Hi i am writing this on extreme distress. I had ordered two books for my son out of which one was delivered on 14 the april and the next was delivered on 19 april except there was no book i was delivered a piece of cardboard instead. My son took the delivery and paid in cash 550 rs to the delivery boy. The packet was do tiny that he came up to me and asked to check. Ii immediately tore it open to find a piece of cardboard. Since then i have been calling up customer care of flipkart to no avail. The executive are pathetic non sympathetic and not able to resolve the issue. They do not understand the gravity of the situation that a customer has been cheated instead always parrot that replacement policy is this and that. I trusted flipkart and kept on relying on them. Today 5 the request for the book has cancelled. I have sworn not to use this site ever. I have been subjected to daylight robbery and apathy. I will definitely go to consumer court and social media. Pathetic lot you guys are.

      Dear flipkart officials/exective,

      Im writing you my letter here because im not receiving reply for emails/calls.

      My query is about flipkart affiliate commission i have earned on the month of december, january and february.

      I have earned more than 20000 thousand flipkart affiliate commission with very hardwork by referring flipkart products through my website and social media. At the time of the hardwork i was very interested to earn more and more because i expected that the earning amount will be received to my bank account after its approved (Normally 60 days). But gradually you haven't transferred my commission even its approved. I have earned more than 10000 in the month of december and its was approved in the month of january last. But you didn't transferred commisson to my bank even today.

      Regarding the problem i have called and emailed you, but i don't get a positive reply from your side. When im calling, your executive says your complaint is registered here and i will be contacted by another executive withing 48 hours. As well as while i email you with the complaint, i receive your reply after 15-20 days with weak reason. Im going to show you all my previous emails and reply i received.

      Now i have rs. 23, 637 approved commission amount in my flipkart affiliate account. The amount was approved more than 60 days. But not yet i haven
      T received the commission amount to my bank account. I have given you all my documents like bank account, pan card etc needed for payout and the same has been verified and approved by flipkart. Then why you don't transfer the commission to my bank account. I had a belief on flipkart and so i have referred many of my friends and relative to buy from flipkart.
      Im waiting this amount to get into my bank account since february. Now its may. I hope you will understand my situation and you will transfer my commission to bank account as soon as possible. Also take a minute to read my previous emails replys you gave me.

      Thanks for writing to us.

      Please be informed the orders/installs for a month gets approved (From pending) by the end of the next month. Example, your june 2018 month earnings shall get approved by august, 2018 and payment will be done by 25th - 27th august, 2018 and so on.

      Hence your december month payment will be approved on february month and you will the payment by end of february month.

      I have believed that my payment will be transferred to my bank account after two months of earning as per you have replied me in first email (Email 1). But that was just only a believe. I haven't received any amount even after 5 months.

      Please consider my case and transfer my commission amount as soon as possible.

          I've seen an offer for samsung mobile around 90%something offer and was showing its the deals of the day. I tried to book that my money got debited but product was not ordered. I didn't get any information such as order i'd or anything but my money got debited and also i was not able to find the offer when i checked again. The seller was flashtech seller and it was showing flipkart assured, that's why i ordered. Money was debited to some m k trading company. I have screenshot of the offer and payment done for proof. When i called flipkart, they told me they can't do anything redgarding this. I lost rs. 2500 for this fake offer shown by flipkart and also it was showing flipkart assured.

          How come it's unable to find my account details. I'm writing this from registered email in Flipkart . I've uploaded the screenshot of offer and you have to answer for that offer. I've contacted your customer care and they told that they don't have this offer, then how come it came to me, you have to answer for the screenshot that I've uploaded. It clearly shows the offer, the seller and also it is flipkart assured. Isn't it fake one to just grab money. Why flipkart is doing fakes?

Just verifycmy screenshot and do the needful I'm ready to upload my bank statement showing the loss of money. You have to resolve this otherwise I'll move on to consumer course stating that Flipkart grabs money showing fake offer with the poofs that I have

            I have ordered an item from flipkart on april 25th 2019. And it was suppose to delivered on may 2nd. And the ekart courier partner was refuse to deliver to my home address i have provided in the order. Their warehouse is about 4 km from my home. After i complained to flipkart customer care they said they will ensure the delivery by 6th may 2019. Today i got phone call from the delivery guy and again he refused to deliver the item he need to collect from their warehouse. And he was so rude and said he will call tomorrow.

            After a long 1 week session with flipkart customer care they were agreed to deliver the item on 9th May 2019. And in the midnight thay just cancelled my order without my knowledge. This is horrible...

