Flipkart is the worst e commerce site
They take money from the customer and then bound the customer to keep the product even if they not liked
Hi have ordered bed which is of pathetic quality raises return on 11 th may flipkart is rejecting return as they do not listen to customers and do not take bol the stuff they feel the customer is foool who buys product from them if not liked they vl not refund the money too

The product was supposed to be delivered on 16th Apr but got delayed messages 4 times and it is 8th May. Will the product ever be delivered. Order number OD[protected].
I had purchased a laptops through this website: get-now.ga/ &make the payment Rs-1699/- through the paytm upi reference no[protected].But I haven't receive any order detail and also I got fake order id.
Before 2 years i have bought moto e4 plus in flipkart, now i lost my mobile

even i am not able to login in my flipkart acc, now i required invoice copy to find IMEI number, can you please help me.

    I ordered a mi note 7 pro in flipkart flash sale on 8th may 2019. The expected delivery was 10th may 2019. But it was not delivered on that day. Next day when i called there customer care the told that the concerned team is working and created an incident. After that i called them many times but there was no update i was given the same answere. Even when i called on 15th they told to wait till 9pm. But still there was no call. On 16th when i called them, they told that the team is working and could not tell me the resolution date. Also now the incident details are not reflecting in their app.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I am not at all happy with the service the way my packages are getting delivered in pieces.

          The person who is appointed for this delivery was very rude and didn't come to deliver the parcel as he was not able to find the address and was shouting as if he is giving it for free. And telling me to get it collected which is ridiculous.

          Other two parcels were delivered without issue do not know what is the issue with this guy. Instead of delivering it can you people club the parcels and send to avoid these kinds of situation.

          Very disappointed.

              I had ordered redmi note 7 pro (6gb 128gb) from flipkart. While making the payment the popup came to my screen saying the payment failed and the order was not placed but the amount was deducted. According to flipkart executive, they asked me to wait for 24 hours and nothing happened. Then i tried to contact them and it took me nearly 3 days and 600+ calls and yey i couldn't reach there executive. Then i finally used the feature live chat which was displayed by the site 3 days after i was trying my head out. And then they said that your order number 'od[protected] has been canceled and asked me to wait for a few days. No repayment has been made till now and it has been 9 days. Moreover, when i looked into this matter deeply, it was not only my concern. They have been canceling orders like this for a while now and selling the units in the black market at a higher price. My order was canceled despite the fact that i ordered at 12 pm exact. They are making lame excuses and are gaining extra profits by deceiving customers. I demand appropriate to look out into this matter. I wanted to get a phone and for now, i neither have the money with me nor the phone and they are asking me to consult the bank, which is absurd.

                I ordered a mi note 7 pro, which was to be delivered on 10th of may, it reached the mother hub on 9th but not delivered. When i called and raised a complaint, i was assured that the issue will be resolved by 15th may, but still i have not received the product., though payment is already done. When ever i call the customer care they repeat the same thing that the concerned team is working on it. No other update. I bought the mobile in a flash sale, this is really frustrating and depressing.

                  My flipkart account is not working suddenly. I bought a mobile last month. Its speaker is having problem. Next day of the delivery we checked in service centre, they confirmed on it. Hence placed replacement. They sent technician and without any notification they rejected the replacement.. however technician informed us about the a defect.. like this twice it happened. Now they completely blocked my account.

                        I am unable to login in my flipkart account. All that it is showing is login unsuccessful please try again later. I have tried changing the password so that i can login but as of now nothing is working. It just happened by itself, suddenly i was logged out of my account and when i try to login again thinking that it might be an software issue, i was unable to login.                           The afternoon i received a mail from flipkart ''your order was cancelled''

                          Reason : Due to limited stock, the seller has cancelled this product.

                          if you dont have product than how you shipped the product ?

                          After that i searched consumercomplaints many peoples faced the same issue .

                              I had order two luggage bags on cod. When i received the package i found that bill on it was for 2 bags and i had made payment. When i opened the package, there was only one bag in it. It has been a month, inspite of several follow ups my issue was not resolved. One of the representative had attended my query and instead of resolving the issue, she has made it complicated by requesting for return of product. Its really disappointing. Probably flipkart is not trustworthy!

But, i again called to customer at 6 pm and now they are saying that MY PRODUCT DELIVERY HAS BEEN DELAYED and it will reach by[protected]. And they are saying that its their 3rd Party logistics is responsible for delivering the product and they cannot guarantee since they are delivering it. THEY ARE BEHAVING UNPROFESSIONALS and It is only when i took initiative and called them they said that delivery date is Revised, TILL NOW I HAVE NOT EVEN GOT ANY MAIL OR MESSAGE AS MY ORDER IS DELAYED. Seriously they are GIVING FAKE PROMISES TO CUSTOMERS and playing with their EMOTIONS. Please take proper action against FLIPKART as no other customers falls for their Prey. IF THEY CANNOT ASSURE THE EXACT DELIVERY DATE AND DEPEND ON 3rd PARTY LOGISTICS, WHY WILL THEY ADVERTIZE AND GIVE FALSE INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS. Kindly treat this on priority basis and help me obtaining my product ASAP.

                                      I am a Flipkart customer for last 3 years with tons of dealings every year. My name is Amartya Roy and my user number is [protected]. Recently I purchased a Casio G-SHOCK watch for Rs 23 k and the order id is OD[protected].But theCasio G-SHOCK watch the seller sent is not the one I ordered. I requested a return. It was approved. It is a rare and unavoidable reason for which I demand return.My return request was approved and then suddenly my account is closed with a fictitious reason that I return too many returns. But the fact is that I returned 3/4 items among

                                        I have created flipkart account with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.
