I Purchased MI LED TV from flipkart India and got an extended warrenty for 3 years by paying 3500/-. The TV was purchased on 16th Aug 2020.

My TV has developed problem on 20th Feb 2023 wherein I registered a complaint and asked for techinical individual to come in. I was told by Jeeves MI individuals will come in to check it. MI personal took the invoices and asked Jeeves to pay for the display which has gone off. Jeeves has denied the request and has said that they will do it on their own and now are not responding to calls or emails.

    I have ordered a book on Flipkart on 13th February and it shown delivered on 20 th February But I didn't get the delivery and I was raising the issue since 21 st February but they are always saying we are working on the issue and delaying and extending the time too much every time and I have already paid for the order on app at time of order

          I’m unable to update my mobile number with the fact that I have no access to my old one. I request to make the necessary alternative method to incorporate these changes easily, so we don’t have to reach you guys again and again, no doubt it takes at least 10-20 tries to get in touch with your busy executive staff.

                I ordered 21 products total from flipkart groceries and i got 4 wrong products and 17 products are missing.I gave return request so many time and continuously they are rejecting my request.Their customer care service is also really terrible. Not getting proper answers from them. This is really horrible. I lost my hard worked money.I got 4 wrong products rice (5kg), Bingo(50rs), Choco lotte pie(50rs), and mom's magic biscuit. What the hell happening with flipkart grocery now i hate their cheatings

                  Recently I ordered Grocery in Flipkart and it got delivered. When I checked the items one item was missing from the bill which is just 80rup. I contacted them and they raised a refund request very next day my request got cancelled and my account is blocked. I contacted them on Twitter I got a response saying my account is blocked due to system detected "Unusual high number of returns"

                  This is the second time my account is getting blocked for same reason first time social media team unblocked my account and said sorry system is detected wrongly now it's second time.

                  I have more than 50 orders in Flipkart I have not returned any item so far system has detected wrongly and I won't accept this at all. I need my account back I have many order details on my account.

                    Return pickup done but status not updated

                    Return pick up for my product was done on 27th feb but the pickup executive did not update the status of the pickup and I haven't received my refund till now. Have contacted flipkart customer support many times, all they do is talk but my issue is still not resolved. I want my refund as soon as possible. Also take action against the pickup executive for his misdeed due to which the customer has to suffer....

                    I'm unable to do Pay Later Bill on Flipkart payment.

                    This is MANOJKUMAR Gohil, a Flipkart user and also a member of Flipkart Pay Later.
                    The issue is that, the bill generated on the basis of installment is not accepting payment and shows error at last payment gateway and on my first month due bill when I select to pay through any medium which is showing pending of the previous month and because of which that payment link is to be showed as "White Screen" and I'm unable to do any payment.br...

                    I have created flipkart account with a mobile number and few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the place my email and the old number. I got the email otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                      I had placed an order for a book shelf on flipkart which I had to return due to manufacturing defect. I filed a return request the very same day it got delivered I.e. 26th feb, 2023 and the pick up was done on 27th feb, 2023. The pickup executive did not update the status of pick up immediately due to which I contacted customer support the very next day. Since then I have been talking on calls with the customer support every day but my issue...

                              I have created flipkart account in 2021 with a mobile number and few months ago I lost my sim card. I am unable to update my new mobile number because I cannot get otp sent on old number. This is making me trouble. Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                I am writing this complaint to express my disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Flipkart. I had ordered a Poco X3 phone from Flipkart. However, the IMEI number given in the invoice is incorrect, due to which I am unable to get my phone repaired under warranty.

                                I had already complained about the same on Flipkart. I received a mail saying that the issue will be resolved by 3rd March, but unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved yet. All Flipkart is doing is marking the issue as resolved at their end even though doing nothing at all. This cycle has been repeating itself since 27th February, causing me mental stress and irritation.

                                I urge you to take immediate action to resolve my issue and provide me with the correct IMEI number in the invoice. I have been facing this issue for a long time now, and I want it to be resolved today itself. I am a loyal customer of Flipkart, and I expect better services from such a reputed e-commerce platform.

                                Furthermore, I would like to add that if Flipkart is unable to provide me with the correct IMEI number in the invoice, then I request them to deliver me a new phone with the IMEI number mentioned on the invoice. It is highly unfair that I am not able to avail of the warranty services for the phone that I had purchased, due to Flipkart's mistake.

                                As a customer, I have placed my trust in Flipkart and have always relied on their services for my online purchases. However, this recent incident has left me highly disappointed and dissatisfied with their services. I have been facing inconvenience and frustration due to Flipkart's negligence and inaction in resolving my issue.

                                  I had placed an order with an order ID OD[protected]Invoice attached) on 25th of Feb 2023, for which the product was expecting to be delivered on 26th of Feb (Sunday),
                                  Flipkart delivery persons (3) came to my house at around 16:10:00 and while opening the package it has been found that the machine is damaged from right back corner, then he agreed to take back the package and said that flipkart will deliver a replacement order,
                                  Those delivery persons took back the machine with them at around 16:23 :00
                                  (13 minutes taken to unpack and then repack the machine)
                                  (Refer the attached CCTV footage taken from the camera of my neighbour in the flat just in front of my flat entry.

                                  Please note- I didn't provided any OTP to any of them as I had not accepted the machine yet,

                                  But suddenly at around 23:25:00 I got a notification message on my mobile phone that my product is marked as delivered by Ekart, and on the app it is showing as the delivery is verified via OTP.

                                  On the very next morning on 27th Feb 2023 at around 11:04:00 I had raised a concern regarding this on flipkart and they promise me that they will take care of this and resolved my concern on or before 4th March 2023,

                                  But since then, I am just following up on the calls and in the below chat with customer care, but no phone call received from the flipkart team to resolve my issue, and they have marked this issue as resolved 3 times between this waiting period.

                                  I had asked the customer support team whether I need to register a police complaint or a complaint at Jago Grahak Jago, but they told me that this would not be required or please wait till 4th March, as the Flipkart team will resolve my issue on or before 4th of March.

                                  But yet there is no response and now they are refusing to deliver my pre-paid order.
