I have tried to buy Product on flipkart with Gift card. Here I have faced issue like I have added gift card of rs. 3499 and while trying to purchase product the amount is debited from my gift card balance and in card section its shows you have redeemed 3499, but the purchase order was not placed. Then I have raised complaint with support on 15th March. They have taken my complaint and told me that your complaint will be resolved by 21st March. They have not resolved my complaint till date they have extend deadline to 22nd March and on that date also they have not resolved my complaint. Worse part is now in my account its shows that your complaint has resolved, but still I am not getting my gift card balance back. I received mail from flipkart that there is bug in their mobile system hence may be this issue occurred but they haven't updated my gift card balance yet and complaint resolved at his end.

Flipkart has provided my gift card balance back to gift card. It has taken almost 14 days, but finally I got my money back.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
For Reference I have this account registered on mobile number [protected] and my name is Jignesh Shah. I am also attaching screen shot showing the Giftcard balance redeemed and also Transaction history where its doesn't reflect.

    Hi i have ordered earbuds from flipkart and i got duplicate of my earbuds i ordered jbl wave 300tws and i got A1 replica of that product which is totally looks like orignal but when i use that the quality of that product was more that cheaper and the name of that seller who sent that to me is Buzzindia which is seller of flipkart i need my money Back you guys are doing wrong with us and i don't want that so give my money back

        I have purchased a smasung pre reserve vip pass of 1999rs order id -OD[protected] from flipkart. According to which 5000rs flipkart egift voucher will be given to me by flipkart on applying 1999rs pre reserve pass to my order of samsung s23 of order Id -OD[protected] . But after delivery when it was not credited to me I registered a complain and they declined it by saying contact samsung.

            Recently I had ordered two items from Flipkart online shopping.The first order for Amul comfy vests pack of 3 Order ID - OD[protected] was cancelled with any information or my consent. I'm 100%sure that I haven't cancelled the two orders.The next order for hamlay gas hob
            Order ID - OD[protected] was also cancelled.Flipkart behaves like a monopoly who can do anything to our orders.Who gave them the permission to cancel order without any knowledge

              Dear Sir,

              I heave been contacting Flipkart customer care since last one month over the same problem of refund amount could not be used.
              I am unable to use the amount refunded in the gift card wallet as it's asking for a PIN to validate.
              Since I do not have registered mobile no [protected] with me, unable to get PIN no . I am not getting PIN to my mail ID.
              This thing I have been communicating daily customer care but unable to get a solution.
              Let us know to how to use this refunded amount.

              I think Flipkart is unable to understand my problem or they do not have knowledge how to resolve it.

                I had ordered this product on[protected], was surprised to receive a product from Shubham instead of Little Olive Grude. Surprised to know the quality received is of very poor, recycled plastic unfit to be sold even in the remote village shandies. Had requested return to the helpline number but they were very stubborn and adamant not to initiate refund and only offered to replace the product of the same pathetic quality which is not acceptable. Request intervention of the higher authorities to obtain refund. Else will take up the matter with the consumer court.

                Replacement which was issued is also defective, truly pathetic. Flipkart robbing people of their money. Not offering refund but replacing pathetic defective quality items.

                  I have ordered washing machine wide order id OD[protected] on 19 mar 2023, with exchange offer, as per Flipkart time line Ordered items will be delivered on 20 mat 2023, delivery person reached and evaluate old item and informed old washing machine exchange was rejected without any valid reason immediately I have contacted customer care they are also not responding properly, I can't cancel the order I asked customer service assistance for cancellation but they diverted me to call the delivery agency but delivery agency not picking the phone now even after 5 days I haven't not received any information/material regarding this. I request your good self kindly sort out the problem and resolve the issue as early as possible

                    I had ordered this product from flipkart on 15th December, 2022. The estimated delivery date was 16th December, 2022. The product has still not been delivered nor has the money been refunded. I have called the customer service over 40 times but still the issue has not been resolved.
                    The price of the product is ₹ 571.

