I had purchased 3 items on the big billion days through but i received 2 items only, i didn't receive the panasonic er207wk44b corded & cordless trimmer for men (Black)' till now. As per the delivery status, the product was delivered on 22nd october 2018. I had complained several times to the flipkart customer service team through email as well as phone calls. From past 10 days, i am following with the team about the issue, i didn’t get any positive response from the team. The complaint was registered on 23rd september 2018, the first day they had promised that the issue will clear within september 29th, 2018. So i wait until the day they promised and again i contacted them they told to wait for 24 hours but no response from them till. They sent invoice copy through email but the product not delivered in my address.in their website, they mentioned 100% buyer protection, how they can say that guarantee it is ridiculous. I am awaiting for your response., your fast response in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Updated by Mrudul20 What is the update. I already given my new contact number +91 [protected] but nobody contact me. Now almost two weeks passed but still no action has been taken from Flipkart team . Pathetic customer support.
I will be forced to take my issue to public notice if my money is not returned as soon as possible.
