I have been customer to flipkart from last 6yrs... And i have login into the app with my account and my wife account and played twice the game and they blocked to game zone.
Contacted flipkart and they told me to uninstall and install again to use the service but still not able to use game zone.
How can they block our accounts if flipkart accepting orders from both accounts?

      I bought a oprts and action camera from flipkart because it was described as 12 mp full hd camera.. But when it is delivered it is not even 5mp and hd.. No.. Not even sd...

      But they are not returning the product and this is the worst thing...
      Please help...

      If they are not returning the product.. It means in india anyone can cheat us... Really

      I hope my problem will be resolved and it should be because for a child of middle class family 735/- is too much cost and harder to get

        showing me error please retry after a minute

        My flipkart account is with this no [protected] and i try to sign in yesterday but it showing me please retry after a minute again and again. I assume that it might be due to wrong password but when i try to update my password using otp it showing me that unable to update password. What should i do. Please help me regarding this. Tell me the whole procedure how to resolve this isssue...

        I booked a redmi note 7 (Sapphire blue, 64 gb) with a gift card of amount 7899 but due to not exchange my old phone i cancelled my order on 18th april and in my account it is showing your refund completed but still it is not added in my gift card. It is very disappointing that your system shows refund completed and it was not added in my account it was almost three days but the amount is not added. Please refund my amount at the earliest.

          I had ordered canon eos 80d dslr camera body with single lens: ef-s 18-135 is usm (16 gb sd card) (Black) on 12 april, 2019 and it was delivered to me on 17 april, 2019. When i opened the box then i found canon dslr recived to me is not same as that was ordered by me. It is different from ordered one.. My order was of value inr 78999. Order id od[protected].
          When i raised a replacement request for this then after some time it was rejected and also my flipkart account is deactivated. Again by reverting back to their customer support mail my account was activated and again when i raised a return request they cancelled again my return request and also gain deactivated my flipkart account. When i contacted flipkart customer support on their toll free number [protected] then flipkart's senior executive denied to help me in this case. I hope i will definitely get a right resolution from here. So please help me as soon as possible.

              @flipkart ordered asus zenfone max pro 1 from @flipkart order id od[protected] on 12 april 2019, got delivery on 14th. The phone has mic & echo issues, got 2 tech visits, both techs agreed with the issue but denied later. Now customer case asks me to visit asus service center. Moreover, i tried to connect to asus customer care multiple times, which was of no use... Got no help from them. Flipkart and asus, both are not helping me in replacing my phone.

                Hello flipkart
                I have ordered dish tv hd box with 1 month super family marathi hd on sun, apr 14th '19 order no od[protected]. As per flipkart site setop box is d 7000 hd and box includes hd set top box, universal remote, 10 metre wire, hdmi cable, dish antenna. This set top box has recording feature and also has usb port. Wrong product delivered on wed, apr 17th '19 by dish tv installation executive contact no. [protected] (Set top box d5004 hd) and he started to set up with antenna then he came in the home to fix set top box that time i asked him that this is not the correct product so he told me that filpkart site is outdated and d 7000 hd is very old product and d5004 is the latest one. That guy done all installation process and left in hurry. When i called dish tv they told me that d 7000 is their latest product and adivsed me to call flipkart as it was purchased from them so i call flipkart and told everything happened. Flipkart executive understood my concern and raised return request on the same day and told me that wrong product will be pikup by on april 19th, 2019, but i waited for pickup but nobody came nor provided any update. There was no communication from flipkart so in the night i called flipkart customer care to know the update on my request. My call was answered by executive dhiraj (Incident:in[protected] but instead of solving my problem dhiraj started arguing with me stating that right product has been delivered and it has everything. Dhiraj was very rude and has no knowledge about the product and that that guy keep talking rubbish. Please teach dhiraj how to talk with customers. I have been told that return is not possible as it is not applicable on this product and my request has been escalted and resolution will be provided by april 24, 2019. So my question flipkart can deliver wrong product but cant accept it. Is this your customer satisfaction policy. As you committed that i will get replacement (Replacement id:[protected]) give my correct product for which i paid my hard money. I trusted flipkart and ordered and you guys are cheating customers by delivering wrong product. I think you should change your tag line to 'we cheat customers and get satisfied'. I never expected this from flipkart. You guys has given me word that will give me replacement now you are giving excuses. If replacement is not possible then take your product back and give my money back to me. I have all the proofs and i think only consumer court is the last option to try.

                  Dear flipkart,
                  I have purchased panasonic refrigerator on 17-4-19. On that i got exchange of ₹4000 but at the time of exchange concern person said you will get only ₹500. There were no default in my fridge only slight dent mark found on back side. Just because of that he gave me only ₹2000 discount. I paid ₹2000 cash to complete the process. I am really upset, no one will exchange the new refrigerator. You will get slight dent mark in old fridge. If you want you can check the photos. Which was already shared by the concern person. Pls look in to the matter.

