I ordered a hooded sweatshirt from Flipkart and i recieved it on 14th Jan 2023 in the morning. When i held the package i knew that something was wrong with it as it was very light and i started making an unboxing video of it and when i opened it i saw that i have been given a wrong product, Moreover, the brand ADIDAS i ordered was also fake, it was a copy shirt. I tried checking the article number on the website of adidas which proved that it was fake. Within 10 mins i issues a return req. After 2 days a delivery boy came and was talking to his handler on his phone. And made me wait outside for like 45 mins after which his handler told me hes rescheduling the order becoz things like this needs a second talk with Flipkart and the delivery boy left after that i saw that my pickup return is cancelled and the reason was that " PRODUCT DAMAGED " which obviously is a lie after that i placed 2 more return request one after the other and i got same SMS from EKART that delivery cancelled since product is " DAMAGED ". But they havent even visited my house for.pickup and they are automatically without my consent without my approval cancelling the Return req. I placed another req yesterday and today i got sms that return req cancelled since you decided to keep the product but i didnt do anything. I called the Flipkart Customer care lile 14 times and none helped me when i asked for higher executive they would hang up the call. Im starting to loose my mind and if the issue isnt resolved soon, im going to File an RTI and a FIR against Flipkart considering very well that i have all the proof i need. 23 Jan is my last return date and from 14th of jan im keep on returning but my order us automatically cancelled by the wish master. kindly look into this matter ASAP please as this is causing me a lot of inconvenience. My Flipkart Order ID was OD[protected].

Customer care of Flipkart is of no help and they keep asking sorry and leave the matter for granted.

    Few days back, on 14th Jan 2023. I bought a front load washing machine of samsung in exchange of an old washing machine. I had paid around 20, 563 using icici emi. Wth order I'd OD[protected].
    Amount was debited, product was out for delivery on 16th Jan itself.
    Rider came to my house to see an old product condition, surprisingly without any check up he told me that I would not take this machine. How could he judge any item without inspecting it thoroughly???

    When he checked, he found bucket was not revolving and abit of rust on it. I requested him to talk with his senior to see if bargaining option is available or not.

    He deliberately told me I won't call anyone. I requested him one more time, same replied.

    Afterwards, i took around one minute to take a final decision of buying it. But before that deliery boy told me rudely can you please decide it faster as I've lots of order to deliver. That's kind of pissed me off completely. His behaviour towards customer was inappropriate and not so good at all.

    Lastly, i told him to take away an old washing machine, and without listening me further, he went from my house without saying anything.

    I went outside to look around his tempo, i saw he was gone straight away.

    After then, I called him several times so that he could deliver my product. But unfortunately he didn't picked up my call even for a one time. That's how ekart company trained their riders.

    After few hours, my order was cancelled without my consent. For an old product it was stated as verification failed.

    All this happened without my consent, just because of ekart rider's ego.

    And till now, my complaint has been forwarded to flipkart team, I've received not a single response from their side.

    Customer can only hope from consumer forum eventually, but till now consumer forum is not living up to the mark.

    As company like flipkart, Amazon, swiggy etc has more power than consumer forum. That's why all of them doing a dadagiri without any second thought. They are like taking things for granted because consumer forum not being applying any pressure on such companies.

    Eventually customer loose his money, time and trust.

    Injustice with innocent ones are about to happen everytime.

    So for me, consumer forum should not be exists as you are not even consider the consumer concern seriously.

        I am unable to login into my account, it's showing your account has been blocked please contact customer care to fix this. I have contacted customer care more than 5-6 times still no proper resolution they are just increase the deadlines

            Hai i recently ordered some shirts on flipkart which arrived on 14th Jan, 2023 but got some size fitting issue so i decided to return then (return date valid till 24th Jan, 2023). But while i was filling the "REASON FOR RETURN" application it always shows "SOMETHING WENT WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN" its been almost 6 days now still shows the same thing, I also tweeted to flipkartsupport on twitter gave them the details but they still didnt reply to the message, after that i sent them a message on "Messenger" they replied but still didnt fix the issue...

                I am Unable to Reactivate my Account

                A few days ago a Deactivated my Flipkart account but now I am unable to Reactivate it. On app it is showing contact to Customer Care.
                I even tried it on flipkart website also.
                The Customer Care is saying that you will find a Forgot Password option on desktop site but I am unable to find it.

                And the Customer Care is not helping now. They are putting on hold.

                From last 15 days I have been trying to...

                  I Order LG 24 inch Full HD LED Backlit IPS Panel Monitor (24MP400) From Flipkart.

                  When I received product and use for 1 hour. Monitor is too bright and I got eye strain. Text also not so cleared.

                  So, I Decide to return product but there is no option for return. I can only replace this product.

                  I don't want product that give me eye strain.

                    Someone is using my gmail ID as their, flipkart ID, i am getting all the updates of his purchases. i even got his phone number, and name because it looks like he raised a complaint about one of his purchases and flipkart tried to call his phone to resolve the issue, when flipkart couldn't get to him over the phone, flipkart email (to my email Id) saying Mr. Mathew, we tried to call you on +[protected] but got no answer.

                    Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                    I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know. My flipkart id: [protected]@gmail.com

                        Recently I placed an order which is redmi note 11SE smartphone which was delivered after the complaining from 2 days .
                        When we opened parcel box there's is a duplicate plastic phone which exact like original one, whole family was surprised to see.

                          Sir, im Joel P John a Flipkart plus member since 2018 . My registered mobile number is [protected]. Actually im facing a problem with your paylater service i have paid all the bills on before the exact due dates. But till there are three pending payments are showing in my cibil . I raised the complaint on November 2022 but still they can’t find any resolution yet. I will provide the account numbers . As im looking for an educational loan my bank asked me for the NOC certificate of those pending payments. You can check my payment history that i have no dues except the upcoming payment bill of the February 2023.
                          So kindly inform the bank to mark those accounts as paid. And provide me the NOC as soon as possible because this is so urgent. If i didn’t get the NOC the bank wont provide me the loan which will affect my future . So kindly provide me the noc and clear my dues in bank.

                                I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 262902 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 98% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 262902 about 5 days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 5kms away I.e. 262903 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Both these pincodes are in the centre of town. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah. Even my order which was shipped was cancelled, though i didn't cancelled it .

                                  I ordered KENT ACE COPPER WATER PURIFIER for rs 14805 on 15th January and i received a different product instead. So within a few minutes i requested a refund and i was sure that i would receive the product which i payed for but i got a reply that my return/refund is rejected by the seller (Ojhshree).
