    I already registered in Flipkart with my Mobile No: [protected] but now when I login again in Flipkart it shows Login with Opt not available even in the Flipkart app I can't login and the customer care services is useless and they are unresponsive whenever i call on the customer care they declined call. Too much bad customer care services and useless staff

    Please resolve this issue now

      Hello today I was booking flight but during payment it got denied but the money got deducted from my bank account.

        I have lost the mobile number registered with Flipkart a few years back and now my account has become completely useless, as I cannot raise a Return/Refund request, don't have access to Paylater/EMI, can't get vouchers with supercoins etc. cause Flipkart sends an otp to the old number for all of these features/facilities. And I can't even change my old, lost number cause an otp is sent to the old number for that too! Need a solution ASAP!

          I ordered a nike court vision mid Basketball shoe on 4th March 2023(order id-OD[protected] . But i received campus shoe instead of nike shoe on 11th Feb 2023. When a return was initiated, the return request was rejected. On the second attempt the request was again rejected . Repeated return attempts were initiated, and every time, the return was cancelled saying:
          "Sorry, your return request for ... cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact."

          Flipkart failed to acknowledge that the request was to take back a wrong product delivered and not about a defective product.

          Flipkart customer support was contacted several times over chat, and call. Each of the customer support executives acknowledged that it was an issue on Flipkart's side to have delivered a wrong product, wrong brand, wrong color... overall wrong product and that the return and refund would be initiated. This was even escalated to their next level of seniors.

          I told the customer care that, " i have the full unboxing video of my percel as proof but nobody heard me and at last my request was rejected. flipkart it's very frustrated.i can't expect this from Flipkart .

            I have ordered washing machine on mar-4-2023 and delivered on mar-7-2023
            and the installation person came and told that is defective and we place return on march -8-2023 and rejected the refund and again raised refund request on mar-10-2023 and the technician came and telling we will repair but we do not need repair we need replace or refund

                        Flipkart Blocked my Account without my knowledge. When I tried to login I came to know my account is blocked then I contacted customer care they raised a issue and I got response mail from the team saying. Account is blocked due to system detected high number o[censored]nusual returns.

                        I'm really confused I never returned any item in my Flipkart account so far I don't know why they are accusing me of something which I didn't do and blocked my account without my concern.

                        I need someone to personally check and verify my account you wil get to know the truth.

                        Filing this complaint Hoping that Flipkart will sort my issue as soon as possible I tried all the possible way to contact Flipkart nothing helped so far.

                          I have already order a hoodie on 11'th February 2023 the delivery date is on 25'th february but it doesn't get any oder and i paid(Rs.279) as online my account will be debited.                             Hi,

                            I have purchased laptop HP15s Fq5007tu model on 03.03.2023 in Flipkart. The issue is the laptop was defective fan error. HP technician visited to me and checked, he confirmed that fan was error and given DOA. l am raised a return request in flipkart but almost 7 days done there is not response from flipkart for my issue. . Laptop was very very urgent to me kindly close the issue

                              I have no longer access to my old phone number. But i do have access to my email. I wanted to update the new phone number.
                              Flipkart website requires to enter OTP from both numbers.

                                During Online Booking mobile in Exchange offer from flipkart App, till payment page, not asking my IMEI no of old phone & phone booked with Exchange offer but after 4 days as 14/03/2023 is delivery date . during delivery, agent checked my phone its good condition but he told IMEI no not matching when you entered during online booking. but that time No options for fill IMEI . my payment stuck with flipkart

                                  I bought moto g62 from Flipkart on 13 march. Upon using the device i spotted some black spots on the LCD screen. And the brightness of the device keeps flickering even when adaptive brightness is off. I tried to exchange the device using the Flipkart app but the exchange option on selecting keeps getting error and returns to the orders page i have been facing this from 2 days. I also contacted Flipkart customer care and they said to wait till 20 march but the delivery period ends on 20 itself. Pls resolve this issue.

                                      Dilivery done on 9/3/23
                                      Receive some local speaker in original box complain on same day 9/3/23
                                      After a long time nothing is happening thay are not responding, even return policy will be over I don't know where I have to go.

                                        Hi, I have ordered some medicine from Flipkart with the order ID : [protected] on 26th Feb'23, the order got delayed and i requested them to cancel it as i wanted the medicine on time, they cancelled it and told me that you will soon get your refund it's more thn 15 days, i have lodged 3 complaints on Flipkart Customer Care, they're just asking me to wait for 24 hrs u will get it, but since last 2 weeks i haven't received the refund, i have tweeted several times and no CUSTOMER CARE representative from social media team have contacted me so far. I request you to kindly look into this.
