I had placed a request to return the above product and it was scheduled to pick up on 18th oct but the flipkart has not yet picked the product and everytime when i call them, they will advise that the complaint is forwarded to a different team and they will call you back..

I will receive call from a different landline number and they will ask for 2 working days to resolve this issue as there system doesn't show the right update..

I'm fed up with this issue, please help me

    Purchase samsung galaxy on 6 which was delivered on 30th october 2018. Phone was hanged so i want to replace the phone but there is no return option abled in my accounts order. I call to customer care they told me that return option was abled in next 48 hours but the return option is until disabled after 48+ hours. So i want that return option is abled in my account immediately and also tell me the duration to solve the problem.

      I am monuj saikia. I have an account with flipkart with the email:
      [protected]@gmail.com.

      Up until 29th october, i have had no problems with flipkart. But then i was
      Suddenly unable to log in to my account. I kept getting the error message
      "login unsuccessful, please retry".

      I followed up my issue with the customer service of flipkart [incident:
      In[protected]] but they have failed to successfully address my
      Issue. I registered another complaint [incident: in[protected]] but failed to get a satisfactory response from flipkart.

      A representative have mailed me a final reply stating false allegations
      That i have used unauthorised payment methods, and that my account have
      Been banned. (The message is attached for your reference).

      Now i can provide complete proofs that all the payment methods used in
      Flipkart by me were authorized and legit. I haven't made any unauthorized
      Payments.

      This is a serious allegation that flipkart has accused me of.

      Also, i have a gift card balance of rs. 1000 which i am no longer being
      Able to access. According to rbi guidelines, e-commerce companies cannot
      Make their wallet balances inaccessible to their customers. I acquire these
      Gift cards as incentive for my market research activities. They are
      Completely legit. (Proof attached below)

      I have attached necessary proofs to verify the legitimacy of my claim. I
      Request you to please take the necessary actions and resolve my grievance
      As soon as possible.

      Attached below are the proofs of how i get my gift cards, the debit card authorization details which i used in flipkart, and the message from the customer service representative who accused me falsely o[censored]sing irregular payment methods.

      Received a reply from the NBFC Office, Chennai, stating that my issue has been forwarded to the Deputy General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, CEPC Cell, Chennai. I am grateful to NBFCO for co-operating with me on this issue.

      Request Flipkart Pvt. Ltd. to resolve this issue within 24 hours as communicated through phone, failing which I will have no option but to escalate it further.

      Received an absurd reply from Mohammed Kafeel Ahmed, Flipkart Support Representative stating that, as it was not me who ordered the gift card, so I have to contact the original buyer for resolution.

      But once a gift card is added to an account, the previous owner loses all roights and access to the gift cards, no matter who ordered it first.

      The current ownership of the two gift cards amounting to Rs. 1000 is held by me. The original purchaser of these two gift cards cannot help me in this matter.

      I am very displeased with Flipkart for attempting to evade from the real problem and unethically deprive me of my money. Please resolve this as soon as possible or I will have no option but to pursue this case with the help of legal entities.

      Still not received any proper resolution from company's side. Flipkart last said that they will give back my money within 5 days. But it's been over a month now.

      I will be forced to take my issue to public notice if my money is not returned as soon as possible.

        I have not got refund for the order id od[protected]

        Then asking to pay for the same order, in cardless credit, and not responding to my mail then the order is delayed so only i cancelled the order, they are saying i recived the order but, i did not recived the order due to delay only i have cancelled the order, they told it will be dont in 6 buisness days i have cancelled on 23.10.2018 but upto now no one refunded the amount but asking to pay the emi for the non delivered product and threataning me to pay the emi, kindly help me to file a compliant iam so sufficicated.

          For last 2days my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
          Then i used forgot button and then received code.
          Entered the code successfully.
          After that it was asking please set a new password.
          Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
          That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

            I had ordered three phones during the big billion day sale. One reached by the stipulated time. The first two phones i had ordered on 10 oct could not be delivered due to operational issues and the customer support team asked me cancel the order. However, there is no cancellation option for the order. Upon raising this with the customer support team again and again and again, they keep sending messages that my issue will be resolved by a certain date. Then i get another message that there will be a further delay. Will this issue even be resolved?

              I have ordered "jbl t160bt bluetooth headset with mic (Black, in the ear)" on[protected], order id: od[protected] in flipkart from seller "supercomnet", the product was delivered to me on[protected], i have found unseal box, and earphone quality was not the same as mentioned in the description and also there are serious issues during calls. I'm not satisfied to that product and i want the money back as the refund so that i can purchase another model, but unfortunately flipkart does not provide that procedure of refund money rather they provide replacement of the product. Even though it's written during the purchase which is not visible, flipkart can't deny my right to return, the right to return goods that have not been used, within a specified time for a refund if one does not like the product he has purchased, as to be provided right to return and get refund as consumer protection.

