I have ordered the vivo v9 pro mobile in the flipkart shopping store on april 16, 2019, and has paid my money rupees 14, 990 via the debit card payment with the order id od[protected]. But the seller has canceled my order without any notification and the flipkart promised that the seller has processed my refund and it would be credited on april 24, 2019. But the money has not reflected on my account and also i consult with the bank's customer care, they said no transaction has been placed to your account from the flipkart merchant end. And the flipkart customer care doesn't give me a proper response. Flipkart is playing with my money and due to this, i have to face a lot of issues. Nobody is there to help me, by this irresponsible process from flipkart and very worst service. Hope consumer complaints will help me.
