I have ordered many times the same thing but gati couriour is not delevering my product nd the supervisor says tha the product is delivered on 13 dec nd after that 14 dec and after that 15 dec this is promise date sir nd on 15 they didnt delivered my product say 18 dec is the last date sir plsss i have complaint many times for ths but. Nothing happend nd on 18 dec supervisors says we canceled your order as per as there is prblm with seller on delivering your product.. Pls order the same thing again thts why i ordered the product again nd the same thing happend again the product is krx 40 kg gym kit... On 18 dec i ordered two thinga first is krx 40 kg gym kit... Nd second is rj 8in1 gym bench but they again not delivering my krx gym kit nd the delivery boy is calling me again nd again for rj 8 in 1 bench but as on my request with supervisor they say the product is here for 30 dec but on 29 december the seller has cancelled product nd taken it back... As i am plus member of flipkart... I think the flipkart is the worst nd fraud company because they are not returning my money back of refund taking so much time... Nd the employees aree irresponsible nt working nd not helpful for customers... I will fir on the company because they are not refunding my money... The fraud nd worst company... Get me in touch plss help plssss i want to take action on thiw company as this is fraud company my contact no is [protected]

    I want to return my handset asus m2 which i purchased on 26 december, 18. Not at all happy with the performance of battery and camera especially as expected. Too much lack of clarity in display and moreover the handset is not handy at all, screen size is just too big, means the phone length wise is quite big and so it's not being ease to operate.

      Sir,
      Iam methun. My mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@pm. Me
      Sir i want to login my account but i can't. It shows login unsuccessful please try in a minute. And i select a forget password enter otp and new password is shows.
      But unable to update your password showing if ienter new password

      Recently i changed my mail from gmail to proton mail.
      I don't know after changing flipkart works for 2 days after that showing login unsuccessful error.
      Pls help me and resolve my problem as soon as possible and also tell me what is the reason, why my account not working?

        Respected sir,
        This is santanu paria i'm ordered a nike air precision shoe and the orders i'd is od[protected] from flipkart (Sellers - retailnet). Shoes was large as compared my size when i get the product (28/12/18). After then call flipkart cc bt they suggested me, now we refund ur product... After few minutes you call back again and complain for replacement. Again i was call flipkart and they tell me sellers have not this size. Then i look at the the website and seen that shoe size is available as i want with the same sellers.

        Please sir do needful action against both of them.
        Looking forward for your kind support and cooperation.

          Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

          Then i used forgot button and then received code.

          Entered the code successfully.
          After that it was asking please set a new password.

          Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

          That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

            I am a regular user of flipkart and i purchases most of my products from flipkart too, but in last three days my experience o[censored]sing flipkart services was totally shocking.I ordered a mobile cover for my redmi note 5 pro which was cancelled after 3 days of being shipped and i needed that product, so i complaint flipkart regarding the cancellation. After that they told me that there was some seller issue and after my complaint they told the reason to be bulk order from my account.But this was not the end i told them there was no bulk order from my account, so they raised the complaint and after 2 days i got a mail from flipkart saying that i ordered products from them for reselling so they blocked my account. I was shocked from this incident as all the products which i ordered before the deactivation was for my personal use.why will i resell them if i need it for my own use and how can they say i am reselling those products.Plz solve this issue as there was also flipkart plus benefits in that account.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

              I order a Lenovo laptop from Flipkart on 24th December which costed around Rs.28, 990. So, I decided to pay the amount partially by credit card and partially by Flipkart gift card where the amount is stored in the Flipkart's wallet as liquid money. The order (Order No: OD[protected] got confirmed with payments by both means, but the order got canceled on the next day. I was refunded my money back immediately.

              I again tried to order the same product twice, still the same issue was faced and I was notified that the order will get canceled after getting confirmed.

              On 25th December, I placed the last order for the same product with the order number :OD[protected], the order was confirmed, but got canceled on the same day. As, the payment was done partially from the credit card (Rs.1674) and remaining amount by Flipkart's gift card (Rs.27, 306). The refund of the payment from credit card has been done, also the refund has been made to the Flipkart wallet as my gift card. But, my concern is that, Flipkart has blacklisted my account, giving the reason that I have been cancelling the previous orders and high number of returns.

              My only concern is that I want back the wallet money as my gift card code, so that I can use it from any other account, as that money was added on 24th December, not before that. The only reply I am getting from Flipkart, is that they can't return my money and on sending a lot of request email for my refund, I am only getting the response that my account is blocked for high number of returns which is definitely not true.

              Please look into this matter with utmost concern.