                Hi consumer complaint team... It was mentioned that my headphone has 10 day return policy and now it changed to 10 day replacement policy. They are cheating me now. I have sent many mails to flipkart and none of them have proper response and they totally deviate from the topic. I even asked why it is changed to replacement from return but now they are saying that the seller will only accept replacement. My order id is od[protected]. Please do the needful. Thank you.

                  I tried to book the realme 2 in the flash sale on 2nd october but after doing the payment the product was showing out of stock which is not possible in any case so raised the complain to the flipkart but they denied that there is no such entry so i contacted the bank but they said that the payment is successful now i don't know what to do i will request flipkart that please return the money.

                    On flipkart website under phole exchange offer. I want to exchange my
                    Jivi tnt3 revolution (2 month old only) as there is option showing any
                    Smartphone having valid imei number can be exchanged.. But when i give
                    The particulars on the exchange form, it shows in red colour "entered
                    Imei does not belong to the brand and the model." whereas i do have valid imei number of my phone.
                    I have chosen the phone brand as "any other smartphone" option from
                    The scroll down menu and model name also as "any other smartphone"
                    Option from the scroll down menu as provided by flipkart on the

                          I purchased a mobile phone from flipkart on september 29th and the order was placed under emi request. Usually sms will be sent if any transactio n is being requested to covert into emi.in my case i haven't received any sms confirmation or notice from flipkart. I waited for couple days and then i called flipkart customer service to enquiry about the emi conversion, i was adviced to wait for 7 working days. After the 7th working day i called again and enquired about the status of the emi conversion. Another rep told me to wait for another 7 working days, nothing has happened even after 14 working days (Not resloved). Again flipkart customer service told me wait for 48 hours (1st), no reponse another rep told me wait for another 48 hours (2nd) no reponse. I am not surprised another rep also told me wait for another 48 hours (3rd) almost 144 hours gone. Still filpkart unable to resolve my issue. To end this issue i requested for the refund, after that no one is ready to answer me properly and telling me that i have crossed the limit of return and refund policy. Did i made a mistake anywhere here?. Flipkart prolonged the issue to cover thier mistake and trying to get out this as much they can. This is how flipkart handle the issues?.

                              I ordered the aux cable . when i ordered company claimed its mrp is rupees 2499 and after discount 239 rupees and i paid 239 online . but when i recieved in the box carton itself it shows 199 as mrp .company charged 40 extra . i am attaching screen shot of product and photo of product i recieved.

                                My order no. Is od[protected] regarding mobile phone of nokia. I had brought this with an exchange offer. Your courier services person don't even give the phone. But also uses abusive language and asked for money also without any receipt. Kindly inform me about the status of my order. As this is my first order with flipkart and they are behaving wrongly. Please look into the matter immediately.

                                    Unsealed. Product delivered to me. The flipkart box was sealed but the nokia box inside had the seal broken. Also the back case of phone is loose.

                                    Raised replacement complaint within an hour but this was cancelled with the reason 'invalid reason mentioned'. No one visited or called from flipkart to check before cancelling the return request.

                                    Opened complaint again and it was cancelled again.

                                      I had purchased 3 items on the big billion days through but i received 2 items only, i didn't receive the panasonic er207wk44b corded & cordless trimmer for men (Black)' till now. As per the delivery status, the product was delivered on 22nd october 2018. I had complained several times to the flipkart customer service team through email as well as phone calls. From past 10 days, i am following with the team about the issue, i didn’t get any positive response from the team. The complaint was registered on 23rd september 2018, the first day they had promised that the issue will clear within september 29th, 2018. So i wait until the day they promised and again i contacted them they told to wait for 24 hours but no response from them till. They sent invoice copy through email but the product not delivered in my address.in their website, they mentioned 100% buyer protection, how they can say that guarantee it is ridiculous. I am awaiting for your response., your fast response in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

                                        Redmi Note 5 Pro (Blue, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) purchased from Flipkart and returned the product on next day itself because camera is worst and also when downloading the images from any social media the quality of the image is blur and it's worst.
                                        Flipkart and Seller are keep on rejecting the return with out any information or notice without visiting my door step .So I need immediate response ASAP.
                                        Customers please don't buy any products from flipkart they are delivered the defect pieces. Please be careful buying the products from Flipkart. Thanks

                                        After fighting with flipkart almost 2 months finally i have received replacement with out any issue with the product. But still i will suggest don't buy products from Jeevas.

                                        Flipkart suggested visit service center and check with them if it is really defect piece they will esclate on seller and as well as technician. Same I did and validated from authrozied service center they clearly mentioned it's a defect piece and so for proff I passed this mobile to flipkart customer care and they discussed directly with Karthik Phone Care center directly and they mentioned it's a defect piece then flipkart requested job sheet and service center denaied saying if you need job sheet customer need to get repaied the mobile. Yesterday I today i discussed the problem with below mentioned flipkart senior people and still I haven't get any resolution. Please find the enclosed conversation with flipkart assistant manager.
