I have placed my order by 5.03.19 mid night. I paid it online through my credit card and my order number is od[protected] for ₹21995 and i received watch by 06.03.19 at around 01:00 pm, when i opened the box than i was completely shocked that there was an empty box and there was no watch in it even the fossil box was totally empty, this is really rubbish before this order i was ordered tissot watch whose order number is od[protected] for ₹15996 in that case warranty card was missing and i have to returned that though i have received it’s refund by 06.03.19 but this is really embarrassing as i placed this order for my friend who is going abroad by 16.03.19 and flipkart has done this fraud with me and after making multiple calls they just asked me to wait till 18.03.19 which will ne totally worthless as for whom i have ordered he will not be there till that date, i am going to file a legal complaint against this fraud as i have video as a proof as i was in the doubt for this time when i have received it because box seems to be extra light when that was in my hands before opening it and sadly my doubt will become a fact that there was nothing in it so now i am going to file fir against flipkart as that will be totally worthless that i have sit back and wait for their response i am struggling in this more than 10 days when i placed my order first time for tissot, this is an official warning to flipkart from my side my contact number is [protected], [protected] please i really need help i need my money back i don’t trust them on their replacement even after this fraud with me

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product is missing in the package. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The customer has confirmed that the refund is reflecting in customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
