I oftenly orde from flipkart and also form flipkart pay later service, i order may products in month of april 2019 from flipkart pay later service and some of them i want to return, 1. Fastrack watch which i got is not a origional one, 2. A shoe it is not fit for me and it has the shoe number hand written, 3. A shoe which is not fit for me. Not they are asking me for whole items payment. But i am not able to return these 3 product because when i try to login it say login unsuccessfull. And i received a mail like i will be no longer to use my account.

    My mail id is joshi.[protected]@gmail.com and i cant login flipkart in any method. It shows error while login when i used email.id or mobile number. Even i tried forget password to set new password and i get otp to my mobile number and while i use that otp it says unable to process your request, please try again later. So its impossible for me to login and i used flipkart pay later for one order which i need to pay before[protected].

    I didn't return any item .. i called flipkart and changed the password also. Since then am not able to use flipkart. I need to pay flipkart later amount. U can just tell me the other ways to pay the amount which i opted to pay flipkart later, i will pay and stop using flipkart

I have already made a lot of complaints and had checked by phone at consumer care centre, yashwant plaza, Indore. My phone is still consuming excess data and I am not satisfied by the product. Kindly exchange it or refund me. I don't want to get any mistake again in it.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on March 09. 2019, as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Requested customer to contact brand authorized service for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

          I purchased ac from flipkart which was defective, when i requested for replacement there was no replacement available only refund option was available.
          Then i have returned the ac and got refund at the time of returning i asked about the installation charges to customer care they said it will be refunded in flipkart wallet (See attachment of mail thread).
          Now it is more than 15 days still they are not refunded the installation charges, i have called many time to customer care they are opening the incident but they are not able to resolve it. (Flipkart incident# in[protected] it suppose to be resolved by 25th april but not resolved, when i called today (1st may) they are saying we have escalated the issue give us 48 hours, same thing they told 3 days back (27th april).
          I request to take the action against this issue

            I ordered redmi note 7 pro in flash sale and after 15 to 20 mint my order got cancel without any notification. Then i called to customer care they told seller cancelled your order. I happened too many time with me. If payement got complete you have to give order to your customer if you have stock or not if you don't have stock so please don't make customer payment

              I got the msg from flipcart lucky office related to i won a tata safari or cash rs. 12.60 lakh even some one mr. Nitin k singh (Cheater) has shared own pan, aadhaar, flipcart identity card on my what's up number. I have trusted on him after that paid demanding money rs. 6500/ only for processing charge.
              I had requested want prize money than again
              Again demanding rs. 25200 for again processing charge for bank.

              Than i have doubt this frauds and called him but not picking my phone. After that he did accepted it am faurd. I loose my money. Please refund my money as soon as possible

              Not resolved the same issues. Culprit and Cheater Mr.Nitin Kr. Singh ( Flipkart Employees) is walking free and cheating another person. Already mentioned ID card of Cheater Nitin in trailing mail. Kindly returned my money on priority basis and take necessary action
              Till time not received any call from flipkart customer care. If you have notified then when will get my money Rs. 6500/ only. Some kind of man those are cheating customer which leading reputation of Flipkart company is going on in depth. Kindly arrested him and take necessary action. Right now mobile no. Of Nitin ( Cheater) is working and bothering me no one take action on him.

                I booked order orient electric cd5002b desert air cooler (White, 50 litres) on 26th april 2019, at the time of booking delivery time was 28th april and still and today on 1st may 2019 its showing delivery time 28 april. I called so mat times flipkart customer care but no proper response.
                I paid rs 7499 for this. I have 2 baby they have infection due to hot whether i booked air cooler already on flipkart i am waiting for delevery

                  By using my hdfc debit card i have done the payment, but that transaction happen 2 times and rs 1250 had been deducted 2 times for the same.

                    - then on 20/04/19 i received a message regarding the refund of rs 99. At first i was shocked that who cancelled my order, i called immediately to your customer care and from their he told me that your order has been cancelled by you, i said that i m not the one who cancelled it. Sir we can't do anything, ok then he said procedure has been followed you will get your rest amount by 30/04/19.