                I bought Samsung A9 128 GB 8 GB RAM phone from Flipkart on no cost EMI bases EMI for 9 months. What Flipkart did to me is worse that offer was not applied by them now my credit card statement showing full amount of RS. 39990 that I have to pay in one go else I have to pay interest if I will convert them into EMI. And they have that so called policy of 10 days now since the statement come after 10 days I cannot return that phone and it left me in worse condition. They earn money from people misery. Cheaters

                  Such a hopeless company that they won't keep up the delivery promised dates...
                  Ordered the toy worth of 1429 INR on Dec 14th and the EDD was on 24th Of Dec thinking that the delivery would be on and after 24th Dec I was not home and flipcart very graciously tried to delivered before 24th that's on 19th of dec .. Post which I called them and told them that not to deliver the package before the original edd but to deliver on actual estimate date the call center representative said and took note on the same... Yet the delivery guy he completed his quota of roaming around my locked house three times that they can finish up there job...
                  Yesterday one of the call center executive called and promised that the package will be delivered by today and today I was on the phone for more than 3hrs to get this fixed was tomorrow is my 4yr old daughter birthday and because of these educated ### i have to see her sad tomorrow... I made a mistake trusting flipcart ... they fake everything right from the order to the delivery dates and all the people w call themselves as CUSTOMER CARE are a bunch of liers and uneducated ###

                    I got Flipkart Gift Voucher (Voucher Number: [protected]) of RS. 5000/- from my company.

                    Last month I have redeemed that Voucher in my flipkart account but never used, but after few day's when I try to login in to my Flipkart account my access was denied.

                    I called Flipkart customer care (on 18th DEC 2018) and I given my old transactions (order numbers which) which I had done in past with my account, asked them to find that my old orders account and I came to know that account has been hacked and my register email and mobile number has been changed.
                    I asked Customer care to take my complaint regarding account hacked, that customer care person has taken all my information and told me he has raised a ticket and support team will call back to you by 20th DEC, I asked him to give me ticket number but he refused to give me saying that is not required.

                    But I didnt received any call from support team, again I called customer care on 21st DEC 2018 and asked about my complaint status they told me their support team will call back me on 22 DEC 2018

                    But I dint received any call from support team till 28th DEC 2018, and I again call on 28th DEC 2018 asking status, they told me there is no any complaint ticket registered .. i really shocked.. why Flikart playing such game...

                    Again I given all information and asked him to find out my Gift Voucher and I came to know that Gift Voucher has been transferred to some other account that I don't know, I have asked him to register my complaint again (taken promise for he will give me ticket number) for hacked account and stolen Gift Vouchers redeemed amount from my account and this time I got complaint number : IN[protected]

                    Now they have told me, support team will call back to me on 30th DEC

                    Not sure on 30th DEC which next date I will get, and also worried about how flipkart is securing amount.

                    Hoping flipkart will resolve my issue and I will get my stolen amount back soon.

                      Flipkart clearly advertised Moto z2 force with Mod Turbopower mod,
                      Seeing this I ordered and received and received only phone, not Turbopower Mod,

                      This is making fools of customers.

                      I spoke with the Flipkart customer care before ordering and confirm with them that I will receive Turbopower mod.

                      Now I have received phone moto z2 force without Turbopower mod.

                      They clearly mentioned in video that we will be receiving Moto z2 force with Mod Turbopower mod.

                      Please take necessary action.

                        I have ordered mi led tv 32 inch with 3 star power saving specifications. But received a tv with unknown description in the website. There is no mi led tv with 2 stars. I have requested for replacement but flipkart is rejecting my request. Kindly help me to solve the issue. This is completely cheating. There is no 2 star mi led tv 32 inch but they given 2 star tv. I don't know how it is possible.

                            I placed an order for lenovo k8 note worth 7, 780/-.

                            Account got debited but order failed. I have no way of reaching the customer care as the mobile number using which i created my account no longer exists.

                            The call back repeatedly goes to the mobile number which does not exist. I cant update new number because the otp goes to the old number again.

                            I raised a complaint here and immediately got a call from Flipkart number and they said they will refund my transaction and made a fraud debit from my account of Rs. 19, 998/-.

                            Please do not post a complaint.

                            ITS OF NO USE. You just lose more money.

                            I am trying to raise cyber crime.

                              I recently order poco f1 from flipkart. After few hours i start getting issues.
                              1. Camera start lagging while capturing images (Around 20-30 sec lag)
                              2. Battery drainage.
                              3. Screen issue

                              Then i contact flipkart customer care (Nutan to be more precised) and they had provided me a technician visit. After techinician visit (Sumit soni), he said all the mentioned issue are genuine and forwarded his detail. He said this is the issue with this phone and if possible try to get refund.
                              After that flipkart provided me a replacement.

                              I told flipkart executive (Atul) that i want refund, in return they said refund can be applied if the replaced product is unused or damaged. I haven't opened the flipkart seal of the replaced product.
                              Then from flipkart i have again applied for refund.
                              Now they are sending technician again. I don't see any point of sending technician again and again. Since the product is seal i assume seller will happily accept my return.

