    Dear team,
    I bought a mobile phone thru your site but from the last two days i am facing the problem in the phone...
    - phone is overheating at the time of charging, at the time of talking even it is not in than also some time heating.
    - phone screen is automatically showing the blank and all running apps is closed and if phone is on the running the call than call is also disconnected
    - as i ma is not understand i am is fencing lost of issue tin this product and you are saying we only replacement policy but this is impact on my mind and i will not convened to use this product again.
    So this is my humble request please it process to return otherwise i will tale another action to solve this issue

      I got my realme 3 mobile phone delivered on 14.03.19. I want to change the billing address it should be : blue star ltd. C/o saswati deb instead of vice versa.
      Please do the changes or please suggest a way out where the bill name read as blue star ltd. I have been informed by the flipkart customer care representative that this is not possible.
      I request you to please consider my case as special and change the address.

They said please wait 48 hours and you get the replacement but till now i not received any type of replacement. I have to contact flipkart support so many time but they did not help me, sir you are my last hope. Please help me

          We would like to inform you that we tried reaching you on your registered number multiple times but we were not able to reach you. We have sent a mail in your registered email Id, if you want us to reopen the case, kindly revert on the same mail.
          Last year I bought HX03 lenovo smart band. Now it doesn't work. So please tell me how I fix it. I try to connect with lenovo customer service center and also toll free number but there is no response yet. One customer service center say this is mobile service center not smart band. So please help me

            I had placed an order for oppo f11 pro on the 13th of march, 2018. It was supposed to delivered on the 16th of march. It was then edited by them itself and changed to 18th without any information to customer. Unable to cancel the order on the site as well. The response from customer care flipkart is terrible because no one is willing to take responsibility for this!
            I still have not received the order even though the status shows that the shipment is in the hub close to my house. Even now, there has been no action or any sort of grievance redressal by flipkart. Extremely irresponsible customer care and no action by flipkart!

              I have since then made several attempts to contact flipkart. [protected]@flipkart.com bounced. There is no customer support number, email, online chat or phone on company's website that can be used to communicate with them. I am currently in US and 1800 number is impossible to reach.

                  The wish master is unnecessary delaying my orders mentioning mis location happened.This is pathetic, from same address i am ordering from last 3 years.last time i complained about him as he charged 800 rs extra for exchange order without any policy from flipkart so this time he intentionally delaying my order and flip kart is taking no actions.

                    I think by this time the workers of flipkart have marked me and my family.
                    This is my last order from the pathetic company of flipkart.
                    They messed up even the birthday gift for my kid.
                    Order id: order id od[protected], dated: 05 march2019, invoice no faaoyn[protected] dtd 06.03.2019 for sketch pens worth 623inr. Only 1 arrived, we immediately complained and the response we got was we cannot fulfill your order. We requested a return, that too is not being worked on.

                    Disgusting and pathetic service from flipkart.

                      [protected] this number call me up says he is from flipkart and i won a tata safari but i reject it and he start using bad word and hang up. This is not the first time but other numbers did the same this, one thing is common all from flipkart as per their call and they have my order id price amount and address and they know the items name. And i dont recieve calls fraud calls from other online shopping site.

                        Hi team,

                        I regret to say that you have dealt this order in a very unprofessional way. Being india's most efficient e-commerce website this is highly unusual to betray and neglect customer's request /order.

                        My case history.
                        13/03/2019 :
                        Ordered a phone (Mi poco f1) worth rs. 19, 999 with an exchange of my old phone (Mi note 4) evaluated value rs. 5950.
                        My phone was already up to the standards of your exchange parameters. So, i paid rs. 12649.

                        15/03/2019 :
                        But your wish master/delivery executive, denied to receive the exchange product due to of the hairline scratch which is not even visible to the naked eye. He just made up a new pickup guidelines.
                        For which i have raised a complaint/escalation with flipkart and the support team asked me to share the pics in a particular manner, to which i replied so within an hour. Then the support team extended their reply date and time to 18th march, 2019 11.30am.
                        [incident: in[protected]]

                        18/03/2019 :
                        As a result, the seller canceled my product due to of extension of delivery date.

