Dilivery done on 9/3/23
Receive some local speaker in original box complain on same day 9/3/23
After a long time nothing is happening thay are not responding, even return policy will be over I don't know where I have to go.

    Hi, I have ordered some medicine from Flipkart with the order ID : [protected] on 26th Feb'23, the order got delayed and i requested them to cancel it as i wanted the medicine on time, they cancelled it and told me that you will soon get your refund it's more thn 15 days, i have lodged 3 complaints on Flipkart Customer Care, they're just asking me to wait for 24 hrs u will get it, but since last 2 weeks i haven't received the refund, i have tweeted several times and no CUSTOMER CARE representative from social media team have contacted me so far. I request you to kindly look into this.

            My account has been blocked around 1 month back and I'm continuously following up with Flipkart customer care team and they were saying they have been escalated this issue to back end team and they will revert back through email.

            But I didn't get any resolution till now.

              I purchased mobile phone from flipkart on 11/03/2023, my order ID OD[protected].
              Flupkart shows that my product shipped by ekart logistics as well as showing shipping details but even after delay of 2 working days I didn't receive my product.
              I tried to reach ekart by searching on ekart website but no contact details mentioned on site.
              Therefore I contact flipkart regarding the issue and even flipkart executives are not etle to provide contact details of that company to whomever they hand over my product worth 26999/-.

                I have ordered an item worth 26141 rupees, due to delay in delivery I have called the customer care of Flipkart and asked to cancel my order and initiate a refund for the same. The customer care executive agreed with the same and like wise the same status was updated in the Flipkart app on January 30 2023.

                Few days later I called Flipkart customer care to know about the status of my refund, to that I got an update that once the product reaches the seller immediately the refund will be initiated.

                Again after couple of days I called the Flipkart customer care and got to know that the product has reached the seller, so my refund will be done in 2-4 working days.

                And from that time onwards I am still following up with Flipkart and today is 13th March 2023 the customer care people are only providing me with extensions that my issue will be resolved within this time line but it never happened.

                  Thank you for your email. I appreciate you updating me about the cancellation of the product I had ordered and refunding the amount. Below is the reason of the cancellation shared by Flipkart:

                  "We are sorry to let you know that your order OD[protected] for the below listed item has been cancelled as the seller ran out of stock soon after you had placed the order."

                  Is the reason acceptable? I placed the order on 22nd Feb. If the seller ran out of stock soon after I placed the order, why was it not cancelled then and there ? Why was I not informed ? I had to wait for ~ 20 days before I started enquiring about it since I didn't get any response or updated status.

                  I hold the seller and Flipkart both responsible for this incident. This is a case of cheating the customer. I also received another message:

                  "We understand that you were keen on getting this order. If you like, you can place a fresh order for this item within the next 10 days. Once the new order is delivered, in appreciation of your understanding, a Gift Card worth Rs.500/- will be added to your Flipkart account within 3 days."

                  Does the above offer make sense at all ? If the vendor had the product available, why would they cancel it and now you are offering to place a fresh order for the same item. This is utter nonsense.

                  I am looking for compensation towards this inconvenience caused to me. Failing which, I would take this matter legal and through social media.

                  I hope you will consider my case seriously and treat me as a valuable and sustained customer.

                    On 11th march 2023 i have ordered a product from flipkart,
                    Also selected one product to exchange.
                    Delivery was next day as per them.
                    In the afternoon delivery guy came and inspected exchanged product and there was some defect in it, As per flipkart exchange policy i had to give differance ammount of exchanged product in cash and i said i am ready for that,
                    But delivery guy rudely said that it won't be done and left, also cancelled my delivery.
                    after that i have complained about him in customer care of flipkart,
                    They said we are looking in it and you will get your product till evening so i wasted my sunday by waiting for delivery.
                    Again i have called in evening for delivery in costomer care but they said we are looking into it.
                    Till today 13/3/23, 5.23pm there is no trace or commitment regarding delivery.
                    Just because i had complaint against their delivery guy flipkart is harrasing me.

                        I am Nikhil John. My mother had bought a product which is a white ladies kurta and wasn't satisfied with it. She had bought this product on 2 march 2023, and last return date was 10 march. She tried to return product the very next day, but there was no appropriate option to return the specific product. We tried daily to return the product in return days period. But there was no satisfactory response from their side. Finally she tried to call at customer care and they gave us 14 day extended return period but this never reflected on the app nor there was any sms message about this. The Number which was registered while buying that specific product is [protected]. There is no number of the company to register customer complaints, if any it is not clearly shown to normal users who are not very used to technology.

                                      After contacting multiple times flipkart customer support finally I am raising here consumer complaint against my issue which scams flipkart.
                                      I ordered oneplus 10R Mobile phone yesterday I got my order while unbox I found there nothing included complete item missing, I contacted multiple times their customer support they avoiding and ignoring my refund process. From my end I can't create return request it's getting error something went wrong yesterday day to go getting this error.
                                      Flipkart fraud with me by sending empty box such as sealed intact conditions but inside complete item missing.
                                      Here demand and humbly requesting, Please take action against flipkart and refunded my money immediately into my registered bank account which added on flipkart account.
                                      The paid amount and the ordered phone was very urgency the day it was someone wedding gift, But trouble with loosing money and can't understand what I do now and How to buy again new phone. Refunded immediately.