                              I'm a genuine customer of flipkart from last 5 years and i haven't faced this kind of issue. I am just a student who saved his pocket money from last 6-8 month to buy a mobile and i don't want to waste my precious money.

                              Important: i ordered this mobile so that while visiting home i can get mobile. Now my academic semester going to start and i have to leave early for hyderabad (Iit hyderabad). But now i am in a mess of refund and replacement of the product. Please arrange fast-track pickup and stop wasting time in useless formalities. Please pick-up this product before 1 jan 2019. I want my money back.

                              I kindly request you to please help me in this matter asap.

                                For last 10 days my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
                                Then i used forgot button and then received code.
                                Entered the code successfully.
                                After that it was asking please set a new password.
                                Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
                                That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible

                                  I have been using my user account on flipkart with the Email ID [protected]@gmail.com for many years and had a big order history. Since more than an year, I am unable to login to my account and have tried updating my password many times, but always with the same error message that, unable to update password, please try again later.

                                  Please help with updating my password, because I don't have any other phone number with which to open a new flipkart account.

                                      Incident: When I opened the Flipkart package, I found that the product packaging seal was cut & the package was a bit torn. So I opened the package to see if the product is inside or not & I found that the Hard Disk Enclosure is there, but it was very light. I already own a product of this exact model with 4TB storage capacity & I knew the weight was not that light. And thus I concluded that the Hard Disk Enclosure is empty. So I immediately created a return request (Return ID:[protected]). Then I got a call from Flipkart & they inquired about my issue. They assured me that my issue will be solved on or before 22/12/18. They also told me that their team will call me to get better information regarding this issue; which they didn't. From 10/12/18 to 23/12/18, I called Flipkart maybe 3-4 times & every time I got the same response; our team will contact you soon & they will get it sorted by 22/12/18. On 14/12/18, I got a call from Flipkart & they told me that their team will contact me within 48 hours; which they didn't. Also between this duration of time, I sent several emails to Flipkart expressing my concerns. Still my return status is stuck at ""Return request received". I got another email stating that the issue will be resolved within 23/12/18 2PM. When I used your call back service, I got a SMS stating that they were unable to reach me and will contact me by 4PM. So called the flipkart customer care number from my end. On 23/12/18, I received an email from flipkart stating that "request for a replacement/refund of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact.". So contacted flipkart again to explain to them that I had already mentioned that the flipkart packaging was intact, but the product packaging seal was cut. So they told me that my issue will be resolved by 27/12/18 & I'll get a call from flipkart on or before that date. On 25/12/18, I received another email stating that the product was delivered to me intact. So I decided to check the packaging & I found that there were TWO Flipkart Tapes on the package i.e. one over another. I again contacted them to check status & the superior executive informed me that I had mistakenly select as the product is missing while creating the return request. To the best of my knowledge when I created the return request there were no options resembling HHD Enclosure present but HDD inside is missing. So they told me that they had clarified this issue with their team & will provide a resolution by 27/12/18. On 27/12/18, I called flipkart again around $PM & I was informed that flipkart will contact me before 9 PM that day. After 9 PM, I again called flipkart & asked them to transfer the call to their superior. He informed me that he doesn't have to authority to take my complain & my former complain was resolved by their team; that concluded that the product was delivered intact to me. He also informed me that any resolution that is going to be provided will be from the email not from their call facility. Another thing he also mentioned that they had sent me many emails between 25/12/18 & 27/12/18; which is completely false & I have proof that I didn't receive any email during that period. I received a SMS from Bajaj Finserv informing me that the EMI amount will start deducting from my account from 02/01/2019.

                                      I just received another email from flipkart on 29/12/18 1:44PM, again stating the same thing i.e. "your request for a replacement/refund of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to recipient of the order with the product being intact."
                                      I have been telling them from 10/12/18; that I have received the package with only HDD enclosure inside without any HDD. They keep sending me the same email again & again. I mean is there no coordination or communication between any flipkart representatives? In which language or code should write to make you understand that someone opened the package, then the HDD Enclosure, then took out the HDD & put everything back together & sent it to me. If you have not properly read my email let me make it very clear to you that there were two flipkart tapes on the flipkart cardboard box packaging. So please tell your representatives to properly read the incident report before sending the same thing to me again & again. The email informed me that the delivery person confirmed the product was delivered to me intact... Give me his Name & Number; I will contact him directly.

                                      As I was not getting any response from Flipkart, I contacted the National Consumer Helpline on 28/12/18 & they gave me a complaint no. 1074641. They told me to complain to flipkart again via their website & I got the same reply again. So I informed NCH & they told me to send my grievance via post to flipkart with the printout of my latest email conversation with flipkart. I sent them via speed post on 31/12/18 & flipkart received them on 3/1/18. Flipkart updated the NCH stating the same thing again. So today I'm going to contact NCH to get advice on taking Legal Action against Flipkart ASAP.
