I ordered (Od[protected] asus zenfone max m2 (Black, 32 gb) on 27th of march 2019. Money got deducted from my account immediately but order status was pending payment confirmation.
I complained to flipkart on 27th march 2019 and they promised to come back shortly with resolution.
They called me next day (28th march 2019) and said they have received the payment successfully but due to technical error they are not able to proceed with the order so they will refund the amount by 2nd apr 2019 6pm ist.
On 2nd april 2019, i received a mail that they need one more day to resolve it i. E. 3rd april 2019 6pm.
On 3rd april when i called them after 6pm they have come back saying they need time till 8th april 2019 7:30 pm ist and also they have purposely disabled request call back option on this order.
They are just postponing the refund and also irritate by calling my bro-in-law (Instead of me) to check whether the amount is credited into my account without initiating it.
This is just my 2 purchase in flipkart and already facing issue.

    Order number OD[protected] was placed with Flipkart - Coco Chanel perfume Eau de Parfum - 250 ml for Rs. 3, 575/- . One package against the order was delivered on 4th March'19. The product contains two bottles of 25 ml perfume and one lipstick. I immediately informed the matter to Flipkart helpline today, but even after twenty minutes on hold on phone, they could not understand the problem.

    Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was missing in the package. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been delivered on (3rd Apr). Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

      I ordered "realme 3" from flipkart on 29 march 2019. But i received faulty product from them. So i request for replacement. They told a technician will come to resolve the problem in the mobile. But no technician won't come. Next day flipkart rejected my request. This situation happened 4 times.. All time rejected. So i want to replace my phone. Do replacement fast.

      I want to return this product because quality is not what was expected.. But i could not found the return option still in my orders. It s showing return policy is up to 4th may. but its not showing option of return or exchange anything. Please help as soon as possible.
      I forgot my Flipkart password .and I cannot recover it through the mobile number it shows me "unable to process request" .I tried to change it using Flipkart website on desktop but still can't do it.

            I ordered a headphone filled all details also amount has been deducted from my paytm bank account but order didn't placed already 7 days passed but no refund has been initiated
            I called my paytm customer care they said the payment has been received by the merchant they also gave me a reference no. Which they said is a proof of the transaction that was made now i want my money back. I have a trust on flipkart and after this i'm not going to say that now i don't trust anymore cause i know sometimes mistakes happen by anyone. So please resolve this asap

            I didnt get the things that i ordered but message is came that that things is delivered
            I had tried to order a body message on 2nd of April 2019.I had made payment through my SBI net banking, Amount debited from my account ₹1079 but order didn't get place.
            I had also spoken on flipkart toll free customer executive but issue even to resolved.
            Kindly refund my money.

                I, mr. Ravindra kotian has a complaint against your flipkart online agent nitin kumar and akash shrivastava.
                Actually on december 4, 2018, i received a call from your online agent nitin kumar informing me that my son shubham kotian has won a cash prize of rs 12, 40, 148/tata safari on purchase of a wrist watch from your flipkart website. He told us to deposit rs. 8, 500/- if we want that prize amount, without giving any other information. He even assured us that if we deposit only rs. 8, 500/- within 2 hours in his account (Akash shrivastava) then he will directly transfer the cash prize amount. He called us 3 to 4 times on the same day. However after transfering the deposit amount rs.8, 500/- the cash prize was not transferred. Then i again called him. He (Nitin kumar) told us to deposit again rs.37, 200/-. When i asked him to return our deposit amount, he denied & said that it will take about 45 days. Actually he cheated me and in the evening itself he called me and told to deposit half amount i. E. Rs. 18, 000/- if we are not able to pay rs.37, 200/-. Now 45 days is over. I called him so many times, but he doesn't even responds to my call.
                Sir/madam, i am from a middle class family and a regular customer of flipkart, but this is a very strange incident happened to me. Please return my money and take strict action against those two employees. I have proof of nitin kumar's id card of flipkart, pan card, aadhar card, all messages made by him and the receipt of the payment made to him as deposit amount.
                I hope you will act as early as possible.

                      Description: i have bought a phone with buyback guarantee option on 28th october 2018.
                      Now when i want to claim the buyback guarantee option in flipkart website, i find no option there to redeem it.
                      I am following up this matter with flipkart since 30th march 2019 with no resolution until now. The only answer i got is "there is a technical glitch & we are following it up with our technical team & pl wait for next 2 day until we resolve this"

                      I request a faster resolution to this as my buyback grantee is soon going to expire. I am enclosing screenshot of buying page showing no "buyback guarantee claim" option as promised while buying the phone.

