Hello sir/ma'am
8th attempt of replacement for the wings phantom 250 wireless gaming headphone, again and
again it is rejecting just because of the stupid reason that's i got in my
mail.
And the reason is the courier service has approved that he delivered the
correct product to me ...but notice one thing there is no Open Box Delivery
in this product, and when i received the product the courier boy delivered
the parcel and collected the amount.
He didn't open the box, he didn't checked the box then how could they said
that courier service has approved the he delivered the correct
product...how???
And from from a month I'm facing with this problem and till now I didn't
get any solution.
Two times the replacement get approved but the reason for replacement was
different, i have got a product from a different brand with different
colours and the reason was mentioned ( received different model of this
brand ) because of this wrong reason the replacement get cancelled by
courier boy he said please talk to customer service and tell him to
mentioned a correct reason.
Ma'am/sir please do something you can see it how many times i got rejection
