I have ordered an item from flipkart on april 25th 2019. And it was suppose to delivered on may 2nd. And the ekart courier partner was refuse to deliver to my home address i have provided in the order. Their warehouse is about 4 km from my home. After i complained to flipkart customer care they said they will ensure the delivery by 6th may 2019. Today i got phone call from the delivery guy and again he refused to deliver the item he need to collect from their warehouse. And he was so rude and said he will call tomorrow.

My order for redmi note 7 pro was failed on 17th april, 2019 and still i have not received my refund rs.13999. Flipkart customer care executive said to contact state bank of india grievance department for refund. I did same and i contacted sbi grievance department ahmedabad and i had talk with them and they said seller account received rs.13999 successfully. But flipkart saying that seller not received amount. So where is my money??? Refund me please

Sir. I am sri tridib luchan boruah from assam. I am regular customer of your company. I got phone from[protected], [protected], [protected]. They said ihave won 1st prize lucky draw from flipkart. They says you have two options 1st is tata safari, 2nd is payment of rs 12, 60, 000/=the bank charge is 6, 500/=already paid. Then they says togive 2% tax amount rs.25, 200/=already paid. Then they says to give intercity cheque transfer charge amount of rs 49, 900/=already paid. Then says to give gst charge amount rs.74, 400/= but unpaid. Hello this is ismail from kurnool ap district. I got the call in the name of flipkart. You the lucky draw prize so can you confirm the address. Okay they send me a registered post after 10 days.in that post no name of flipkart i seen in that. It's from online shopping pvt ltd. It has 3 prizes 1. Mahindra car, 2. Tvs apache bike & last 6s phone.in that post a scratch card is their when scratch that one it has a car. To get the prize call to help line. No. When i call to them they ask me to deposit 0.6% it means 7500 rs to get the prize money with in 25 mins we will deposit the money to same bank / your will wait for 4 days we will deliver the car to your home. I don't know how my flipkart details they know what i purchased & when it taken. So please be cautious don't believe it's all fraud

Mera ac installation ka date tha 2nd may, nehi huya, uske baad next date aya 5 th may, phirse nehi huya, phir date diya gaya 6th may, phir aj call kiya maine to bata raha hai 7 th may, dusri baat jab 2nd may ko installation k liye call aya, o log extra charges kar rahe the, agar aplog kuch nehi kar sakte hai to refund karwa dijiye,

I odred a phone by filpkrt. bt when the delivery boy (name-anjan ojha, brunch-sixmile) is at the time of delivery i cancel it for because of short of cash, but the delivery boy behavior is very bad, rude and unprofessional. please look after this matter ASAP. the delivery boy contact number is [protected].

I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message.

I have got a blank box for this, i have spoken to you many times but i can not help anymore. 4 times the request has been rejected. Whenever you talk to me, you give the same answer. Wait 24 to 48 hours. We are sending your request forward but no one can help me. And you do not even have a reply, complete 1 month is over but no help was found. If i no longer help, then i will take action on my behalf that 1 month has ended but flipkart has not helped anymore. Why do you people kicked the poor human beings, god will not forgive you i have also given you my alternat number. Your call also does not come and there is no mail. I am very upset please help me you can call me at anytime [protected] you have filed a complaint so many times, you can not send the request number to the solutions. You gave me the empty box i need my mobile check all these request numbers and answer me back. I have ordered redmi note 7 on 29th april 2019, order delivered on 30th april 2019
But when i unboxed it there was a basic nokia mobile inside the redmi box.
I complained to flipkart, but they didn't take any responsibility, when i tried to contact them they are disconnected my calls.
One of the back end team employee of flipkart called me and and he talking nonsense and recklessly behavior on me.
They told me issues was resolved 24to 48 hrs, since 5days.
Very irresponsible on customers
Strongly recommend to not buy any product from flipkart.

I purchased realme 3 pro 6gb ram 64 gb rom variant on 29 april 2019 the cutoff date fpr delivery is 6 may 2019. But the problem is that the product was shipped but the tracked id flipkart give is invalid it shows theat the product was delivered 6 months ago.

I contact to flipkart many times to give me a correct tracking id so i can track where is my product.

So i request you to help me to find out my product

Most of the time they cancel my order stating that due to the limited stock sellers has cancelled my order. This is absolutely wrong i wasted my time ordering it my money got stuck i mentally harassed calling flipkart. How they returned my order after shipping to my city if they had limited stock. They are just lying i just wanted to ask where should i complain. Can i complain in pmo office for resolution. As i am not leaving this easily.

I have ordered oppo mobile in offer price... Rs 1899... Via paytm. But my ordered not deliverd and not confirm... If my orders not confirm.. And not possible... Pls return my payment... I have got the device on 3rd may and on that day only i have request for replace because on the mobile i have found 3 to 4 dead pixels and it was verry verry irritating to my eyes and why i have to take the defective one on 4the may technician came and rold that it was just dust and didnt do anything and i told how it can be dust the mobile was mentioned that it was dust and splash resistance he told nothing. After all it was manufacturing defect and they should replace it but they refused to do. I want justice.

Requested for a call 3 times, never received any call, no responses

One call received but the person was talking with her girlfriend on other line.

I had called today customer care senior executive spoken to them this issued they hang my called more than half and hour and disconnect.

This is not way to treat flipkart plus member customer
I wait till 10 th of may 2019 and

I will make consumer court complaint against flipkart

My name is vishnu and my mobile number is [protected]. I have ordered two tablet from flipkart on 04th may 2019 using my credit card. They have accepted my order and item has been shipped on the same day. But on 05th may 2019 the order has been cancelled by the seller without my permission. The reason they are provided is "due to limited stock, the seller has cancelled this product".
I have paid the money for the product and i got the message that the item has been shipped and after shipping they have cancelled the order due to limited stock. This is very bad experience i have faced and i have contacted the flipkart customer care. They have no responsibility about my money and item i have ordered. They told me that the amount will be credited with in 7 working days. So i need to wait for 7 days for my money. They have cut my call and they are taking any responsibility for my problem. The main thing is that the item is available in the flipkart (Honor mediapad t3) on the same day they have cancelled my order. I have the call records and the messages with me now. What i have to do?

I have ordered voltas 1.5 ton inverter ac, but i have received wrong outdoor unit of 1 ton which bill on some other person in other state. I have order on 13 april but i receive on 4 may too late & i receive wrong product. I regular calling to flipkart but every time they give next dates, they are not serious about the customer problem, they are busy to make money.

Ordered the item on 30th april.
The promised date was for 3rd may 2019, i never got any intimation communication, after me contacting flipkart support on 4th may i was told i would get item delivered on same day, 5th may i contacted support and ended up talking to a stupid robot without any resolution but frustrations. Flipkart is fraudulent frequently these days.

The robot support is ridiculous and it irritates, you would know when you see the same scripts copy pasted every single time - same sentences.

Just say when is my order coming, how do i escalate, what's next?

Pet dog robot of flipkart repeats what the flipkart has instructed. Trust me this is irritating.

My ordered delayed to may 8th, which was supposed to reach me on 3rd may. They never told or updated with any notice that order is delayed.

Now flipkart doesn't give proper response, i had to visit gulbarga for a wedding and ordered this item. But now flipkart has disappointed me by delaying the order.

Flipkart is fraudulent - they don't listen to you.
