1. My flipkart account has been deactivated and now I want to activate it but it is not activating. I have tried using OTP but Ii said "Account is inactive contact customer support to reactivate it"

2. COD is not active for all orders due to my order cancellation, Therefore I will try to avoid cancellation in the future but I need COD service as well as the customer.

So, would you please activate my account and COD service as well?

    I had purchased Flipkart Perfect Home Duo Hard and Soft Mattress on 5th of August-2022 and it has been delivered on 25th of August. Just after received i had raised the product issue, as i am not satisfied with the product quality. Flipkart has raised the service issue and one service person had arrived at my home and check the product. He told me that i am unable to solve this issue as i am not satisfied with the product quality. So i request Flipkart that i want refund. But Flipkart denied and cancelled my request. After that i have to keep the product. In January -2022 i had raised the issue as product is totally in condition that i can not use it. Mattress has been compressed from every side and not feeling comfortable to sleep on that. So Flipkart has accepted replacement and they had picked up request raised. But i wanted refund only. so they cancelled the request. And once i contacted them their executive told me that for 1 time i need to accept the replacement and after if i face the same issue they will provide me refund. So i accept the replacement . On 6th of jan-2022 Mattress has been picked up and received at seller's site on 20th Jan-2022. After that i have not received any update, replacement or refund. Every time i call back to Flipkart they gave me new deadline. Please look into this matter. And help me in this regard.

      I ordered medicines from Flipkart health plus which was delivered to me on 30 January.when i opened the box it was total empty and i contact Flipkart health plus customer service representative they only saying to wait and wait only.order id is [protected], registered mobile number is [protected] .i want my refund of 767 which was order amount i paid

        I have order the mobile Flipkart cancelled it said to order again and I did it again at that the price was increased to more 100/- still I have ordered it but again they cancelled it saying the seller cancelled but still the smart phone reached Flipkart facility which is just 10km to delivery location thay are saying to order again third time now price as increased much

            I had ordered a jeans from Flipkart which I received on 28th January 2023 at 1:08 pm.
            Within 5 minutes i.e. 1:14pm i raised a request for return as I need my refund because the Colour of the jeans was very different from the reference picture.
            But they have not approved my return request and now marked my issue as unresolved. I want my refund back.

              Hiii I'm prateep...Im a flipkart plus member from 2018...Recently I have purchased mobile phone (oppo f19 pro plus) from flipkart and ORDER ID-OD[protected]...Its delivered on 20/01/2023..the product I have received is defective(headphone jack not working issue)..So I requested flipkart to create a return request for this issue...Then flipkart arranged technical visit from JEEVES..then after 2 days the jeeves executive came for mobile inspection and he confirmed that there is issue in mobile headphone jack...And he told me that flipkart executive will pick up my product within next 2 days...when I called flipkart for return status, , , customer care told me that your product will be picked up within 31 january and refund will be initiated within 1 days after pick up...but later flipkart rejected my return request and refused to take back the mobile phone..Now flipkart account also blocked...also I have purchased mobile through flipkart pay later option..now how can I return the defective product...so pick up the product and initiate refund..

                Zestmoney — Emi started but product is in pending state
                Sir i have take loan from ZestMoney (loan id Z261FFAE9279) for buying Thomson smart tv on 29 Jan 2023 at 10:47 Am and Flipkart order id is OD[protected] and sir my loan has been sanctioned by ZestMoney and my emi is started but my product is in pending state and it is showing that your bank has not paid the money to the seller. sir there is no cancel option on Flipkart so that i can cancel my order and i am worrying that my whole money is gone. sir please help me out in recovering my money or atleast they process my order.

                  This is a complaint for the APPLE Airpods Pro with MagSafe Charging Case

                  Hi there! I'm writing to get an invoice corrected for the product I purchased. Please note that the serial number is mismatched and the invoice is not matching with the product. I need the correct invoice to match the product serial number. I received a call from the support team and they refused to fix this.

                  I don't want to hear any excuses as this is certainly an issue from your end and seems like you don't want to deal with it now.

                  I only need the correct invoice for the order id: OD[protected]

                  Attached is the screenshot of the product and the invoice.

                  They have provided a lot of dates and the complaint is still not resolved. Complaint still open for more than 3 months on the Flipkart end! Very disappointed.

                    I am trying to return curtains I received in 26 Jan 2023, and the return date is 2nd Feb 2023. However, I am not able to return the product as it shows some error "oops, some error occurred" even though the product is returnable. I have tried contacting the customer care but they are also not able to resolve the issue.

                        I ordered a pair of shoes from Flipkart on 14 Jan 2023 which was delivered to me on 20 Jan 2023. But I could not find the shoes inside that box, inside it there were some pieces of paper and newspapers and the box was empty. I have written several times to the representatives of Flipkart regarding this. Tried to get in touch with them through multiple channels but I haven't got any resolution. You are requested to help me properly and help me to get my money back from Flipkart.

OD[protected] dt. 16/01/23, i have cancelled the order based on request from Flipkart due to there internal issues with supplier and they have confirmed that refund will be processed in 4hrs but as on today i.e 30th Jan'23 i have not received any refund from Flipkart and every time they have given false commitments. i am fed up in following up with Flipkart.

                                My name is Santosh Kumar Sahu, I have purchased a Product Canon EOS 3000D DSLR Camera with OD[protected] on 20th Jan 2023 from Flipkart. As it is mentioned in website the camera should have 35x Optical zoom but as I have received the item & checked the product I didn't found the 35x optical zoom when half of that also not coming.                                 I’ve received the Airpods Pro on 29th Jan 2023. And the product is intact. Later when I activated it is showing 9 months of warranty covered which tells me this product has already been activated on Sep 2022. Apple official support confirmed the same for me. I raised a complaint on Flipkart. They said they’ll look into it. And closed the issue without any resolution within 6 hours

                                  I ordered "Mi 5A 100 cm (40 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Audio" product from Flipkart with "Order ID - OD[protected] " on date - Wed, 19th Oct '22. And i was expecting the delivery by Thu 20th Oct but didn't received the product till date and I've been calling and raising complaint since than but company is not responding properly nor given me the proper reason for not delivering the product after so many back to back calls I did. They are telling that the problem is solved as per our conversation after 2-3 call without providing me any solid information or taking my call to any senior. I just wanted the amount that was rs18249 and some compensation for the inconveniences. So please help me to get my money back I'm attaching the photos of all the information I've provided. The seller name is Hydtel RETAILSsales.

                                    I have ordered a sweatshirt from Flipkart but I got fitting issues so I wanted to return the product but there's no return or any help related option there... I have also contacted customer care but they ask my bank account details I don't whether they are genuine or not but I won't give my bank details and I have done online payment refund can be done through UPI no need to ask for bank details... horrible customer service by Flipkart.