                        I have ordered "realme 3" mobile on flipkart on 26 march they have delivered the product on 28 march. When i switch on the mobile when home screen came then i have try to open the an application then app was not opening properly and screen stop working so on 28th march i have requested for replacement.
                        Flipkart people call me and gave me technician visit time on 2nd april they have cancelled that appointment then gave me another date on 3rd april but today on my flipkart showing "technician has visited and resolved my problem" but technician did not come today. So today have to request for replacement again and they are giving last date for replacement is 7th april. I have waited on 2nd and 3rd april my whole time got wasted and they are starting the same loop again and i have to wait again i feel like flipkart people mentally harassing me. If 7th april will get pass then god's knows they will replace my mobile or not.
                        So please look my issue.

                            I am unable update my flipkart account password. I have tried using email and tried on tablet, desktop and mobile. It says "unable to update password. Please retry"

                            I have raised complains with customer care 3 times but no resolution. No communication from flipkart

                            I just want to deactivate my account because I will never buy anyting from flipkart ever. I have lost all trust I had. If they can't even help in changing a freaking password, I might have to go on a war with them to get a refund if required in future

                            I got a call from Flipkart customer service team. Its really strange they responded when a posted a review on this website and not when I contacted their customer care 3 times for past one month.
                            They are asking for an ID proof to validate my identity and to confirm that I am the one using my account.
                            Legally they can communicate on the registered email-ID or the registered mobile no. but they not willing to look into my complaint and instead asking for a ID proof. I did not give any ID proof while creating the account and its not required then why should I give an ID proof now. After 3 days since they don't have any resolution so they have come up with other excuses. I just wanted to close the god-damn account. But since they are not willing to help, I have no option but to leave it as it is. I don't have any pending orders or refunds so it doesn't really matter.

                            I would advice everyone to stay away from Flipkart because if any problem arises, there is absolutely no support available

                            As per the terms and conditions of Flipkart account, customer's mobile no. and email are the only validation points considered and based on these terms I will not share any more ID proofs. They are not following there own terms and conditions and closing complains without any resolutions.

                            there is a basic flaw in there software due to which I am not able to login with my password, when I try to change the password then again its gives an error, I have share the screenshot as well. Instead of attending to the root cause when they had no resolution they are asking for ID proofs without any reason. I would advice everyone to deal with flipkart at their own risk.

                                  Flipkart sucks i wanted to order redmi note 7 pro on sale which was today at 12pm but i couldnt order as u have tied up wit some selected distributors / shopkeepers already i didnt even get the buy now option i was waiting from 11:50 am to buy it but really disappointed from flipkart as the local buyer suffers as u have ties already with the retailers.                                   My flipkart affiliate Id ravi09oye.
                                  I have an approved payment of 2447 from May-2018.

                                  But still, now flipkart didn't transfer amount to my bank account.

                                  I have already sent several emails to them but nobody replied and resolved the issue. I request flipkart affiliate team to pay the affiliate fee.

                                    We had conversation with customer on [protected] and informed him that payment of Rs.498.00/- was successfully received at Phonepe with transaction id : P1904021137034484176265, but the same has been failed at seller end with transaction id TX[protected].

                                    Request customer to check with Phonepe for refund of Rs.498.00/- and the same has not been received to seller.

                                    We are closing the complain from our end.
                                    The case is not complete as from phonepe's end the payment is successful, I already checked with their customer care. There is an error from the Flipkart's payment gateway. I request Flipkart to acknowledge their error and Provide a solution as soon as possible.

                                      This is joy kachhap from ranchi, by last two times flipkart sending me a wrong product, last time i returned it hand to hand, but today delivery boy not accepted it, when i told him i have already returned it hand to hand but he said u r lying, then he made a phone call to his team leader (Abhishek kumar), he misbehaved with me he told me do whatever want to do, m not returning, i thrown ur wrong product, my payment is done, and m making you sure from today m not going to buy anything from flipkart, it was very disappointing, u can see my all purchases and my transaction history, i can't deal with this kind of personals, they are for ur ranchi harmu branch, also they are not having their id cards
                                      For this team leader - abhishek kumar and delivery boy-santosh kumar is responsible.

                                        On 11th march 2019 i tried to buy few products on flipkart worth rs 2046/- through sbi net banking. The amount was debited but order was not placed. So i contacted flipkart customer care but they said they didn't get any money & asked to contact bank but i got the bank statement that the money was debited on the same day. So i have now put a complaint against flipkart on consumer helpline.

                                        Customer raised a complaint regarding a refund. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller did not receive the refund ask to check with the bank. The customer agreed hence closing this complaint from our end.
