In my phone app it’s 219 for baby’s clubb fruit nippler but it’s actual mrp in my phone was 385. After 43% it’s became 219..
But in my cousins phone app mrp for the same item is 350 after 46% it became 188..

    I have given registration money to flipkart by contact no.[protected] i have submitted 9000 rs as registration fees for my lucky draw prize but they yet even not given my prize nor the money is received back in my account it's been now 4 months because they said it will be returned in 45-90 days but it hasn't been received yet i gonna complaint against police and file a fir against the flipkart agency.

    Customer raised a complaint stating he is receiving fake calls from fraudsters regarding offers and lucky draws. We have interacted with the customer and informed that any offers appearing anywhere other than on our website (https://www.flipkart.com), Flipkart Lite/mobile site or app are not from sellers on our portal. Also, we have informed the customer that in case of any monetary loss due to fraud by such websites, to file a complaint with the cyber cell for support. Further, informed the customer that the customer can choose to initiate legal action against the spammer/spamming organization too. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

        I ordered a product from flipkart named google chromecast i got its delivery but it was not compatible with my tv so i returned that they gave me replacement and blocked my account but as you know this will also not compatible so i will again go for refund this time but they are now saying you are reseller so you will can't access your account
        Where are consumer rights in this country these multinational companies making fool o[censored]s cheating us

        3500 rupees is a big amount and they blocked my account so i could not return this feeling very frustating about their service will never use flipkart again and will file case against them how to do tell me cause return policy will be end on 10th may.

          I got an fake sms saying that (From - hp-flpkrt congratulations dear
          You are the winner of flipkart lucky draw and you have won mahindra xuv 500 market value 1460000. You have to pay only registration charges that is 12500
          For more details please contact helpline no. (There was given)
          And when i contact that no. They told my full flipkart account details regarding my phone no. And registered e-mail i'd and my orders. How can flipkart leak my account information

We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by the customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get canceled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                I had ordered for a asus mobile worth rs. 4999 order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (Rs. 4999) of the same through my credit card on 18th apr 2019. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my office address within 2-3 days and also showing in my flipkart order details that your product dispatched. However, on same day in evening, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order by seller by saying that your product is out of order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my credit card account. Is it possible that product can be out of stock if they already send product. And the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price. After three days i received my money back and that day mobile price was also dropped and i order the same product again on same price on 21.04.2019 and they said it will be delivered on 22.04.2019. I waited till 23.04.2019 but no item delivered then i make complain against my product and they said it will be resolved till 26.04.2019 then i call them every day on 25.04.2019 i searched for courier service and go there, they said no such item received till date at same day evening they cancelled my order again by saying that your product is lost any your money will be refunded till 03.05.2019.

                This item was a gift for my wife and she was totally harassed by me because she doesn’t know about flipkart she thinks that i am not wanted to give mobile to her.

                  This app is just deceiving me. I wanted to return an order and they aren't allowing me to login my account. I talked to customer care and they said they will see to it in a week and after a week of complain they say that because of my huge returns they arent allowing for the same and they are just speechless when i'm asking them to detail me of huge returns. I'm even asking them that okay don't allow me to login but just return my last order and refund for it. Why shall i pay for something which had a return policy and which i don't want to keep. Why shall i allow an app to easy my money

                  Still not resolved.
                  They are basically still not able to give the large number of returns based on my return history of flipkart and the reason behind ceasing my account. It's just that if we they can't be on their policies they shall surrender the app and ban it.
                  Still the problem is same...they are not able to provide reason behind ceasing my account and unnecessarily arguing on it... They still are not letting me login in the account or return the order.
                  I would request consumer court to ban such apps

                    We have purchased a bed and mattress but mattress size is smaller than bed. So we raised a replacement request. But no action is being taken and simply our return request is getting rejected from past 15 days. No technicianwill ever visit but reject reason got updated saying technician has visited. Fed up from following up and escalating. Flipkart is making us fool. Whenever we call we get a date saying it will be resolved by that date but it never happened. I suggest everyone to stop purchasing anything from flipkart. Such a liers and cheaters they have

When the delivery executive handedover my products, i was shocked that some products are damaged thereafter i pay the charges of the products but the delivery executive did not refund the change.                         My order od[protected] was placed against exchange where the exchange got denied for the defect. On order confirmation it was clearly mentioned that i can always get the delivery by paying exchange value. I made request to get the delivery and pay exchange value. I never received any response and suddenly my order got cancelled. I am going to court now for harassing me with my time, effort and money. Flipkart is making fool of me for last several days.                               I had added asus zenfone max pro m2 to my cart. But when i went to the page to make the payment, it showed 'out of stock'. Am very diasppointed. Once an item has been added to the cart, i should be able to buy it. Else the option should not be there. This is particularly in the case of flash sales. You should have only given the buy now button. It is not fair at all.

                              Request if corrective action can be taken and my order materialised as soon as possible.

                                I purchased couple of gift cards whose worth is more than 7000 rupees. I met with an accident and completely forgot the validity expiry date for these gift cards. When I wanted to purchase an item but validity was expired just 1 day before. It was heart breaking. As per the policy, Flipkart team is supposed to send a reminder email at least 1 week before to my registered mail ID but they didn't send any reminder mail. It's policy as well trust breach from Flipkart team. I contacted Flipkart customer care team and pleaded them to extend the validity just for few hours but they didn't understand my issue. Request your help in utilizing my gift cards. Thanks in advance.

                                    I have ordered the vivo v9 pro mobile in the flipkart shopping store on april 16, 2019, and has paid my money rupees 14, 990 via the debit card payment with the order id od[protected]. But the seller has canceled my order without any notification and the flipkart promised that the seller has processed my refund and it would be credited on april 24, 2019. But the money has not reflected on my account and also i consult with the bank's customer care, they said no transaction has been placed to your account from the flipkart merchant end. And the flipkart customer care doesn't give me a proper response. Flipkart is playing with my money and due to this, i have to face a lot of issues. Nobody is there to help me, by this irresponsible process from flipkart and very worst service. Hope consumer complaints will help me.

                                      I ordered carrier one ton split ac on 12th april and we received the unit
                                      On 19th and installation team came on 20th april.

                                      And they drilled the wall and did half fitting also after that they update
                                      Me that we received wrong unit by carrier, means one unit inverter ac & one
                                      Is with out inverter so it can't be installed.

                                      Then i connected with ur support team and escalate this issue but they said
                                      It will be return only due to seller not giving permission for replacement
                                      Or exchange.

                                      Register complaint on 20th april and today we are sitting on 25th april but still not update for the same, tried to contact flipkart team, asking again more 24 hours...

                                      Thanks for your valuable support for the same.

                                      After lots of follow up with you guys n me also they solved my problem but yes we lost so much time for the follow up only.

                                      Anyway thank you so much support team, just because of you my case solved on time otherwise god knows.

                                      One suggestion from my side : seller have to mention clearly if replacement not possible or seller have to pay customer loss.
