Due to that i canceled the order and updated the present contact number. After cancellation i got a notification that within 4hrs amount will be refunded. Its now more than 4hrs.

      I paid rs 8499/- on flipkart for asus zenfone max pro m1 by net banking but it is not showing in my orders list on flipkart and above said amount already deducted from my account. I tried several time to contact customer care to resolve this problem but the company representetives guiding me in wrong way. Bank says the transaction is confirmed by the merchant.

        When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).
        Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart?
        Though i forgot my password and try to reset but i don't receiving any kind of otp to reset password. And i just tried using my mobile number also for signing in thus recieving otp in mobile number but password can't be updated message has been showing. Please do necessary action in recovering my a/c.

This would also mean that, will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

So, we interacted with the customer regarding the same and informed customer that as per seller policy the product can be replaced only if the product is manufacture defective or damaged condition.             Flipkart is continiously harrasing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs 544 whereas i tried to open my account for last 2 months which had been blocked by flipkart. Without opening the acount how can i pay?? I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. Also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now for 544rs how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal for 544rs! Is it a joke?? They blocked my account they aren't assisting me so how can i pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how i tried to get in touch with flipkart.

              I ordered a smartband and at the time od delivery just in the front of delivery boy i had opened the product he also saw there was no any product inside that. He said i have to. File a complaint against it as i had filed a complex to flipkart against it after that they had deactiveted my flipkart account and also rejected my return request. They had did this fraud to me. And when i call their customer service they again n again tell me that because of my deactiveted flipkart account they can't file my return request. Anad i have to reverse back to their email and when i make a reverse back to it they again send me that very email. And it remains continued again n again. I was a trusted user of flipkart since 2015. And now they had did this to me. Please help me
              What should i do! My money is still with them and i don't have any product! I also have its unboxing video with me!

We will send you an update when your order is packed/shipped. Today issue 16 and still i have not received order instead of multiple calls and compliants there is escalation from your side. I am totally frustrated by your pathetic service. Also order was postponed without confirming me and deliver boy never calls. Just send messages saying they will returning the product. Now its postponed till 18 th march. I am not available in city to the order on 18 march. Please escalte his and expediate the order.

                  I purchased lg g7+ thinq along with buyback guarantee. The buyback period was beginning from 16th march 2019 to 14th june 2019. But i have been unable to reclaim the guarantee on any phone i. E. I have been unable to view the option of buyback guarantee on any phone. The customer care too has been unresponsive about it and took no steps to rectify the issue.

                    I bought pixel 2 on 29th of july with bbg of 37000. Now when i try to avail it, it says abb not enabled for your account. I have raised the issue with flipkart on 2nd march and after nearly 13 conversations there's no solution provided. I tried to reach through social media too but every time they assure me that the technical issue will be resolved within 24 hours. Now i have already missed out on many offers on the products i want to buy but bigger issue is that the bbg is going to expire soon. It's a matter of 37k so i want to proceed with other legal options then.

                            I ordered a profuct on 11th feb 2019. It was a levis womens shirt. I made the pre payment via my debit card. Its not more than one months but i havenot received my product.
                            I called flipkart several times but didn’t received any responce from them. They are nor giving my product neither my refund.

                              The above ordwe no. Is suppsed to be delivered by 14 march 2019, but till date it's not been delivered neither any update has been sent. It's been just waiste of time.

                                Whenever I purchase from Flipkart.my order gets automatically cancelled by Flipkart.
                                After booking 2 mobiles my order got cancelled.
                                I tried to buy via debit card option.
                                I paid 14000 RS to purchase redmi note 7 pro.
                                The order got cancelled.
                                I contacted Flipkart customer care.
                                After 1 days I can't login to my account and thus I lost my 14000 RS.
                                I also another account [protected]@gmail.com
                                Which is plus member account.
                                I have 70+ coins in it to be redeemed.

                                Flipkart is banning customers and looting their wallet balance in the name of cancelled orders.
                                For me, Flipkart cancels from sellers side and making me responsible for it
                                Flipkart is clearly fraudster.
                                I thought when my first account was blocked it was accidentally but now they are clearly fraudster.

                                  I had ordered a laptop hp pavilion x360 core i3 8th gen from flipkart on 3rd of march 2019 from 'flipkart assured'.
                                  The seller as shown in the bill is: tech connect pvt ltd, next to hilton double tree hotel, golf course road, sec-56, gurgaon, haryana.
                                  The box contained a rim of a-4 size sheets of trident company instead of laptop.
                                  Flipkart is not providing a proper solution to my problem. I have requested 5 times to flipkart to request a refund and a fraud complaint against the company. As i was unboxing, i take a video every time for security so i have a video o[censored]nboxing the box.

                                      I was purchased a cellphone panasonic eluga ray 700 through flipcart online shopping on 29.09.2018 with invoice no faa2gv[protected] but panasonic customer care told me that cellphone was purchased in april 2018. How can it possible. I can't get benefit my warranty period while there are some problems in my phone. So i want my warranty period back so kindly give me.

                                        We had gift cards worth about rs.9500 in our account, which we got as a gift. We used the gift card coupon codes to add it to the account. Flipkart app did not mention the expiry date for the gift card. However, when we recently checked, we find that the gift card amount is 0.
