I have ordered AGARO Imperial slow juicer_240 Juicer(Gray) from Flipkart worth 12999.
I have received a faulty product which seems like used one (inner package was dirty and broken, wire of the juicer was loose, there was no warranty card )
I received the product on 24th of February and I Immediately filed the replacement request, but till today my issue has been open closed many times and seller is not sending me a replacement the juicer is faulty and juice is leaking in the fruit waste compartment, also there is too much fiber in the juice which requires a saparate strainer,
The Flipkart is asking us to give consent for lodging FIR against seller,
If the product is defective seller should send us a new product or else he needs to return the product and refund the amount
I am facing mental harrasment sice last one month and the juicer is still in the box and of no use
I need Flipkart to immediately replace the product or return and refund the amount.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