                        I ordered(OD[protected] a Toshiba TV from Flipkart on 17th March 2023 and Raised return request on 18th March 2023 due to there was a issue with the panel.

                        This was a huge purchase for my family and they don't care about the after sale support at all.

                        There was no tech Visit from the Flipkart/Jeeves side. Calling daily and Still no response.

                        For 4 days they daily send me a message for tech visit and at the end of day no one comes and they send a message we were unable to reach you.

                        I call them daily to notify the Tech Visit guy to visit me daily give me "Not on your route."

                        Attached my daily call and Message they send me daily but don't work on it.

                          We, TVS Electronics Limited, is a highly reputed company who has been engaged in the business of manufacturing IT Hardware Products and after sale services for Electronic Products for the past nearly 37 Years.

                          It is to be informed that we had obtained GST vide no. 06AAACI0886K1ZF for our branches situated at Haryana locations in the year 2017. Recently, our company has decided to trade online through Flipkart. To achieve the same, our company has tried to enter into the flipkart site by filling the form triggered by Flipkart, but to our utter shock, while registering on the Platform with our company name, address, GST and PAN no. a popup message has appeared by blocking the page that the GST No. already existed in the site.

                          Immediate after receiving the same, when we enquired about the matter with the Flipkart representative, it has come to our knowledge that one Mr. Jaideep Sharma has tried to onboard process in the year 2021 with our Company’s details like GST No. 06AAACI0886K1ZF and PAN No. AAACI0886K of TVS Electronics Limited. We would like to inform you that we have not assigned or authorised or allocated our Company’s PAN, GST No. to any person/ individual.

                          We wish to know that how Flipkart on boarding system will entertain an unauthorised person to enter into the platform by using the third party GST details. It is pertinent to note that according to the Sellers’ eligibility clause in Flipkart ToU it is the responsibility of the Seller registering as a business entity should have obtained authorization from the concerned business entity to accept the ToU.

                          In the present case Mr. Jaideep Sharma has neither obtained the consent nor authorisation from our company. It is Flipkart’s responsibility to conduct proper verification of PAN no. and GST No. of the seller’s while on boarding their Platform and inclined to inform to the concerned entity regarding the misuse of the entity details by any third party. In the present case, till date we have not received any intimation from Flipkart regarding the misuse of our company details happened in the year 2021. Considering the seriousness of the matter we urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide the investigation report to us.

                              We recieved a product that did not suit us and had quality issue so we requested for return, when the delivery person came he denied pick up saying that it has NO MRP/TAGS but the product came Without any tags itself.
                              The delivery person denied pick up The failure of the seller to send product without any tags is causing us trouble . The Return failed again today as of 15th March, delivery guy came and refused the pick up for the 2nd time, mentioning the same reason. I had rapidly mentioned that product came without any TAGS/MRP.
                              There have been no response from Grievance team, the customer care has no clue on why pick up failed, There social media page is giving copy/paste responses.Customer care number has no clue on problem.
                              About 8 Pick ups failed despite tons of emails/calls/ messages

                              They are marking it as resolved . If they can't pick my product than they should refund the amount.

                                        I purchased realme C31 mobile against exchange of my old phone realme narzo 30a. Flipkart wish master come to my home and put the value of 2100 rupees of my old phone realme narzo 30a. Remaining balance amount 7200 I paid to delivery boy in cash because I purchased one year protection plan also which value is 200 rupees . The new phone realme C31 price is 9000 rupees. But I got message from flipkart your old phone realme narzo 30a value is revised and 2050 rupees paid by cash on delivery. The revised value is 4150 rupees. And it is clear in also bill invoice. The old value is 2100. Now the difference amount is previous value and revised value is 2050 rupees.Now 2050 rupees scam with me. Still I don't received my 2050 rupees. Flipkart Customer support services is very poor they do not want to understand. Everytime when I call customer care they reply we can't see your bill invoice. Here I attached screenshot and invoice bill for your reference.