                    I'm one of the cumstomers of your flipcart.
                    I've ordered a 55"inch iffalcon smart tv.
                    There is a sound problem in this tv, which we've ordered and appiled for return. We applied for return on 17th april but we did not get any help from technician. Jeeves company is dealing on our return and they're not responding.
                    Is this the way how you treat your customers?? This was not expected from flipkart. We've been trying for the response from jeeves and also from flipkart for a technician or for a replacement. This is a last try towards the replacement if you people did not respond i'm going to take serious action...

                        Grievance details : i have subscribed for flipkart first/ plus service, which provide coins on shopping. Due to this i purchased most of needed items for my family from flipkart. And i was about to get 75-80 coins =[protected] ₹ approx (1 coin = 20₹). But suddenly flipkart blocked my account. There was no term and condition that my account will be blocked on purchasing anything. I called them that if you had any problem then you should warn me, or u could cancel my order but what is this??? When there is the time of payment for collected coins, you blocked my account, & there is no term and condition like this. I requested them to unblock my account and pay me for the collected coins but they refused and said we found that u shopping trend is like that u are purchasing for reselling the items. I told that i dont sell, i purchase for me and my family need & there is no such condition what, how and when i do my shopping. You should not have any problem.. I[censored] had then you should warn me or you could cancel my order, but you should not block my flipkart account. They replied in worst behaviour we did it without any information and we dont inform. Its very disappointing. Its a big cheating with customers. My family debit n credit cards are linked to that. And my collected points are stored on flipkart.. Please help me to tackle this out. And charge them for their cheap activity.. Andtell them to activate my account.

                        Flipkart reverted back to me, and imposing same decision on me.. This is not a proper customer service.. its not a resolution..before taking any action like account block .. You have to have some terms and conditions, you have to inform ur customers.. but flipkart didn't do that. i have to file a case against them if they don't active my account... its consumer right .. and u can go through proper reasons..

                          I ordered redmi note 7 pro (Space black 4/64) on 5/4/19, but i want a blue colour so i cancelled my order but payment is done by sbi debit card of rs.13999. Flipkart said payment will refund in your account within 7-10 (Working day's), and they give a date.15/04/19. I waited for that date but payment is not refunded in my account. I called consumer care of flipkart they said payment is refunded on 5/04/19.
                          After some time they call me back and said payment is refund from flipkart but due to some reason your payment is stuck in your bank so please contact sbi consumer care and ask them.
                          After i call sbi consumer care but they said payment is not refunded, flipkart is third-party application so, we cant do anything. If payment is done by flipkart then it will deposite in your account.
                          Again i call flipkart then they said wait for 19/04/19 your probleam will resolved soon.
                          On 20/04/19 i call them and ask about payment refund then that time they said visit your bank. After a call i visited my sbi bank but the employee in bank has no information related this issue and i am finally come home.
                          On that day, i call flipkart and said what happened with me, then they said we will send tranction id check it, i check it in bank but bank employee said no informatin is available.
                          Now what should i do please help me with my issue

                              I have ordered for five bagsy malone women casual bags on 9th march 2019 bearing order id: od[protected] and was delivered on 11th march. I received oly 3 bags and got notification as if five bags were delivered. I raised a complaint (Reference number is in[protected] and after tat i was informed that i will get refund for 2 bags form flipkart and refund for one bag of rs.271 (Reference no: qur[protected]) on march 25 was received.
                              Still i don't get refund for another one bag of rs.271 after numerous complaints. I was informed from flipkart that refund was approved for 2 bags but was not updated because of software glitch and still not rectified.

                                I bought an acer laptop from flipkart seller: retail net - they sent me a laptop without any proper warranty cards not even boxed and sealed one. I opened it after 1 month i received.. Since i was not in town.
                                When i booted it. It is very slow thought first-time boot up will take time.. Used it continuously ten days. Still same issue.. Nd went to a shop given him for check.. He said it is a used laptop and os got expired 4 months back. I came back with new os installation too. Still, the performance was poor.. Not even opening excel sheets, even for page referesh, it takes the 30s.

                                I bought it at 28 feb. From flipkart

                                They put replacement allowed in till march 10

                                  The mentioned item got delivered to me on 15 apr 19 and installed on same date. However item stopped working since 16 apr 19, same day complaint raised and contacted customer care. But till today no technition visited and no initiation for return of replacement. Everyday am getting message that technition will be visiting today but no output. Pls resolve the issue

                                    I have purchased vox induction cookware on 16/03/2019 and i am using it from, after two days from that day to till today its been one month only and the product is not working from last three days, the warranty period is for 6 months and i am facing this problem before the warranty period end?? There is no contact number provided on bill for service center. Solve my issue asap!

                                      I mr chaitanya vinnakota, tried to book an ac voltas 1.5 ton 3 star split ac with model (183 dzz, copper condenser) at 1:00 pm today by using my mother indian bank rupay debit card. But the amount of rs 26999 was debited from the account and the order was not placed successfully in my flipkart account. This is not the small amount.in this regards i request you to please verify it and refund the amount of rs 26999 to the same debit card.