              My order for redmi note 7 pro was failed on 17th april, 2019 and still i have not received my refund rs.13999. Flipkart customer care executive said to contact state bank of india grievance department for refund. I did same and i contacted sbi grievance department ahmedabad and i had talk with them and they said seller account received rs.13999 successfully. But flipkart saying that seller not received amount. So where is my money??? Refund me please

Then they says togive 2% tax amount rs.25, 200/=already paid. Then they says to give intercity cheque transfer charge amount of rs 49, 900/=already paid.                   Hello this is ismail from kurnool ap district. I got the call in the name of flipkart. You the lucky draw prize so can you confirm the address. Okay they send me a registered post after 10 days.in that post no name of flipkart i seen in that. It's from online shopping pvt ltd. It has 3 prizes 1. Mahindra car, 2. Tvs apache bike & last 6s phone.in that post a scratch card is their when scratch that one it has a car. To get the prize call to help line. No. When i call to them they ask me to deposit 0.6% it means 7500 rs to get the prize money with in 25 mins we will deposit the money to same bank / your will wait for 4 days we will deliver the car to your home. I don't know how my flipkart details they know what i purchased & when it taken. So please be cautious don't believe it's all fraud

                      I odred a phone by filpkrt. bt when the delivery boy (name-anjan ojha, brunch-sixmile) is at the time of delivery i cancel it for because of short of cash, but the delivery boy behavior is very bad, rude and unprofessional. please look after this matter ASAP. the delivery boy contact number is [protected].
                      I exchanged a top which I ordered from Flipkart. The behaviour of the guy who came to take the order back was very unprofessional and rude and the most weird thing is that he was not alone.He came with an another guy boy and the one who take the order(which I want to exchange) from me was very rude and unprofessional.

                        I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message.

                          I have got a blank box for this, i have spoken to you many times but i can not help anymore. 4 times the request has been rejected. Whenever you talk to me, you give the same answer. Wait 24 to 48 hours. We are sending your request forward but no one can help me. And you do not even have a reply, complete 1 month is over but no help was found. If i no longer help, then i will take action on my behalf that 1 month has ended but flipkart has not helped anymore.                             I have ordered redmi note 7 on 29th april 2019, order delivered on 30th april 2019
                            But when i unboxed it there was a basic nokia mobile inside the redmi box.
                            I complained to flipkart, but they didn't take any responsibility, when i tried to contact them they are disconnected my calls.
                            One of the back end team employee of flipkart called me and and he talking nonsense and recklessly behavior on me.
                            They told me issues was resolved 24to 48 hrs, since 5days.
                            Very irresponsible on customers
                            Strongly recommend to not buy any product from flipkart.

                            today morning 9:37AM i got an update from flipkart says "Sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand."

                            around 12:30PM, in the mail says "“We'd like to let you know that your recent order (OD[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."

                            this is flipkart magic, how cheap they are behaving to me on the issue, they are not even looking for the issue but they are going to manipulate the entire product says cancelling the order id and they are going to closing my flipkart account, now i'm unable to login my account to check the update .

                            well done flipkart, great job to do nothing and simply closing my account to skip the issue without giving proper reason.

                              and sir all those phones are being used by my friends or people who dont have a basic knowledge of ordering online

                              i can attach screen shots of almost the devices purchased and sorry i cant send photos of groceries as we consumed it i already asked you requested you to activate my account via mail but as i didnt receive any reply from you after 5 days im updating my complaint here

                                I purchased realme 3 pro 6gb ram 64 gb rom variant on 29 april 2019 the cutoff date fpr delivery is 6 may 2019. But the problem is that the product was shipped but the tracked id flipkart give is invalid it shows theat the product was delivered 6 months ago.

                                I contact to flipkart many times to give me a correct tracking id so i can track where is my product.

                                So i request you to help me to find out my product

                                  Most of the time they cancel my order stating that due to the limited stock sellers has cancelled my order. This is absolutely wrong i wasted my time ordering it my money got stuck i mentally harassed calling flipkart. How they returned my order after shipping to my city if they had limited stock. They are just lying i just wanted to ask where should i complain. Can i complain in pmo office for resolution. As i am not leaving this easily.

                                    I have ordered oppo mobile in offer price... Rs 1899... Via paytm. But my ordered not deliverd and not confirm... If my orders not confirm.. And not possible...                                       I have got the device on 3rd may and on that day only i have request for replace because on the mobile i have found 3 to 4 dead pixels and it was verry verry irritating to my eyes and why i have to take the defective one on 4the may technician came and rold that it was just dust and didnt do anything and i told how it can be dust the mobile was mentioned that it was dust and splash resistance he told nothing. After all it was manufacturing defect and they should replace it but they refused to do. I want justice.

                                        Requested for a call 3 times, never received any call, no responses

                                        One call received but the person was talking with her girlfriend on other line.

                                        If call recording required let me i have it.

                                        My order i'd is od[protected], i received the product today, its not working

                                        I need refund, for that i raised the request, but it says replacement only.