                        19/03/2019 :
                        Still no response to my email regarding the complaint/escalation.

                        My concerns :
                        1. The reason behind the delay in response.
                        2. Why i wasn't asked to pay the exchange amount before canceling the order.

                        Well, i ran out of numbers to rate this type of team work and efforts. Kudos!!!

                        Note: please don't make your junior executives call and ask them to apologize several times and make them say "sir, you will get better offers next time in future."

                        If you can't compensate then accept it and work on it.

                        I have bought phone from flipkart and this problem has been notified to flipkart. The action taken was not satisfying so, I have complained to Gov. Consumer forum. My complaint ID is 1213066. Please take action.

                          I ordered courier bags from flipkart and the items was not delivered statues showing shipped. I waited 10 days and i tried to cancel my order. Surprisingly there is no option to cancel and i called four time customer care to cancel my orders. But customer care people told that there is no option to cancel the order so my orders will not get cancel. The ordered items are not delivered and my payment was not refunded.

                          I am also a business customer of flipkart, i know what are the actions they take if a business customer commits policy violation. But what about the flipkart they self they are not following their policies.

                          I will not leave this matter here...

We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on March 19, 2019.                             I have order a geyser but still last 2 days scan is not updated from the shipping partner and they have given a fake comment within 24 hours order will be delivered. Very worst experience also i will give negative rating on play store and also share to my friend to mark helpful and like the negative rating that it will impact ur business strategy... Order is near to my location why last from 13 march no scan is updated on tracking and it is in fed hub last scan. I want my product today evening other wise i will escalate it on consumer forum.
                            No reply...???

                              Uanable to reset my flipkart account password as i forgot my last password.
                              Tried forgot password process with different platform but got the same error - "unable to process request. Please retry."

