    Hi. Im Syed. I had purchased a 70 litre desert air cooler of the brand Sepcooler on 22 feb 2023. The order ID is OD[protected] .Upon finding the product defective, i requested a replacement but was told that that wont be possible & will receive the refund amount shortly after product pick up. The product was picked up on 3rd March and since then ive been repeatedly following up for the refund and to no avail. I never received any refund. Each time i contact customer services, im given a date of resolution and nothing happens. I urge flipkart through your platform to process my refund asap, failing which i will be forced to take legal action. Its been more than a month & a half now.

      Sabut long cloves were ordered from the above brand through Flipkart portal.
      Called them 3 times and they have not resolved my issue from customer care, but marked it on flipkart page as resolved. The merchant is a TOTAL FRAUDSTER and not the first time it has happened. I have been supplied only 2 packets each of 50 grams whereas i paid 208 rupees for 200 grams.

        My order was delivered earlier and not updated in flipkart.The product delivered was wrong and damaged and when checked with flipkart they helped in enabling return request.But ekart delivery agent is irrresponsilble and cancelled my return request 6-7 times.I guess they are very iresoponsile and not heling in refund

          I ordered a mobile from flipkart and have to shipped in 1days and it has been 2days and they are playing with me "misroute (Same city misrouted)" and saying to wait
          I got my previous items to the same address within time but for this order they are saying wait 24hrs and the shipment will be delivered and till now my order is not getting shipped. Please help me

            i purchased tv on 13 april 2023. Delivery date was next day means 14 april but product not shipped till now 23.04.23

            i complained many time first they take 18 april resolution time - but no solution

            after that they take 21 april resolution time - no call or update

            next resolution time 23 april - till no delivery.

            Third class services by flipkart.

              I brought an bagpack from Flipkart. And they have sent me a bag of different brand.
              I raised a return request and it's past a month. They haven't scheduled that return pick up. The return pick up got cancelled over and over. I've raised complaints many times.

                I have ordered IFB microwave oven and due to missing accessories I have asked for replacement. In replacement product again same item was missing so I asked to delivery person to again for replacement. Then delivery person has taken original product also. But after that flipkart is denying to deliver the item.
                Now after making full payment, I have not recieved my product and flipkart is denying for refund also.
                Kindly help us.

                      The Flipkart team didn't unlock my account. I tried many time to reach them but didn't help me.

                          I have ordered mobile on Flipkart, On first use it had a heating issue. I have requested for replacement and during technical visit they told phone is working fine and installed one app and told that use it for some hours and if temperature go up it will be visible in app, I called flipkart and asked as you guys a telling to use heating phone just to prove heating issue, take accountability if something goes wrong, incase phone got burst you will held responsible. They denied and again asked me to book a replacement. The technical visit was on 15 April and 21 April was delivery date. Till now no technical visit had happened and when I called flipkart, there representatives were not at all helping on my concern.

                            I had ordered 6 bottles of dabur giloy ghanvati immunity booster from flipkart. I received the order today. Expiry date, price, etc. were hidden purposely with the black marker so that person who ordered cannot see the expiry date. When i washed the bottle with the liquid and unmarked the hidden expiry date, i found expiry date was 09/2022. What would have happened to me if i had consumed those expired medicine which flipkart supplied purposely? Who was going to held responsible for any circumstances?

                            This is the complaint against Flipkart for deliberately supplying expired medicine to the consumer despite knowing that it is expired.

                              I ordered from Flipkart and that order was also successfully placed. Order id OD[protected] . Delivery date is next 2 business days but on delivery date flipkart cancelled my order. After that i connected with flipkart customer care, her name is Kajal Thakur but she is giving me irrelevant excuses .
                              So i need compensation or gift card for that order.

                                I have purchased Hammer KO 2.0 truely wireless earbuds bluetooth headset on 20th March.

                                That was a faulty headset as sound quality was so bad, so put it on replacement on 25th March but not able due to error from flipkart app.
                                Than delivery person was not able to pickup the order as there was some error in flipkart app regarding my order.
                                From the first date flipkart guys are not giving any resolution i am just getting dates from you.
                                After 20 days product was picked up on 12th April now there’s no information about the refund they’re just giving me dates.
                                My mental health is also effecting due to this all.

                                      I got my phone number in August 2021, before which that number has been used by another person whom I don't know. I haven't used Flipkart till now, but now I wanted to make a purchase and I wanted to signup with my phone number. But when I entered my phone number, it is showing an account already exists, so I knew it was the previous holder who must have used Flipkart two years ago. I do not have any information regarding the previous holder except the fact that he used to own my number before August 2021.
                                      Flipkart does not send me any OTP to login but just shows "Login with OTP unavailable. Please contact customer care", but all those customer care number do not respond to my queries. Flipkart app/website is asking me for the password instead, but I don't know the password at all.
                                      I am the legal and rightful owner of this number, so I should be able to use it to login to Flipkart. Besides, I do not have any other number.

                                        I bought mobile from flipkart in offer I was shown that there is 10% instant discount from SBI credit card so I bought it under offer and paid using SBI credit card and under offer I was supposed to get 10% discount but didn't get it and When I talked to their customer care center for this they told that this offer is available only on few cards. I asked them that all this is not written on your offer page then they told that all these are rules and regulations of the company. Can not do anything.If you want to cancel your order you will get refund I asked them for refund immediately they told 4-5 working days time
