ordered product one plus pad from Flipkart they had given delivery date is 4th may so I had ordered the product which is mandatory to me for that me
        But they extended the delivery date by 8th or before 8 th may for which cause so much pain to me and cause problem to me
        Iam very unappy and not satisfied for what they have done
        This is not 1st time they had done same mistake for last delivery
        That time I had leaved it
        But not this time which is very imp to me for the occasion which is gift for friend he is so much disappointed and depressed and I am also went through feel discomfort for not sse like her and so many works also pending for both of me
        Please help for us by providing any compensation legally

          Pathetic service from flipkart.
          Delivery person use to cancel my order from past 1 month.
          It seems that delivery person is the owner.

                    When i try to place the order, it shows there is no sellers ship to this pincode. But i have placed orders in this pincode (previous year).

                      In Flipkart 4/5/2023, I try to order realme GT neo 3T phone when the stock is available, i have already placed many orders in the pincode. But when i try to pay, it says no sellers ship to this pincode.
                      I almost tried all major districts in tamilnadu, none of the sellers ship to all those districts. I have been trying these for past 2 days.

                        Ordered a 48v phantom power for my bm 800 mic and received something called a guitar capo. been fighting constantly with cust care and the courier guys. so far no resolution or refund. they sent courier guys to pick the product up but both times the courier guys refused to accept the product saying that it was damaged. I have a video and several photos to show what I have received instead of what I paid for and that the product I received is totally undamaged(whatever we received is solid metal and cannot get damaged unless a heavy hammer is used on it). they are lying and harrassing us. they are probably delaying so that the return window gets closed.

                              I have ordered a pixel 6a at flipkart with exchange of my old phone. At the time of purchase it did not ask me to provide a IMEI number. At the time of delivery my product was valid from their verification app yaatra. But IMEI does not match with the delivery person application. It shows like IMEI did not match. The thing flipkart did not even ask the Old phone IMEI number in the first place. I have cancelled and reordered, the same issue keep happening with flipkart

                                  My flipkart paylater account with [protected] my flipkart account was blockled due to which i cant pay my paylater bill but after research i came to know that paylate is being given backed by the bank idfc

                                  so i just login to the idfc with my details and i have seen my pay later emi i have fully paid the emi

                                  the payment was updated in the idfc system but it has not being updated by the flipkart in their paylater

                                  after complaint they marked 1 payment entry and 1 payment of 2839 is still not updated in their flipkart paylater

                                  i have talked to them so many times but they not responded

                                    Security breach by using may old phone number and my flipkart account

                                    My old phone number is being used by some other person "Raju" whom i don't know and never ever shared my mobile number as well. Flipkart customer care is unable to reach and this person is using my account for almost quite long time now. Tried all the possible way but still that number is there with other person and i am keep on getting the notifications in email for some random orders.

                                    Prepaid order for AC OD[protected] was not delivered but Flipkart hasn’t refunded yet for the return . I’m waiting since 25 April. Flipkart customer service now says they can’t trace the return and do not know the seller’s contact. Hence the refund request is not processed

                                      I had placed 2 order crompton cooler with extension warranty ..one was done on 15th April 2023 or the other was done on 25th April 2023 both orders was cancelled & returned .and i have only received cooler refund .. not extent warranty refund which is 799/- each cooler ..status is showing cancellation requested but not canceled not refund initiated yer…customer care executives didn't answer my questions and .. I already registered my complaint but no resolution provided by flipkart ..they only procrastinate my issue .. very bad experience I'm very loyal & old customer of flipkart .&.but this is pathetic.. 1800/- is not a small amount..
