    I ordered a pair of shoes from flipkart but I did not find the shoes inside the box. I have contacted Flipkart several times regarding this. But I am not getting any solution from their side. I am very worried about this. Request you to help me to get my money back from flipkart.

    I am looking forward a quick response from Flipkart.

      Dear Respected Support Team, I am struggle with my purchase a Mobile Phone VIVO T1 44w Through Flipkart india Marketplace. I ordered Mobile on 19 jan And I Recieved on 25 jan. I got my percel and payment Term was In Prepaid, While I unboxing with a video..And There complete items Missing. Mobile box seal is Broken I have no idea about this scam from best e-commerce flipkart. I expected normal course of business But Now feeling very much upset and disappointed with Flipkart. I trying to create return request but Return request was rejected. I create again. I contact customer care team they said waiting 48 hours.and still i am waiting but refund not received.really suffering and harassing. Please take immediate action on it and refunded my money immediately. The ordered phone was very urgency for me. We earned money by doing hard work, thirdclass platform like flipkart theft our money by false promises. Please refunded my money immediately

            I received empty box and item was missing from package. I ordered a reebok shoes and i got a box filled with papers when I raised a complaint the seller rejected it 7 time and than Flipkart blocked my account.
            Firstly i want my refund for this order and than unblock my Flipkart account because i also have to pay Flipkart pay later bill

              I ordered my Laptop from Flipkart, Cash On delivery option was not available so I prepaid the whole(Rs. 50k) amount. I ordered laptop on 24th of Jan and it was supposed to be delivered on 25th of Jan but it got rescheduled at the end moment on 28th Jan. But I didn't get the product on 28th also. I contacted the flipkart customer care several times but there was no solution, they do not have contact details of delivery partner how should we track the product?

              I hope flipkart understands how frustrating this is
              And I haven't received any compensation for this mental stress

                I ordered a table order id OD[protected] from Flipkart
                it was faulty and unbalanced and shaking a lot while writing so i decided to return it. But flipkart is purposefully cancelling my return requests so tht return time period passes off and they can wash their hands off it. They dont want to give my refund. The jeev technician that was supposed to visit today did not cm and marked the visit complete. Totally fraud flipkart
                i tried calling d technician multiple times but d call got disconnected
                they r doing this purposefully

                  Limraz furniture L 56 engineered wood study table worth 1499 ordered from Flipkart on 22nd jan 23, table had quality defects, the balance was poor and was shaking a lot while writing so i decided to return it as per return policy. but the flipkart is repeatedly cancelling my request. The jeev technician assigned did not even come and has marked technician visit complete without me giving any otp or any contact.
                  Flipkart is a fraud. Please take strict action against flipkart.

                    I have ordered a 32 inch Samsung LED for which no delivery has been made and the reason being is the order has been cancelled at sellers point
                    The same issue I am getting again
                    From my point I think the seller does not want to sell the product at the qoted price so he has cancelled the order
                    I need my order at the same price which I had ordered earlier
                    If not I need compensation for my order because it's the second time I am getting the same issue
                    If the seller does not want to sell at the discounted price then why he is qoting the discounted price on sale

                      My pickup got cancelled every time because of your wishmaster fake data update. No one came on my address or no one call me regarding my pickup. Just your wishmaster update fake data as i am happy with this product.

                      Kindly take this on priority and refund my money asap.

                      I don't like to suffer between you and your wishmaster.
                      Terminate that types of employees who don't take care about company business and company's customers.

                        मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से दो trimmer आर्डर किये और उनका ऑनलाइन पेमेंट किया ।परन्तु मुझे केवल एक ही trimmer प्राप्त हुआ है। बॉक्स पर लिखा है 2 quantity लेकिन बॉक्स इतना छोटा है कि उसमें केवल एक ही trimmer आ सकता हैं।
                        अब मैं क्या करूँ।
                        अगली बार से मैं फ्लिपकार्ट से खरीददारी नही करूँगा ओर अपने परिजनों, दोस्तों को भी फ्लिपकार्ट से दूर रहने की सलाह दूँगा

                            I Ambesh Kumar, raising this complain, in reference to the Order id OD[protected] det.[protected], 12:06 AM, received invoice number FAMKBT[protected] det/[protected], 11:20 AM.
                            Problem: Sr. No. Mentioned in the invoice is B7LZQM3, whereas detail showing on the del support service is B7NZQM3, which is creating conflict in rendering services.

                            I am continuously following up to make the correction in the invoice but, did not get proper response on time.

                            please help to close the query ASAP.

                                I ordered a full sleeves men’s jacket by saztori. Being a healthy person, I ordered 5XL for me. But when I received and tried the product, it was quite loose. So, I opened the Flipkart application on my phone and it logged out. I tried logging in again but it gave a prompt that your account has been suspended.
                                I tried reaching customer care again and again and every single time they told me that your issue will be resolved in 3-4 days.
                                It’s been around a month since then, and I can’t get back my 3, 914 rupees, nor I can wear that jacket.

                                  I ordered a shoe from flipkart and received it on 23rd Jan, but it didn't come with the tag. I placed a replacement order on the same day citing the same reason since I didn't trust the product and was assured by the customer care that I will receive the replacement.

                                  On the exchange day, the wishmaster or the delivery person said he can't take the product without the tag (which I didn't receive in the first place) and give me the replacement l. I called customer care and they said to place a new return request with the appropriate reason 'tag missing'. But the wishmaster said the same thing again.

                                  Delivery person needs the reason 'tag missing' or he can't take it and flipkart now says that the product is 'F-assured' with 6 levels of quality checks and that means it did ship with a tag with UNDENIABLE CERTAINTY. And if there is no tag, I am responsible for it. Ultimately they refused to replace and then refund. I spent 1 hour today on call with 3 different customer care executives. I had to explain same thing to each one of them. They said they can't do anything about it.

                                  The return request was approved yesterday and was picked up in the evening. I received the refund amount at night. I talked to like 11 different customer care executives through their toll free number 18002029898, sent countless mails and then they picked up the shoe finally after a week. Don't back down if you are right. They send shoe without tags and then claim it can't happen. Make sure to make a video when you are unboxing.

                                  I called them again and the customer care executive said this time there will be no problem in pickup. And if I face any issue, to email back. But it was denied again. I emailed them back but now they aren't replying to my emails.

                                  So I talked to another customer care executive on 30th Jan who placed a return request AGAIN which is pending approval. They asked me Aadhar id and photos of the product and packaging yesterday and I did as instructed. No response so far, return window will close on 2nd February.

                                  I ordered another shoe, and I filmed it while unboxing. It doesn't have the Mrp tag again, although there is nothing wrong with the shoe itself.

                                      I made the payment before the delivery through the link in Flipkart application but the delivery partner asked to pay the amount again since it is not updated in his mobile, so I repeated the payment through the scanning the UPI given by the delivery partner. So I request to refund the excess amount paid as fast as possible.

                                        I requested for my account deletion because I wanted to update the current number in my old account. I have been requesting Flipkart customer care since December but no resolution has been given. every time I am connecting they are saying email the details and someone will connect I am fed up with this same process again and again kindly help here.

                                        Yeah, they said it's not possible to link one number with another account even if you were to delete the previous account entirely. Now when I call, they ask my email everytime since my number isn't linked to the account I use. 🤡