                    - on 23/04/19 it was showing that my refund of rs 11990 (Your shipment has been cancelled. ₹11990.0 as refund will be transferred to your original payment mode by tue, 30 apr.in your website)

                    Has been completed. I checked my bank account and their was no transaction.

                    - i again called to customer care, but then he said that. Refund has been initiated plz wait till 30/04/19
                    - i maintained my patience and i waited till 30/0419. But again their no refund made till deadlineday 30/04/19.
                    - i again call customer care, he said to me that your transaction has been already done on 20/04/19, you plz consult your bank. As per instruction i called my bank customer care but he said that their was no transaction except of rs 99..

                      We order cannon 200d camera and receive order on 28 april2018. We open box in front of ekark delivery person also record video before that we pay full amount by credit card. When we open box we receive 6 rin soap. So ekart person told us replacement request we done that. But still replacement not process. And no call from flip-kart so what to do next its big loss and we go though mental trauma.

                      thanks now lastly we get call from flipkart they share information that now they are investigating matter so at max 12 day required and with in time they will provide solution.so from 28 to today already taken 8 days let hope within next 4-5 days we get resolution.

                          Hi,
                          Ordered air cooler but cooling is not good. Need to sit beside cooler.
                          Flipkart app display this air cooler's throw capability is 45 foot, but its not cooling from 20 feet.

                          Flipkart says we can't return.
                          Product is not working as described in app, flipkart must have to return this product.

                          Don't put wrong information about the product on flipkart application.

                          We had conversation with customer and technician visit was arranged. Issue was resolved for water leakage and customer wants refund for the product. However as per seller policy, product replacement is only applicable post technician confirmation.

                            Just before i have purchased realme 3 from flipkart app via prepaid method amount was debited from my account i also received order successful msg but after a second i noticed that my order was cancelled so i want my money back i have paid for the order
                            This is 3rd to 4th time happened to me every time i am purchasing mobile it gets cancelled by seller itself without informing me and to refund my amount they take 10 days means they arr using my money gor 10 days and after that they returns also they dont giving any type of compansation to me

                              I ordered realme 2 pro mobile on 11th april 2019, of rs.15, 125 for which the order was unsuccessful and the amount was debited from my account. I waited till 30th april 2019, even then there is no proper response from neither from flipkart nor from my axis bank.

                              I received a mail from flipkart staring that, they didn't receive the amount and pls follow up with axis customer care and gave one transaction reference number.

                              As axis bank people unable to tell anything, i raised a complaint to flipkart again, and i received a mail from flipkart, they are saying me to again wait till some more time to resolve my issue.

                                  I bought a sony 310ap wired headset with mic from flipkart seller is supercomnet, i am not satisfied with quality and accuracy so i was returned it now flipkart not accepting my return request, i checked before purchasing that the product is under 10 days return/replacement guarantee, they are deliberately cheating, product is only under 10 days return policy so they are increase the time day by day now it has been 3 day still did not accepting my return request, please look into this matter.

                                    I can’t login into my flipkart account. I already complained to them and my earlier complaint is still not resolved. Flipkart told me that they think i resell products and i told them that i distribute the products within my friends and family as they don’t trust online shopping. If flipkart has a problem/doubt with me buying stuff then they should block my purchases or at least they should let me use my plus coins at least. I think i have more than 50 plus coins for which i can activate an annual subscription of hotstar premium. My email id is [protected]@outlook.com.

                                    Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                      First i have ordered crompton pedestal fan and i have received wall mount fan instead what i have ordered. That time when i look for replacement flipkart told that seller can only provide refund. Then i argued that i have wasted two weeks of time to get the product and at last i received different product, so i don't want to accept, but finally i agreed for refund and as suggested i placed same order with extra rs 290/-. And after waiting of 10 days i have received different color and damaged product. After this i really got frustrated and thought of take refund and go with amazon or others. But now they are telling that the seller does not have refund option and you have to go with replacement only. And the problem is flipkart just changed the photos and increased the price on same model of crompton fan and they are cheering customers by keeping wrong model photos.
                                      About washing machine also i have same issue.

                                        We have successfully completed this condition and in January we have earned 5000/- approved payment & amount should be transferred in our account in April 2019 (Completion of 60 days). But amount was not transferred in our account in April 2019.

                                        We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programme contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                                        They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.
