Order for EVETIS SmartBuy 120W Home/Car Vacumm cleaner has been placed on 11th of February 2023 and a defective product has been delivered to me. I have raised a complaint of replacement and after that delivery executive came to my house on 17th of February 2023 and deny replacing the product as he does not have sufficient information about the product and subsequently on the same day, I have received rejection communication from flipkart. I have again logged a call on 17th of February 2023 against that issue and flipkart accepted it stating that this is the issue of delivery executive as he did not have sufficient information with him and flipkart again accept replacement complain. In the meantime, flipkart called me multiple times and ensure that product will be delivered to me by 48 hours . But still I am waiting for that golden 48 hours. Yesterday I again received a sms from flipkart that again delivery executive deny to accept the replacement but the fact is that no one came to my house yesterday. I think flipkart is now running a worst customer service now a days as they do not have any information and ask me same question and even do not track the previous call log. one more information- customer executive closed my calls without any resolution. Worst service running by flipkart. I completely loose trust. Attached few false commitments proof.

Complaint marked as Resolved No step has been taken by company other than false commitment. they are calling from 4068988600 provide false commitment multiple time about the delivery of the product. I have already pay amount.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Flipkart had provided me with several deadlines to resolve the issue.. but still it is unresolved. I am attaching the mails provided by flipkart for resolution .
