Dear sir, i have the mentioned account with ballygunge railway station branch (Ifsc : sbin0003951). I faced a problem on 4th apr (Ref: [protected]igafvngdt2/ amount: 1199/-) while doing the transaction online through net banking, the amount had been deducted from my account but the flipkart did not receive any amount they saying. I went to my sbi branch office and launch the complied. Those numbers is [protected]. But my compliant status showing the payment has been made successful. Flipkart clear says me that they have not received any payment. I do not understand what to do in this situation. So, i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible. All the supporting documents have been attached below.

    I had placed an order for 'poco f1 phone' priced at 19999 with exchange offer of samsung phone and everytime when delivery person come he makes useless excuses and said phone cant be exchanged and cancelled my order.

    When i complaint it with flipkart, they said kindly place another order and this time they will deliver my order with phone exchange but i told them many times on twitter but still this time also they dont did anything and finally my order was cancellled again.
    Flipkart is making fool to customers in exchange phone scheme.

    Kindly solve my case as fast as possible.

    till now nothing had happened, during my two attempt of exchanging the phone i had wasted lot of time .
    flipkart thinks they are king of online shopping and customer is just fool.
    everytime i had received a fake promise that my phone will be exchanged.

    i want my bloody phone to be exchange as soon as possible otherwise i had to file a legal case on flipkart policy.
    two times flipkart had cancelled the same order, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

      I placed an orders for adidas sweat shirt (Order no. Od[protected] and mark and spencer pink sweatshirt (Order no. Od[protected] on 6 th february 2019. But it's been 3 months since i have not recieved the product nor the refund. I have contacted them many times but they say that my account has been blocked due to high number of returns. When i asked them to refund my money they spoke very rudely to me saying we can't do anything as your account is blocked. Plz guide me what should i do now.

        Hi,

        I have brought a thomson tv from flipkart before 6 month ago.
        And filpkart assured me that they will provide 1 year warranty agreement against that product. So this product is under warranty.

        But from 15 days ago display is not coming and i have complained to thomson and they send the service team to my home visit the tv.
        Service team confirmed me that this a panel damage and it will be replace because its under warranty (Sumit saha:[protected]), they crealy mentioned that there is no physical damage, i have also recorded that and you can also call the service team (Sumit saha)

        Now thomson is confirmed me that there is physical damage and they will not provide the warranty.
        And service team and myself also confirmed that there is no physical damage, if there is a physical damage then send me proof of that or show me. And they are not providing any proof for that.
        Basically they are avoiding to repair this tv though its under warranty.

        Multiple time i have called thomson, they are not bother about that and they have closed the ticket.

        Multiple time i have also called flipkart and every time they are telling me that will look into issue.
        I have spent a big amount for this tv and just i have believed to flipkart.

        Why flipkart not talking any action because i have paid to flipkart only

        I have complained to consumer forum against flipkart and thomson
        Consumer court case no is:1289762

        And i will go for social media (Facebook & twitter) and cable operator against flipkart.

          My order no. Was od[protected] which was received on 25.04.2019. When the delivery executive handedover my products, i was shocked that some products are damaged thereafter i pay the charges of the products but the delivery executive did not refund the change. So, i just want to refund my money back asap. Also behavior of the delivery executive is too rude.
          I hope you all are resolve my this complaint as earlier.

            I am using the flipkart for so many years and i am a flipkart plus member recently flipkart blocked my account, i got the mail that i am using account for reselling. Its not the valid reason im placing order and order getting cancelled there itself how can i resale the product. So, please help me with this problem and reactivate my account.

              We have bought marq 1.5 tonne inverter ac in jan 2019, it was working perfectley till april 2019, then it was showing error message 'e6', we have raised complaint (Ticketid 9d18-35568coscpe[protected], after many resheduling some one have came and told that the main board have some trouble.                 I purchased hitachi ac on 19 apr 2019, installation done on 22nd, ac was dead on arrival. Filed complaint with flipkart and they arranged a tech visit from hitachi on 26th. They too confirmed ac needs parts replacement. I wanted a new unit or refund. Flipkart is not processing my request since past 2 week with repeated calls urging them to act. Service request escalations are just moving the deadlines each day but no resolution in sight.

                  I ordered an ipad 2018 128gb in a sale on flipkart.com
                  I paid rs.27649
                  After 48 hours flipkart cancels the order without any prior notification saying the seller cannot deliver it and provides me with ridiculous replies. I was promised that i would get it, but i did not. Even though the seller has ipads for sale he would'nt deliver. The seller name is prime trading

                    Sir i had made a purchase on flipkart for an apple ipad 6th generation 128 gb which was on limited offer and order went successfully placed. Even it was giving a delivery date for monday 5th may. All of sudden seller cancelled the order. Order id for the same is: od[protected]

                      I ordered a wildcraft laptop bag in flipkart. They sold the bag for ₹1699 rupees. The actual mrp of the bag is ₹1595 rupees. They're cheating customers by showing fake prices in website. And selling for high prices. Please take action on flipkart. They are doing cheating like showing fake prices and giving fake discounts.                         I orderd mi band 3 (2 quantity) but received only one that too different watch... And i asked the replacement and they cancelled it and told it as a technical issue... I agrred and asked for a refund... And the flip kart cc people and the back end team told that they have initiated the refund and reflect in my bank account with in 5 days and i called them and they told again 5 days it will reflect due to technical issue the after that i called again they repeated the same thing again 5 days... And the last date was given today... And today if i called they are telling another story that sir you will get the refund for the one product and replacement for the another... And now they are telling still refund have not been issued it will take 2 days... And its a month i am waiting for my refund and now they are telling they will not give my refund and i dont need the product also now. I waited soo long.. Please get me the refund of rupees 3998

                            Then i used forgot button and then received code.
                            Entered the code successfully.
                            After that it was asking please set a new password.

                                  I had ordered a sandisk 64 gb microsd card on 21 april 2019. I received the card on 2nd may 2019.

                                  But the card is a clear fake product, sandisk repainted on a used samsung microsd card. You will come to know this when you zoom in to the picture.
                                  Plese see the pictures.

                                  And the seller who sold this kept changing the names.
                                  There is no refund option for this a product.
                                  Please find the attached bills and other related pictures.

The message says that you got an mahindra xuv 500 as first price in a lucky draw from flipkart and ask me to pay an amount of rs 8, 600/-. The language the guy who called me speaks hindi says he was calling from flipkart company

                                      I have purchased hitachi 1.0 ton 3 star split inverter ac - white on 6th april by paying full amount and it was delivered on 20th april - after delivery, i am still waiting for the installation to be done - i have made multiple calls, e-mails, complaints - but no reply from flipkart whatsoever.

                                      I am seriously tired and now, i am thinking of approaching customer protection cell and have an official complaint launched against flipkart.

                                      I have raised multiple incidents with flipkart helpdesk also - but no reply or no resolution.

                                        login error - unable to process request. please retry.

                                        I tried creating flipkart account with my number but it said account already exists. I tried to reset password but it doesnt work, shows error - unable to process request. Please retry.

                                        I am rightful owner of my mobile number and deserve to have an account on that number with flipkart.

                                        I have not created an account earlier with flipkart, its my first time so i am looking forward to hold a fresh account with them...
