I ordered a phone from flipkart on 14/03/19 and was delivered to me on 18/03/2019. Delivery was as expected within the timeframe given. But when we started using the product, it seemed to have a lot of issues. For eg. When you call someone, you cannot hear the other person's voice, whereas the other person can here you. And when you switch on the speaker during a call, it gives a wierd noise at the background and your voice gives an echo. Plus there is a slight heating issue as well with the phone. Memory card slot gives an error when you insert a memory card. So even after mentioning so many issues with the phone, flipkart just wants to reject your refund and wants you to stay with that faulty product forever. Like seriously, when you can't even use a basic feature of the phone to call someone???
I had requested a refund on the 20th, after which i got a call from a flipkart executive on the 21st and she assured me that the tech visit will be done on the 24th mar (Also got a message for it). But on the 22nd itself, i get a message that tech visit is already done and after the reports provided by the engineer from jeeves consumer services pvt ltd, your refund request is rejected. May i know who the hell had visited to my place and made a report when there wasn't a tech visit done at all??? And why was it made before the date and time given to me. My mom was at home all the time on the 22nd and there wasn't anyone who visited my place for it. So my question here is, how was the report created without even checking the device and why was the refund rejected???
If you really gonna loot people like this flipkart, then you can understand what image are you creating of yourself as a firm. And do you really think, anyone's gonna purchase products again from you after going through all this???
