I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the delivery of my recent order. I received a parcel delivery confirmation message from Flipkart on [23 march 2023], stating that my order [FMPP[protected]] had been delivered to my shipping address. However, to my surprise, I have not received the parcel till now.
I had paid for the parcel, and it is disheartening to know that I have not received it yet. I have tried contacting the delivery executive, but he is not responding to my calls or messages. I have also checked with my neighbors but they have not received the parcel on my behalf.
I have raised the issue with Flipkart customer support team 3 to 4 times through the Flipkart Help Box, but each time the issue was marked as "solved" without any resolution. I have not received any satisfactory response from your Flipkart, despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Without any reasons, they blocked the pay later option...
Still this one not resolved...