                                मुझे यह सूचित करते हुए बहुत दुख हो रहा है की flipkart की गलती की वजह से मुझे पिछ्ले 20 दिन से मानसिक परेशानी से गुजरना पड़ रहा है।मैने 25 feb 2019 को नोकिया 3310 आर्डर किया था जो 26feb 2019 को मुझे मिला।फ़ोन unboxing करने के बाद से ही काम नहीं कर रहा था जिसकी शिकायत मैने 26 feb 2019की शाम को फ्लिपकार्ट पर की थी। 27feb 2019 को technician की पहली visit हुई और उसके सामने मोबाइल ऑन हो गया उन्होने *#06# डाल कर इसका imei नम्बर चेक किया जो सही था ।किन्तु उसके जाने के बाद मोबाइल में फिर से प्रॉब्लम शुरु हो गई। मोबाइल कुछ घन्टे बाद अपने आप ही ऑफ़ हो जाता था ऑन नहीं होता था, उसकी बैटरी निकाल कर दुबारा डाली जाती तब मोबाइल स्टार्ट होता था जिसकी कम्प्लेंट मैने 3मार्च 2019को की, इसके बाद 5मार्च 2019को फिर tecnician visit हुई, tecnician के सामने मोबाइल ऑन हुआ उन्होने भी imei नम्बर चेक किया जो same था किन्तु तभी उस tecnician के सामने ही मोबाइल बन्द हो गयाऔर काफी देर try करने के बाद भी ऑन नहीं हुआ।उस technician ने जस पेपर पर मुझसे साइन करवाया उस पर लिखा था की मोबाइल उनके सामने ही डेड हो गया है, और उन्होने return request बना दी।लेकिन फ्लिपकार्ट ने अपनी साइट पर इसे अपडेट नहीं किया और सिर्फ बैटरी issue दिखाया जिस कारण जब 6 मार्च 2019 को ekart से मोबाइल पिक करने के लिये एक व्यक्ति आया तो उसने मोबाइल पिक करने से मना कर दिया क्योंकि उसके पास मोबाइल डेड की कम्प्लेंट नहीं थी सिर्फ बैटरी issue की complaint थी।उस दिन मोबाइल पिक नही हुआ।
                                इसके बाद मैने तीन चार बार flipkart custmer care पर बात की तब उसके बाद इन्होने अपडेट किया की मोबाइल dead है।इसके बाद फिर से return request अपडेट हुई और मुझे 11मार्च तक का समय दिया गया प्रॉब्लम solve karne के लिये। 11मार्च 2019 को फिर से ekart से मोबाइल पिक करने के लिये एक व्यक्ति आया जिसने इसका imei नम्बर चेक करने के लिये मोबाइल खोला। क्योंकि मोबाइल डेड था इसलिये *#06# डाल कर number चेक नहीं हो सकता था, तो उन्होने बैटरी हटा कर imei नम्बर chek किया जो उनके imei नम्बर से मैच नही हुआ। अब पता चला की बॉक्स पर दूसरा imei नम्बर था और मोबाइल पर दूसरा।बॉक्स पर जो imei नम्बर था वह उनके नम्बर से मैच हो रहा था, पर जो मोबाइल के पीछे बैटरी के नीचे था वो नहीं ।अब मोबाइल फिर पिक नहीं हुआ ।मुझसे कहा गया की दुबारा complaint डालें ।मैने उसी वक्त एक मेल भी किया और फ़ोन भी फ्लिपकार्ट में किया।flipkart ने कहा की आपकी complaint आगे फॉरवर्ड कर दी है, 19मार्च 2019का wait करें।इस बार मुझे मोबाइल replace करने के लिये msg आया refund का ऑप्शन खत्म कर दिया गया जबकी मुझे flipkart द्वारा बार बार यही बताया जा रहा था की आपका refund हो जायेगा लेकिन नहीं हुआ।इस बार कम्प्लेंट forward हुई तो फ्लिपकार्ट ने उसमे लिखा की imei नम्बर अलग है यह update नहीं किया की मोबाइल dead भी है।आज 18मार्च 2019को फिर से ekart से मोबाइल पिक करने के लिये एक व्यक्ति आया लेकिन उसने मोबाइल पिक करने से मना कर दिया क्योंकि मोबाइल dead था ऑन नहीं हो रहा था तो वो imei नम्बर कैसे चेक करता, उसने बताया की उसके पास मोबाइल डेड की complaint नही है, imei नम्बर match नही कर रहा उसकी complaint है।और आज फिर मोबाइल पिक नही हुआ। इससे पहले मैं अपने email में इन सब बातों को mention कर चुकी थी उसके बावजूद फ्लिपकार्ट ने गलत जानकारी आगे भेजी।आज दुबारा कॉल किया तो मुझे 22मार्च 2019 तक का समय फिर दे दिया गया है।अब 22मार्च को कोई और प्रॉब्लम आ जायेगी जिसकी information company ने अपने msg में नही लिखी होगी और आगे farward नहीं की होगी। मुझे खराब और गलत imei नम्बर का मोबाइल deliver किया और कंपनी ने मुझे मानसिक तौर पर इतना परेशान कर दिया की मैं अपना काम भी ठीक तरह से नहीं कर पा रही हूँ।कंपनी का कोई भी सीनियर व्यक्ति बात करने को और सुनने को तैयार नहीं है। मुझे इस प्रक्रिया में काफी मानसिक प्रताड़ना झेलनी पड़ रही है।मुझे उम्मीद नहीं है की मेरे पैसे वापिस मिलेंगे या मोबाइल वापिस होगा।मैं आपसे अनुरोध करती हूँ की मेरी मानसिक प्रताड़ना के लिये फ्लिपकार्ट पर कम से कम rs. 50, 000/-का जुर्माना लगाएं व अन्य करवाई भी करें ताकी आगे किसी custmor को इस तरह की दिक्कत का सामना ना करना पड़े ।

                                        I had ordered poco f1 on the bump up discount with my old mobile and eagerly waiting for it. After three days the delivery came and the delivery boy (Ekart) who came to exchange for my phone behaved like he is from cbi and he doesn't know how to respect a person. I felt like he kept a goal to not to give the product to me. Such a rude behavior he even didn't listen to what i am trying to say. Very bad experience to me.
