Purchased Samsung QLED 4K smart Tv on Dec 19 worth of 1, 64, 999 but received Kodak smart TV instead of samsung on Dec 24 from Flipkart.
Raised return request on Dec 25 and they have approved my return request on Jan 6 and then given item pickup date as Jan 11.
On Jan 11 pickup agent or courier services just given me a missed hence i was unable to answer that call, but immediately they have updated in flipkart ticket notes as "CUSTOMER IS NOT RESPONDING " .
I informed the pickup agent or courier services cheating/fraud to Flipkart team then they have requested me to wait till Jan 14 then to Jan 17 then to Jan 21 then to Jan 23.
They have changed this replacememt request to refund request after these many promise dates got breached.
Post they changed incident that i have raised on Dec 24 to refund request they given me the promise date for pickup as Jan 25 and then stated like refund will be done on or before Jan 29.
on Jan 29 they updated promise date for refund to Feb 01 and then to Feb 02 and now Feb 03 they are still asking me to wait for 24hrs to 48hrs.
